We loved the Charlie apartment, decorated to a high standard and very beautiful. It was extremely clean and very well equipped. The bed was so comfy and luxurious. We would highly recommend.

Had an amazing stay, Ben was really great at replying to any questions or issues we had instantly. The place it self was even better than the photos - the perfect place to reset! Would 100% stay here again

Clean apartment .everything was as described, Hosts were very responsive, offered early check-in, gave clear instructions on how to check-in and out and also how to arrive there from London. Would definitely stay again and/or recommend

This penthouse is stunning. We wanted a quiet getaway for a family of 6 adults and this was perfect! The penthouse was immaculately clean, linen was of a high standard and the kitchen had all you could possibly need. We loved the balcony which was perfect for that first quiet cuppa. The penthouse is situated in the village and a short walk to the sea which was perfect for us. Overall an amazing stay and wish we had booked longer! Would highly recommend. The apartment was perfectly situated, walkable to the beach and close to Fisherman’s walk. The apartment itself was larger than it looked in the pictures and was great for our family of four, loved the kitchen and the en-suite the most! Ginny as a host was wonderful, small touches like laying out children’s books for the kids and homemade apple cake with other small treats really made us feel at home! Definitely a great stay for Southbourne and very close to Bournemouth too!

David and Liz were incredibly helpful from the initial booking through to when we had left their property. They even posted a charger that we left behind which was incredibly thoughtful! Nothing was too much bother and nice touches such as a couple of beers and bottle of Prosecco in the fridge make all the difference. The property itself is a fantastic location and within easy reach of the beach and shops. Would stay here again and would definitely recommend.

Very spacious flat and 15 minutes walk to the beach, very happy stay.

We booked super last minute and they were instantly responsive and helpful - check-in was so easy with the photos and details they sent to find the place and get the key. It was very clean and tidy, we had our own entrance, lovely hot shower! Close to two great pubs for lunch/dinner The Wittering and The Lamb and a 4 minute drive or something to West Wittering beach, thanks both!

Everything was as described, in fact the apartment was better than the photos. Clean, quiet, dog friendly, comfortable sofa, which is always high on my list when choosing a place to stay. Communication was good, and the instructions easy to follow.

We had a lovely time staying in Lymington, such a great area, so close to everything! The town is absolutely gorgeous, with lovely independent shops and cute coffee spots. It was also just a short walk to the beautiful marina and a quick drive to the breathtaking New Forest National Park. The flat was perfect and very pretty! Would defiantly like to come back x

Alison's flat was lovely, clean and easy to keep warm, we had a lovely few days and had very nice walks on the beach.

the flatlet was ideal . lovely and clean. great hosts. glad I took usb plugs .the private road to the property is a little ropey! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a lovely weekend at Paul and Tracy’s place! The location is ideal in a quiet neighbourhood, it’s about 10 mins drive away from the dog friendly beach and the dogs really enjoyed it. The place is spotless and cozy, and the hot tub is amazing. Thank you for the lovely stay!

Perfect place to stay, and excellent location. Setting was beautiful with pool and tennis court as added extra. Sara (housekeeper) was brilliant, knowledgeable, friendly and was great to communicate with. Highly recommend

Das Apartment The Palms hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach genau den Beschreibungen. Es lag sehr zentral, sowohl zur Innenstadt, als auch zu den Stränden. Der gesicherte Parkplatz war ein Plus. Wir hätten uns nur noch ein par mehr Küchenutensilien wie ein Schneidbrett oder eine Salatschleuder gewünscht. Dafür gab es eine Waschmaschine mit integriertem Trockner. Zu dritt war das Apartment ausreichend. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war schnell und sehr entgegenkommend. Vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt

We spent 6 days in an excellent accommodation and the facilities in the hotel were great. Our host was very helpful and supportive if we had any questions. We would definitely highly recommend this apartment.

We had an excellent stay at this apartment. While it's small and cozy, the location is excellent, we were so close to the beach, we'd go there several times a day! The underfloor heating makes the place really warm. It was spotlessly clean and shiny when we arrived. The Spa facilities in a hotel opposite was an extra bonus. The host would respond to my messages instantly and everything was dealt with instantly. The place is new, very clean, modern, warm, and well kept, totally recommend it!
