I very much enjoyed my stay at Katherine’s place. I grew up in Philadelphia and know the city well - and would tell anyone that is is a really great location in the middle of everything - yet sits down a quite mews (Kater Street) so it’s out of the way. Walkable to a lot - I had myself and my kids and found there was plenty of space - very clean. We really enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Its a classic Philadelphia trinity, so I would just note, if you have mobility issues you might find the stairs a bit tricky but it was no problem for us and actually quite enjoyable for the kids

This was our second time staying at Evelyn's place. Evelyn goes above and beyond to make the place feel welcoming. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the house had everything we could have wanted in a home away from home.

Kitty’s place was a perfect, clean and well located spot for my stay. Off-street parking is a nice plus!

Caterina’s place was perfect for our overnight stay. Our dog loved the large and secure yard and we like the old home charm. We found a parking spot right in front of the house, and we felt that the road was not very busy. Caterina was very responsive, and had left many thoughtful treats for everyone. Will stay with her again.

Such a great place to stay in a very convenient location! Looking forward to visiting NJ again!

This is our second time staying at this house. The location can't be beat. My family and I always felt very safe, the area is walkable for terrific restaurants. The private parking is a wonderful addition. Stephen and Kyra are great to work with. Highly recommend! We will be back.

My husband and I stayed here with our 4 kids. The place was great and walking distance to places like fishtown, northern liberties, old Kensington. Lots of great coffee shops, playgrounds, and an acme around the corner

We had a great time at this cozy cottage to celebrate our anniversary. Check in instructions were clear, property was easy to find, and an overall great stay. Jan has two off leash dogs who will come and greet you. This is a known feature as it’s mentioned in the listing and check in instructions, so we knew to expect some greetings! The dogs were friendly, and the border collie was a was a little jumpy and did get some mud on our clothing. However, somewhat to be expected staying on a beautiful farm! I also wished there was a curtain or blinds on the downstairs windows, just felt somewhat exposed at times however did not taint our experience at all. The cottage was clean, with many features and amenities to make you feel right at home. We had the ability to check out some animals on the farm and it was a lovely experience. Overall I would recommend!!

The Little House was an excellent stay for me and my pup. We'd been visiting family locally and wanted to a little space of our own. Its just right for 1 or 2 folks. Our dog appreciated the property and Julia was easy to touch base when we needed anything.

This home has all of the amenities and was so peaceful. You can tell there are a lot of loving memories in this home. The owner is warm and communicative.

Absolutely enchanted with this exquisite cottage. It was beyond our expectations and even more beautiful than the pictures portrayed. Charming, peaceful, comfortable, serene, well appointed, tasteful decor, and Heidi was a thoughtful and lovely host. Would highly recommend staying here. It will not disappoint. I will be back !

Such a lovely condo in a fantastic location! Roger's instructions were clear, the space was comfortable (2 bathrooms!), and we had a great time visiting family in Toms River while also enjoying Seaside/Lavalette. It was rainy during our trip, but the view from the covered balcony was still beautiful! The easy parking was a huge plus too. Thank you!

We had a great stay at Michele’s place. Her home was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The pool was absolutely amazing and just a short walk to the beach! A perfect way to end our summer

Nice traditional beach house with very responsive hosts! Lee Ann and Rich were so kind and helped us any time we reached out. We had a great stay with 4 adults and 2 dogs. Great location to beach, just be mindful that the area can flood during certain times of year - the hosts are great about communicating this though. Definitely recommend!

Friendly/accommodating hosts, spacious for our group of 12 (3 kids). Short walk to the beach/boardwalk. Area felt safe as well as the boardwalk. The basement ventilation sounds were occasionally noisy when sitting in the backyard. The house was nicely remodeled, 2 1/2 bathrooms, layout of bedrooms worked very well for our group of 12. The single beds were great for the younger kids. All in all we had a nice time here.

Great location, nice private outdoor space, reasonable size bedrooms, good climate control. Overall a pretty good stay! Downsides: the listing says "Entire townhouse" but it's actually just the ground floor apartment, so if you're sensitive to noise from somebody walking around the unit upstairs, look elsewhere. There's no dining table so if you're eating in the apartment it's either at the coffee table or the little two-seat counter in the kitchen. Not a huge deal since you're surrounded by lots of restaurants. Also pretty sure the host was using an AI chatbot as the first line of defense. Pretty annoying when we got locked out to not have a person to talk to!

Great experience! Super location to walk anywhere. Communication was quick and helpful. We used the Bounce app to store our luggage after we left the Airbnb as the host suggested and it was inexpensive and worked out perfectly. Thank you Kevin and Dimitri! I would stay here again!

this was by far our favorite air BNB! Tina's place felt just like home. Close to great food and the beach but also a beautiful neighborhood to walk our baby and dog. close to downtown shops the other direction. The house was cozy, clean, and had anything we could think of - games, a grill, beach badges, and more. Tina was super responsive, and very nice! we'll definitely try to come back!

We came down to Seaside Heights to see Ocean County St. Patrick's Parade. We made a weekend out of it and had a wonderful time. The house is very conveniently located to the boardwalk, restaurants, arcade and bars. The parade and grand stand were right up the block, couldn't have gotten closer! The house was clean, comfortable and just right for the amount of people we were. Plenty of beds and space for everyone to enjoy our time at the "boardwalk house"! This is our 3rd year renting this house and we will definitely be back!!
