We spent a long weekend at Sweet Water Farm with extended family - what a treat this was! There was plenty of space for us all and the bedrooms were arranged in a way that there was privacy but also great common areas to be together. The house is tucked away at the end of a quiet dead end road. We enjoyed spending time at the house - s'mores by the fire, on-property hiking trails, and beautiful views - but also time out and about exploring the history and beauty of the area. Meals were simple to make for a crowd as the kitchesthad plenty of pots, pans, utensils, etc. of all shapes and sizes. I love AirBNBs but sometimes directions can be confusing. We really appreciated the many clear notes around the house explaining house expectations and agreed it was the best we have seen at any AirBNB! Our host was very responsive and accommodating, everything in the home was as described and easy to use/find, and set us up for a wonderful weekend of family memories. Highly recommend!

Beautiful location in Otis, right on the lake and so peaceful. The house is very spacious and easily accommodated our family ( 7 adults and 2 children). All the windows in the house provided great views of the lake, especially from the deck. Our host Nick was very responsive when we had questions or any concerns. Would be nice to come for a stay during the summer.

Allison's home is just perfect! It is well decorated, clean and comfortable. Every detail to make our stay comfortable was covered. This is my second time visiting and everything was spotless. She is also attentive with an immediately response to us. She goes out of her way to help out her guest. We just love her home and will visit again.

I genuinely don't know what to say other than the fact that this may be one of the greatest places I've had the honor to lodge at. I did a lot of vetting across New England to find a wonderful place that could sleep a decent amount of people, provide a scenic and comfortable escape, and keep us entertained. Sarah's wonderful Stone and Sky Lodge exceeded every expectation I just listed. It's cozy, warm, and feels like a hidden nook! The scenery and nature couldn't be more beautiful. I never got the pleasure to meet Sarah, though I wish I did. Over messages and from what my friends told me, I just know that Sarah is the most hospitable and kind host that I've talked with in a while, and I hope that next time I can thank her personally. From my friends and I, we thank you for sharing your home with us. If you think that the excellent reviews are too good to be true, don't. This IS the truth, and I can't wait to have another reason to come back to this wonderful treasure of a place.

Raphael was such an amazing host! Ver responsive and always going the extra mile. My family and I enjoyed our stay here and it is basically on the UMass campus! So getting to graduation was extremely easy :)

Heather's place is amazing...very spacious and was great for my two week stay for work. It really great it is so close to the highway and also local restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area.

Donna is a warm and friendly host, and provided all the settling-in information we needed. Her apartment rental is roomy and well-equipped. It's also well-situated for exploring all that the five-colleges area has to offer, and Florence is a very walkable town. We were very comfortable in the apartment — felt at home and enjoyed ourselves greatly!

Great place to stay while visiting Smith College! The apartment is VERY clean and wonderfully comfortable! We both had great nights sleep, as it is very quiet. Main street is very close, and it is only a 15 walk to Smith. I highly recommend staying here!

Very cute homey place in a beautiful setting, and a great value. Super convenient for visiting Amherst or UMass Amherst (just a couple blocks from UMass campus, and a very short drive to downtown Amherst). Great communication - Deborah messaged before we arrived to make sure we were good with directions and checked in while we were there to make sure we had everything we needed. She set us up with coffee, eggs, toast, juice, and homemade blueberry jam (!) - really nice. The apartment looks out into woods, and we woke up to a family of deer just chilling right outside.

What a gem! The space was spectacular: beautiful art, high ceilings, old school Pac-Man fun, and everything we would need for a two-day stint in Florence MA. The town (within a town) in the center is cozy, sweet, and friendly. Northampton is stunning and filled with vitality. Thank you for a wonderful trip!

This apartment is an absolute find. It is quiet on a side-street, but so close to downtown Northampton. It is so cozy and welcoming inside. Everything was exactly as Ben described it would be. The instructions for parking and entry are very clear. Ben answered all questions we had within just a few minutes of our asking them--with very clear communication. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

The place was super cute and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was adorable and quiet; a really nice place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. I loved the neighborhood. Super close drive to Main Street with shops, great coffee shops (although a Keureg fully loaded with coffees and tea options was available at the house) restaurants and things to do were close by. I had the pleasure of staying at the place owned by Gladys, and it was an unforgettable experience. When I arrived late at night, Gladys came to ensure my comfort and make me feel welcome. She greeted me warmly and even provided a snack, which was a thoughtful touch after a long journey. I was staying at Gladys's place because of my research internship at UMass, and her hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. She genuinely cared about my comfort and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. One of the most memorable gestures was when she brought a Christmas tree to the apartment, adding a festive and cozy touch to the space. The apartment itself was exactly as described. Everything including the kitchen was clean, cozy, well-equipped, and well-maintained. What truly set this accommodation apart was the personal touch that Gladys brought to the experience. Her warmth and hospitality made me feel like more than just a guest; I felt like a valued friend.

Goran's home was very comfortable and we enjoyed many things. The architectural features were top notch with many luxurious details, such as the decorative tiles, the vaulted ceiling, and the large deck. We enjoyed the natural light, and the spacious rooms.
