I booked Cindy's place for my family who traveled from Whakatane. They said they felt extremely spoilt as the place was modern, clean and very comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with clean fresh linen, The modern facilities and additional touches made them feel pampered and in a luxurious home. Their 5 year old loved the plush toys and child friendly activities that Cindy made available. Thank you Cindy for providing a wonderful home for my family to stay in. Great house for 6 people to stay in with plenty of space. It was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Robyn was very accommodating with any requests and was extremely prompt with communication. A lovely quiet spot to stay within easy walking distance to town.

Sabrina was very flexible with check-in time ,and the house met our needs entirely.

What a beautiful home. Super spacious, kitchen amazing had everything we needed. Rooms were warm and super comfortable. Lounge area was our most common used room as it was comfy and made us feel at home. Overall this place is super nice, will definitely be back. Host communicated so well. Great stay 👌🏽

Easy to get in contact with, great amenities, lots of car parking and outdoor area for relaxing. Great set up, eg the bedoom layouts and the lounge was great. Plenty of seating. Plenty of plugs and space to study. Would choose to stay here again. Thank you Danelle

Well maintained place and all amenities provided for a great stay. Comfortable bed and good water pressure for the shower. Breakfast was provided although simple but a lovely touch. Will recommend for anyone who likes a peaceful and comfortable place to stay.

Had my parents stay over for a few weeks and they really enjoyed the unit. The house was fully equipped and felt very homey. It's located right in the CBD, so getting to places was just a short walk or drive away. A couple of things to note: light sleepers might be affected by the vibrations from passing trains in the evening, as there’s a railway down the street. The house is also right by a fairly busy road, so you might hear some traffic noise throughout the day. Additionally, all the bathrooms are located upstairs, which could be inconvenient for those with mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay—especially for longer visits.

Great place in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful, but you're only a couple minutes from shopping and restaurants. The home was clean and comfortable, and has obviously been well maintained. We loved all the windows! Absolutely recommend!

A great central location with all you need in the apartment. Thoughtful touches with the Christmas decorations and also quiet despite being in a busy complex of apartments.

This was my 3rd time staying with Carla so that must say it all! She's a great host and I felt right at home. A room for sleeping, another for sitting; it's just ideal. And her place is just a short walk from downtown, supermarkets and Lake Hamilton. Definitely recommend it.

Wonderful stay here. Big kitchen and lovely outlook. Was a good place to finish up our holidays. Heaps of restaurants and bars near by, it’s a good walk but you’ll need it after eating at Rice Rice Baby. A perfect location to visit Hobbiton and local sites. Thanks for having us.

Had a great stay at Aleanna’s place. Good place to stay for one night. Not far from shops and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable. It is located close to the train line but this didn’t bother me.
