We had a great time here, and the relaxed and eclectic decor was interesting and welcoming!

A wonderful open floor plan made for a fantastic family visit. The house is well equipped and the natural light from the windows is beautiful. The kitchen had everything that we needed and it was great to have extra blankets and linens. Wish the weather was warmer so that we could have enjoyed the wrap around deck - will plan to return in the summer!

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

I want to say thank you to Christopher and his family for allowing my friends and me to stay in their home. it was clean, beautiful, serene and exactly what it was described to be. Christopher, your suggestions on golf courses for my friends and me were exceptional. I hope we were as good of guests as you were hosts!

Obsessed! if a house could be a soul mate I met mine! I don't say that lightly, I am everything real estate, holding, buying, selling, air bnbs, construction, sales and staging.......and this house could not have been any better. Cherishing the old, while putting new where needed. Let's you feel like you are at the lake without one thing on the to do list. Trees and water, seclusion without being alone. Everything in a logical, well thought out position. The experience from tennis to childlike wondering in the woods, with the most accommodating host that didn't overly reach out. I will be back for all of my peaceful getaways with my daughter. So very grateful for what this host offered us.

Nilsa’s home was nothing short of amazing! Us siblings came up from Georgia, Florida and Washington to spend the weekend with our mom and dad before the crazy Christmas chaos. Nilsa was very accommodating, she had wonderful communication! Everything was as described and we cannot wait to come back!! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home Nilsa!

We had a great stay! From the moment we walked in we were all commenting to each other how we’d happily come back again for a longer trip. The house is very well kept and comfortable, and we had a lovely walk to the pond.

Daphne is a thoughtful and wonderful host. The property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything I would need, especially in the kitchen. I highly recommend this 5-star property. It is quiet, peaceful and full of nature everywhere the eye can see.

What a peaceful home away from home! Living the "lake life" for a week was relaxing, beautiful, and fun to explore the lake on foot or the water! It was perfect for what we were looking for!

The cottage though easy to drive by on the windy road was beautiful. High quality linens. The sauna was amazing. Very comfortable bed and lots of blankets. Great host responsiveness and when we had one issue Kyle was quick to correct it and was very generous. We cannot wait to come back again.

The cottage was easy to check into, clean, and very cozy. It was decorated for the holidays which was perfect for our weekend. We enjoyed the fireplace and the games in the cabin as well! I would consider coming back in the summer to enjoy the outdoor area and lake. Ann-Marie and Carl provided really helpful instructions on how to get to the house.

Lovely rustic cottage on a picture perfect lake. Dawn was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Will stay again!

This place was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our weekend away. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and was the most cozy little cabin right on the water. We really enjoyed our stay, and would love to go back in the near future!!

What an amazing stay! The place had great games and the porch was such a treat. The view from the fire pit was so relaxing and we enjoyed toasting smores while overlooking the lake. We ended up taking the folding chairs and playing catch by the lake, which was only a short walk away. Robert was responsive when we asked where to get firewood. We also enjoyed the Sturbridge coffee house and Maine Lobster (we liked it so much, we went twice)! We ended up going to the farmers market and flea market, which were great finds. Overall, a great stay with the kitchen utensils, bathroom necessities that you’d need. Close by the lake and a great neighborhood!

This house on N Shore Rd in Westhampton is a beautiful refuge in the woods of fairly new post and beam construction - at least that's what I think it's called. The house sits on a small lake/large pond and has a small private sand beach, and on offer were a kayak, rowboat, paddleboat and more. Unfortunately the water level was quite low while we were there due to some ongoing work on the dam - the lake is manmade - but we were warned of that in advance and so have nothing to complain about. We stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. A couple of things to note though - it's really dark at night so be prepared to use your phone flashlight to navigate your way from your car to the house. Also, I was surprised to see curtains on only two or three of the windows, so sleeping-in past sunrise is a little difficult if that's your thing. And lastly, the locks on the back doors were not working while we were there, but it didn't bother us enough to let the hosts know. Overall, very nice!

We came to Otis with our 3 young children with the plan for them to learn to ski at the nearby ski school/mountain. We had a wonderful time and John and Loren’s house was perfect for us. They are lovely, accessible and accommodating hosts! We had the good luck of a snowy weekend and the cabin and property were just gorgeous. The cabin is simple, but very comfortable and we enjoyed how cozy it felt. Our kids slept well and and had so much fun, so did we!

Definitely an amazing place, beautiful! But secluded make sure to stock up on groceries and essentials before arriving nearest market is about 16 minutes away. Overall great stay!

What a beautiful home in a gorgeous setting. We unfortunately got caught in a winter storm during our stay. Christina went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of during the inclement weather. We will definitely stay here again!

We’ve been to this spot twice now and it never disappoints. Beautiful home in a quiet area. Richard is a communicative host. We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our trips here!
