We loved our stay at Vicky's place and didn't want to leave!! Was exactly what we were after for our stay and so relaxing to retreat back there at the end of our busy day.

Wow, wow, wow ! Angela’s home has so much wow factor, the home is spacious, family friendly, the kids loved being able to feed their chickens and going to see and pat their horses . We were so lucky to wake up to the most outstanding uninterrupted scenic views of rolling hillsides every morning. Stepping outside to the infinity pool and outside area with pizza oven complete with comfortable seating was pure luxury. This home is like something out of a magazine, just beautiful. Angela was a fantastic host with great communication, she left clear instructions and was extremely helpful if we needed anything. I can highly recommend staying here.

The house has everything you need for a break away including some very thoughtful treats provided by the host. We attended a family wedding at Rosenvale and the accommodation is only about 5 minutes away. Would highly recommend and would be happy to stay again.

Great spot, quiet location yet within easy walking distance of the township. Was a nice touch to arrive to a nice fire burning after a busy day. Thoroughly recommend if you are looking for something with a nice comfortable homely feel, in or around Cambridge.

Chloe and Tom were a dream to deal with. Prompt, efficient and friendly. Their home is family friendly, warm and cosy. The location is ideal for any Tamahere/ Matangi commitments. Will stay again hopefully if needing accommodation for 10! Thankyou so much 💓

Great place to stay - close to central city and where I was having meetings. Was great to be able to walk each morning to my meetings and home again and relax in the spaces!

We really enjoyed a relaxing and peaceful stay at the Forest View Cottage, it was quiet and private while only being a short 10 min drive to Raglan. There is a convenience store and coffee shop nearby. The view is beautiful from the cottage and it is well serviced with amenities. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of towels provided and there was ample firewood for the brazier. The outdoor bath was great and easy to use. The breakfast and wine provided was a nice touch. We particularly enjoyed visiting the al pacas on the property and feeding them.

Our stay at this incredible retreat was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the modern design, incredible spaciousness, and overall warmth of the home. It is impeccably kept, beautifully designed, and stocked with every amenity we could possibly need—truly a home away from home. Visiting many beautiful places in New Zealand, simply spending time in this home became a massive highlight of our trip. Whether we were enjoying breakfast on the patio or taking a dip in the pool, every moment felt like a five star retreat. The surrounding area is breathtaking, with lush greenery, rolling hills, and peaceful views. It feels like a true escape however it is just a short drive from the city, shopping, and freeway making it the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Our hostess Tracy was an absolute gem—so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely kind. She went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care. We will absolutely be back!
