Had a small party here for about 20 friends from around Chattanooga. Generous parking spots, fabulous pool, and the covered outdoor kitchen was such a nice way to spend time outdoors with friends! They setup the tables and chairs and even put out jars of flowers and tablecloths. The beds were comfy and kitchen was fully stocked! This would be a wonderful spot for a casual wedding or a small family reunion.

We enjoyed staying in Chattanooga & Jenna made it even better!! She was flexible with our check out which saved us so much headache!! Her place was so clean and close to everything we came to do!! A MUST if visiting Chatt

Stephen was super helpful in every way, even before checking when I needed to locate a Walmart close by for a grocery pickup order. The home was perfect for our small group and had all the cooking amenities I needed which was a BIG plus for us as we didn’t eat out the entire time we stayed. I also appreciated that check out instructions were simple and direct, nothing crazy. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Our family went to Chattanooga for five days and stayed at Lauren’s place and it was a perfect fit for our time in Chattanooga. The beds were really comfortable and clean. We used the kitchen and it had all the pots, pans and dishes that we needed to be able to prepare our meals daily. The location was really great because it only took about 7-8 minutes to get to the aquarium and other fun activities. This location is near a train track but we only heard a train there 1 time in the late afternoon of the first day and no other time. This was the perfect place for our stay and we had a great time. Thank you Lauren we would definitely love to stay again!

This is a beautiful place to stay. Internet was strong enough for 4 of us to work. Tv was easy to watch our programs. Kitchen was well supplied for our cooking needs. Our host was very responsive. We look forward to staying here in the future

This home was more beautiful than the photos! As soon as we walked in, we all noticed a nice fresh, clean smell which was the perfect way to start our stay! Everything was immaculate, which is so important to us! This home is extremely spacious and the beds are so comfortable. All of the sheets, pillowcases, blankets, towels and washcloths are so soft and top quality. These things make such a difference! It is very apparent that the host really cares about the happiness and comfort of their guests! We really enjoyed taking a hike on the trails as well behind the home. The decor is just beautiful in this home with so many classy, unique accents. Lastly, we truly enjoyed the amazing massage chair and foot massager which were such wonderful amenities and really added to our overall experience! What a splendid idea! We can't say enough about this home and really look forward to returning the next time we are in the area. Thank you David and Lorie for being honest, caring, amazing hosts!

We had 4 adults and two young children. This was perfect for us! We could sit on the porch while the littles napped and the location was fabulous for walking.

love the stay here i am a traveling nurse and in school,Laura was very helpful and i loved the place so much i ended up staying an extra few days.Well worth the money and i recommend this BNB and host to anyone traveling or in the area !!thanks for being a great host!

This is a wonderful home with all of the amenities- the open kitchen and living area are perfect for the family to gather, eat, play game and visit! The back deck has a wonderful view!

Richard was the most communicative host I’ve ever had! The place was amazing and worked great for our friend’s getaway. Very close to downtown Chatt. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking somewhere to stay!!

This cozy home is a gem! Minutes from downtown yet quiet and private. The home was neat, very clean, and well equipped for all of our needs. We appreciated the stocked kitchen, which made cooking easy. Small touches were evident throughout the home including throw pillows, cozy throws, soft toilet paper, and baby items! We were disappointed that we didn't have time to enjoy thee back deck to grill, eat, and enjoy. The dogwood tree was really showing off!! We will be back!!

As mentioned in the description, the home is very close to the freight train which runs throughout the day and night. I have always lived near trains and quickly adapted to the noise. Great restaurants, breweries, and bakeries are a short walk away. The sculpture park and national cemetery are also in walking distance.

Everything was as described! Great Spring Break getaway. Clean, comfortable, and perfect for what we needed. Jacuzzi was very clean. Fire pit on the 2nd floor patio was perfect to watch the sunrise. We had 4 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough room. Kids loved the movie room. Within 20 minutes of all the things to do in Chattanooga. Thanks for a great stay!

Now THIS is an Airbnb!! I would give this 10 stars if I could! 100% across the board exceeded expectations! Richard has thought of everything! The place is so clean and beautifully decorated and not with cheap crap from the dollar general store. Everything is so nice, so comfortable, so welcoming - the kitchen has everything we could need (coffee, dish and laundry detergent, dog treats!), the bed was sooooo comfortable, the furniture is beautiful, the water pressure is perfect, the shampoo and conditioner and lotion and q-tips!! - all just exactly what we needed. Everything is sturdy and maintained and clean. The backyard is so beautiful and perfect to relax in. I wish they were all like this! Absolutely will stay again!

We had an incredible time at Massage Chair! The home was not only comfortable and clean, but also packed with thoughtful amenities that made our stay extra enjoyable. The massage chair was a highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also had a blast with the arcade machine and board games, which kept everyone entertained in the evenings. The host was super responsive and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. This place has something for everyone—whether you’re looking to unwind, have some fun, or just enjoy a cozy getaway. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Great place very clean and so many family games. Absolutely loved staying here. The Host Wade was awesome and very understanding. I have kids with grandkids so my bundle is big. He made sure our stay was comfortable. Will be back in the near future! Thanks Wade!

We stayed here as a group for a work trip. It was spacious enough that we each had our own rooms, and big enough to all fit at the kitchen table to discuss and eat.

This was our second stay here. Previously, we'd stayed for a month. This time, only for five days. Loved the well-stocked kitchen and the comfy living room furniture. Was immaculate and had everything you'd need for a longer stay. We were so happy when it was available again for us on this trip. Owen's a great host and responded quickly to the few times we needed to contact him. Easy parking on the street. Would happily book this airbnb if we're ever in Chattanooga again. Highly recommend it.

Amazing place to stay for a girls trip! Calli and Elizabeth were such great hosts! Very responsive, helpful and gave great directions and information. Location was safe and walkable to lots of food, coffee, and bars. Beds were comfortable and the house was more spacious than it appeared in photos. Stocked kitchen. Can not recommend this place enough for a large group

I am giving the hosts 5-stars for excellent customer service. It is obvious that they are dedicated to making sure that their guests are taken care of. They were quick and responsive in our communication and I appreciate that tremendously.

We enjoyed our stay at Carlo’s! He was quick to resolve any issues and very kind! The place was comfortable and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet.
