One of the best stays we've had! Beautiful home with incredible views and spotlessly clean, also much larger than we were expecting. The location is perfect for beach access and walking into Ryde. The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend!

This is part of a lovely small scale apartment complex, with sea view from lounge and bedrooms. It is well equipped, very comfortable & spacious for 4 adults. The kitchen is well equipped but compact. The small balcony directly overlooks the beach with views to the Isle of Wight & Portsmouth. Conveniently close to eateries and shops. We had a lovely & relaxing 3 day spring break.

Great location, within 10-15m walk of central Southsea, Portsmouth and Old Portsmouth, plus right next to the lovely Castle Road and close to seafront. Perfect for two people.

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the beautiful apartment. Amazing sea views. Lovely walks on the doorstep. Would definitely recommend and return in the future.

Very cozy little apartment with restaurants nearby. The beach is only a five minute walk away and there are great parks nearby. Thank you for the welcome snacks and drinks, it’s so amazing.

I booked this flat for some relatives to stay for 2 nights between Christmas and NY. They very much enjoyed this short break by the seaside. Located just 100 yards from the sea front in East Wittering. Karen’s communication was excellent. It is a fairly compact flat for 6, but is very nicely organised and decorated. Very happy. A wonderful view of the sea, a beautiful and tidy place, everything is good, close to all activities, and Liz' very respectful and respectable. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely weekend away. House was perfect for two family’s and pets . Hot tub was a big hit for the kids and adults . Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

Travelled to Island for my wife’s aunts 80th birthday and 60th wedding anniversary celebrations. House was just as described, clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally located for seafront and high street. Extremely well equipped kitchen plus welcoming items including sourdough , butter, preservatives , milk, orange juice and shortbread. Spacious lounge with planting of seating. My wife and daughter loved the soaps, shower gels and fresh smells in the bathrooms. I thoroughly recommend this property and would re book if returning to the Island Tips: Grab the double room on 3rd floor if you prefer medium to soft mattress and watching tv in bed! We felt the middle bedroom mattresses were a bit on the hard side for us personally but this would not stop me from rating this property 10/10.

Amazing stay in Selsey! The beachside view was breathtaking, and the modern design made it so relaxing. As a group of couples, we settled in the moment we arrived. The peaceful surroundings and stylish, creative vibe made it feel just like home. The games on the shelves and well-equipped kitchen with quality cutlery were great essentials for our stay. Highly recommend to anyone!

A warm cozy place perfectly located on a secluded street right next to the beach. Can’t stress enough how perfect the location was. Very clean and everything in perfectly working order, plus the most gracious host. A well deserved five star place.

What a wonderful house , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay . My wife and two young boys loved everything about the house .

Hebe Cottage is the perfect bolt hole for a weekend break or longer stay. Lynne is a great host, her house is clean, cosy and comfortable. The location is fab. It's ideal for coast and country, whether travelling by car, bus, train or on foot. There are plenty of different places to visit and things to do. Five stars all round!

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

A great few days with multiple generations celebrating a big birthday. The house worked really well for our large group. Lots to do locally with great walks along the beach which is yards away.

Was located in an amazing place everything was within walking distance - free parking at the flat - bed was very comfy (better than my own bed😂) would definitely recommend - also Steven is very friendly and responds quickly which is great - 10/10

O apartamento é incrível, perto de tudo, mercado, próximo à praia, e com parques lindos aos arredores. Além de tudo Soraya ainda adiantou o meu checkin. Isso me fez aproveitar mais tempo na cidade. Eu recomendo muito. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes.

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

le logement nous a plu ,propre,nous étions 5 adultes et tout le monde reconnait que on avait bien choisi. On reviendra sans problème, la plage n'est pas loin et il y a de bons restos ou commerces.

Exactly as described and as shown on the photos! Super convenient and cosy and the hosts were really welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The location is perfect, everything is so close, there’s the train and bus stations, restaurants, shops and more. I a 100% recommend staying there 😊!

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

Great location for Seaview and it’s beaches. Pubs and Hotel/Restaurant all short walks. Priory Bay beach is superb, though only really easy at low tide unless you really like steep steps and muddy paths! Swimming at various points according to tide so easy. Had a fabulous time.

This apartment is stunning! The hosts are lovely, really helpful always quick to respond to any questions. I can't recommend this highly enough, the photos are lovely but in reality it is even better, with every amenity possible to need. The decor and furnishings are to the highest standard, and spotless. I would recommend anyone planning a trip to this area of Dorset to book, you will be glad you did!
