Clean, Comfy, Cozy, and Close to everything!!! Came to Amherst to see our daughter play lacrosse at UMass. We had a great stay we had everything we needed!!Beds and furniture super comfy and cozy!! Well stocked kitchen. Easy check in. Cathy provided great instructions and was very responsive. Thoughtful touches made our stay even better. Would definitely book again! Thanks for a great stay!

Niel's guest suite is a perfect, peaceful home away from home. It was spacious and luxuriously inviting, with everything we could want and more. I couldn't take my eyes off of the view as the sun set over the Amherst valley and mountains in the distance. We especially appreciated the artwork and the special collection of botanical counted cross stitch. We wished we could have stayed longer in your beautifully designed home. Thank you very much!

This could be the nicest place I've stayed in with Air BNB. Very charming and spacious with colorful decor. When I visit my daughter again I will definitely book a longer stay.

Lovely apartment, wonderful location, and surrounded by plenty of shops and stores. We only stayed for a few nights but could have easily stayed much longer and had no issues with any part of the apartment. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. This was a great space for a getaway with my husband. This is the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in! This was very impressive and greatly appreciated! We live in the area, and it is a great location close to a ton of things to do (outside and inside) and a wide selection of restaurants in multiple directions. The location was quiet and felt private. Lindsey was super communicative and very responsive. Internet worked great (which was an issue in some other airbnbs we've stayed in). It was well stocked with appliances, and all the things we could need for our stay (we love a good king bed). We highly recommend!

This is a lovely space that felt like just the right amount of close to things but away from everywhere. The place is nicely furnished, with a great selection of books and a well-equipped kitchen. Our hosts were exceptionally flexible and kind from start to finish. We'd absolutely come back anytime!

This was a exactly what we were looking for. New, clean and modern with comfortable beds, bedding and modern bathrooms. Clean modern kitchen, with everything we needed for our stay. Easy check-in and out.

We had a fantastic stay at Joan’s house! She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even baking delicious banana bread and providing snacks, wine and water for us. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy and well-kept home away from home. Lovely house at on a private cul-de-sac. Lots of room for 3 adult couples in town for a family wedding. Well appointed kitchen. Each couple had a separate bathroom, handy when getting ready for the wedding. Enjoyed hanging out in the comfortable common spaces. Sharing take out in the formal dining room one night was a treat. Beautiful back yard with patio and open porch surrounded by trees.

A lovely place to stay. A wonderful mash up of design concepts that flowed well together: Scandinavian, Japanese, mid-century modern. The flow-through living space with large sliding doors leading to a deck makes the space feel incredibly large and open, yet cozy and comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

The words that come to mind is this place is breathtaking. The host was amazing and sends awesome videos of the wildlife at night. There isn't enough to say about how at home you feel here. Would love to stay again if I'm in the area. Thank you Barbara and Max

Debra's home was Incredible. We had a wonderful stay. It was very clean and tidy. Debra was very responsive with requests and information. The beds were super comfortable and the house itself was within walking distance to so many great restaurants, bars and attractions. We Would definitely recommend staying In this beautiful house. Susan's place was like many others have said, equivalent to visiting a museum! Being an 18th century farmhouse, it's a piece of history that Susan kindly shares. We could have stayed much longer and wished we had a week there to explore and appreciate it all. Our trip was rainy, which made the dirt road muddy, but Susan was calm and helpful as we worried about getting stuck in our small sedan. We left grateful for getting to experience the solitude of this Massachusetts gem, even with the unpredictable weather. My husband and I couldn't get enough of the home with its cracks and creaks. Our son loved the toys and hiking in the woods. The large fireplace was a highlight of our trip, and Susan herself was a large part of what made this stay so lovely. She is extremely kind and hospitable. We can't say enough wonderful things about this listing in a short review. We hope to visit again one day.

Perfect house for traveling with a toddler and family! Beautiful backyard with views of Mt. Tom and lots of books and toys for our kiddo.

Daphne is a thoughtful and wonderful host. The property was clean, comfortable and very well appointed with everything I would need, especially in the kitchen. I highly recommend this 5-star property. It is quiet, peaceful and full of nature everywhere the eye can see.
