This is the 3rd time we have stayed in one of Dan's properties. As always, the location and accommodations were great!

This Airbnb was right in the midst of everything going on in Cincinnati. Centrally located and walking distance to downtown. Absolutely amazing restaurants and bars literally steps away from the doorstep. Could not have had a better location for our weekend trip. The apartment was beautiful as well, comfortable and clean felt like being at home. The only thing was the water pressure in the shower was not great but that is out of the owners control. Overall we had an amazing stay here and unforgettable weekend. If we come back we are definitely going to try and book here again!

This is a cute loft that is right in the heart of the OTR district in Cincinnati. It is a little noisy (as mentioned in the description). Overall, it is a great place to stay, and the check in/out directions were very clear and easy to do.

Clean and spacious. Owner was proactive and gave clear detailed instructions which is very important for me.

This is a beautiful location! The 2 flights of stairs was worth the climb. The space looks exactly like the photos and it is located right in the heart of Cincy. There are restaurants and bars right downstairs and it is a 7 minute drive from. Payor stadium. This space was the perfect fit for my travel to the Cincinnati Music Festival. This AirBnb was great! Excellent location in a walkable neighborhood, with great food, bars, coffee shops, etc close by. It is a few blocks from multiple public parking lots, although it was easier to not have a car. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was easy to cast from a phone/laptop to watch TV from our streaming services. The water pressure and heat in the shower was excellent. There was some neighborhood noise during the nights that was noticeable, but nothing too bad. I highly recommend this apartment.

Wonderful stay, super short drive across the river to lots of stuff to do in Cincinnati. Peaceful & quiet, plenty of space for a short weekend trip. Try out Wayfarer Tavern a few blocks down for some killer pizza. So good we had it 2x in 2 days.

I'm a Cincinnati native now living in Chicago. We've visited my family several times over the years and have stayed in different AirBnb's. I would say Alice's place has been our favorite so far. It's on a more private street which made it feel safe and quiet. Quiet is relative given your still in a city, but definitely a great place to stay. While this was not a concern for me, this place does have old single-pane windows. It rained all night during our stay and you could definitely hear the rain/thunder quite a bit. However, we have two young kids and this never bothered them, nor my wife or me. I would recommend Alice's place! It's nice, quiet, private, and convenient to a lot of stuff in downtown Cincinnati. Oh - and the kids loved the swing!

Great place in a great location! And big - lots of space to move around and relax after eating at the Market or one of the many amazing restaurants in the area. The hosts were awesome and proactive in sending all the information we needed. We hope to back. Thank you!

We stayed here for a short staycation over spring break. Klotter is remarkably quiet for a city neighborhood and the little garden space where we parked was lovely. The beds were clean, the kitchen was immaculate & accessible, and the Nespresso machine was a lifesaver in the morning. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom(s) were very steep, but it is an old house and my kids loved having their room in the attic. The backyard space was suitable, but not practical for my dog (but she's a country thing and wasn't in love with the city in general.) She did enjoy our morning walks down Klotter though! We found a lovely crepe place near the university, hit up the museum center for the children's museum, and treated the kids to an arcade night at Scallywag Tag. all of it was less than 25 minutes away, most only 10. My kids are exhausted and begging to come back. It was a successful spring break.

This was the perfect spot for me and my friend to meet up for the weekend! We had never been to the area, so we were nervous at first, but the location of this Airbnb was so perfect! It was very close to everything we wanted to do but was just outside of the city, so it was quiet, and we felt very safe too. The host is also extremely responsive and communicative the whole time; we super appreciated that!

The host was quick to respond and gave detailed directions for my stay. We were given multiple options as far as parking. The air bnb was very clean and looked just like the pictures! It was very simple to get inside and we didn’t have any issues with getting in. Would definitely book to stay here again!

We had a great stay! Robby’s place was just as pictured, with a huge selection of games. The location was convenient and walkable for all we wanted to do. Robby was so responsive and helpful. Would definitely come back!

Such a great place!! Absolutely no complaints at all. We didn’t even need to contact the host about anything because it was all taken care of and perfect. Condo was super clean and had everything we needed. Location was close to anything you could possibly need. We had a great time and would certainly go back. Daniel even went above and beyond to help get access to the basement when severe weather passed by.

My friend and I needed a relaxed weekend away, and Jaci’s place more than exceeded our expectations! Beautifully decorated and well-equipped, and so close to great restaurants and things to see and do. The bed was super comfortable and we loved that they had filtered water in the fridge. And the communication was perfect. 😊 Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your cute and cozy condo!

Most important to me when using Airbnb is that the previous reviews match my experience and they were in this case. The hosts were accessible and responded to any communication promptly….which is paramount to me when using this service. The place was clean and as described…..another important factor. No unhappy surprises. Thank you for a pleasant stay in Cincinnati! I would not hesitate for a moment to book with you again.

I had an amazing stay at Saranyaa’s place! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth, and the location was perfect for my trip. Saranyaa was a great host—responsive, friendly, and thoughtful. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cincinnati. Thanks for a fantastic experience!

Shannon’s home was very clean and tidy and smelled fresh and clean when we arrived. Shannon gave us a list of places to eat and things to do before we checked in and also had a list provided at the home. Shannon had great response time and was professional and friendly. If you come to Cincinnati I would recommend booking her home 10/10!!

Perfect, cozy place to stay for a quick weekend trip. Within walking distance of the music center, free parking was a huge plus, and the restaurant below had the BEST breakfast.
