We had an excellent stay! Sara was very responsive to any questions and went our of her way to check in with us and ask if we needed anything. Highly reccomend if you are staying in the area!

We brought our mom who is a quilter here to see Missouri Star Quilt Co. for the first time and this air bnb was exactly as advertised, location was perfect, hosts were responsive when needed and we just loved everything about the apartment and our stay! I would recommend this to anyone who wanted to visit Hamilton! Loved it!

This is easily the best airbnb in the area. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. The bed was really comfortable and the host was very responsive. I would give it 6 starts if I could.

Everything was wonderful! So clean and nicely decorated, very inviting! Beds were very comfortable, great water pressure in the shower, plenty of fresh towels and toiletries. Great location, perfect for our girl's shopping trip to Missouri Star Quilt Company and restaurants in the Hamilton area. Would definitely stay again, you were a great host. Thanks much!

Everything was comfortable. We felt safe. Kitchen was adequately stocked with cooking utensils. Maintenance was great and prompt on clearing the parking lot of snow. The location was convenient. Host, Al, was gracious in changing our dates of arrival and departure. Everything went so smoothly that we didn’t need any assistance while we were there.

I stayed at Luanne’s from January 7th-12th. She was an amazing host! She always checked in and was always responding so well. She was great, I didn’t get to meet her in person sadly but I met her husband and he was great. They were amazing people and they have a beautiful home. Very comforting and peaceful. It’s clean and feels very homey. I went when it was cold and snowing and the place was warm and there’s everything you need in there and more! I would definitely recommended anyone in the area to stay here. I hope to be back there soon! Thank you for a great stay at a wonderful home!

Rob was great. We only had two issues, one of which was dead batteries on the TV remote. He responded immediately and got us taken care of very quickly. The only other issue we had is completely out of Rob's hands and that is the uppity neighbor to the west. Don't park in front of her mailboxes! But like I said, Rob had no control over that and there are plenty of places to park around this house. Smithville is a cute little town and there are a couple of eateries and a couple of bars within walking distance. The coupon at the local coffee shop was definitely a plus! We will definitely stay there again.

Great place to stay slighty off the beaten path which is great. Very nice property inside and out, especially if you like sewing with a small group of ladies the house is set perfect for that.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay after being up for 20 hrs. Beds are extremely comfortable.

Place was perfect just as described and the pictures were accurate. Quiet country setting. Maybe two cars went by. Beds were comfortable and was nice to relax after a day of traveling the area. Would recommend if you need a place in Carrol county. Owner was accomidating with an early checkin and offered a later checkout. We will be back when in the area.

We loved staying here! We originally planned on spending our days with family in the area but our kids all got sick so we stayed in more than we thought. We enjoyed watching DVDs and watching the snow fall. Thank you for sharing your place with us!

We were the first to book for the season; they often close for the winter. We have stayed here prior and consider it our “go to” for the area. Upgraded furniture and leather recliners. They added features to the kitchen (which is nothing short of amazing). We cook in quite a bit and wanted for nothing. Upgraded outdoor spaces including a kitchen! Stop scrolling and just book this place. It is beautiful, they take good care of you, and they clearly work hard. See you next year!
