Had a great stay. Good location, easy walk to shops and to town. Comfortable sofa, and beds, great dining table and kitchen. Stayed with another couple of their two small kids - plenty of room for all of us. Would stay again if in area.

a great option for dog owners, as the garden was very safe and there was plenty of room!

Really lovely house just steps from the town centre. The living space was very comfortable, stylish and well -equipped. The house is bigger than expected and the little garden leading to the pond was a real bonus. communication with P was easy and swift. We have family in the area and will definitely hope to stay here again on future visits.

I can't thank Carolyn enough, after finding out I was surprising my 12 year old son to a birthday getaway birthdays banners and signs plus sweets etc all put out for when we arrived! above and beyond for us. Carolyn was very responsive, informative and so kind. wonderful localaton, amenities etc. caravan was like home to home, well equipped and very clean. thank you again! highly recommend! 5🌟😁

A lovely place, centrally located and an easy walk into town along the canal. Every detail is very well thought out for a comfortable stay, including all the little extras such as milk, juices, breakfast cereals and snacks. We stayed we a young baby so appreciated the cot and high chair were ready for us on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay - the house is absolutely gorgeous and very comfortable, plenty of room for two families. The kitchen is amazing, a fantastic communal space and really well equipped. The living rooms are cosy whilst still being light and airy and the bedrooms all great. Thank you so much for a great long weekend.

We spent a wonderful weekend at Caroline & Etienne’s Bay Tree Cottage, and our hosts couldn’t have been more accommodating. Caroline was flexible to our work schedules for check-in, and also allowed us to check out later on the last day. Their home is immaculate, cosy and warm - with features that transported us back to the land of our neighbour at the end of the road - Jane Austin. The added touch of leaving breakfast supplies to begin our stay demonstrated true thoughtfulness and a familial sentiment, and the experience stands out as perhaps the best countryside adventure we’ve had so far through AirB&B. If you are looking for a place to stay to celebrate the 250 year anniversary of Jane Austin, or simply to enjoy a peaceful countryside getaway, look no further than Bay Tree Cottage - also just 30 minutes from Winchester. The house was warm and cozy when we got there. It was spotless. The bedrooms were perefct and loved the quirkiness. There was a folder full of information that we used. It was a quick walk to the city centre but we chose the walk to Chichester marina. When we got home we had hot shower, pj's on and settled in to play games and watch telly. Next day we did not want to go home...

Excellent all round. Very clean and comfortable. Well laid out rooms. Kitchen well equipped. Especially good shower room with plenty of space. The road is very quiet at night. Walking distance to local shops, and to the very pleasant park-like areas around the river by Tuckton Bridge. Kind greeting from hosts, who provided an extra chair, and adjusted the heating for me. I would stay again !

Came back here again as a beautiful property and was as good as we remembered.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable chez Keely. L'appartement est juste magnifique, avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Keely et Julie ont été des hôtes formidables, très arrangeantes et compréhensives. Tout était très propre. L'emplacement était idéal pour se balader le long de la plage et pour accéder au centre ville de Ryde.

Um apartamento é incrível, bem localizado no centro da cidade, mas parece que não, pois é bem arborizado me senti em casa…. Sem contar que tinha tudo perto, como supermercado, restaurantes, academia perto e vários parques lindos para caminhar. Eu recomendo muito o apartamento do Michael. Obrigado foi muito bom tirar esse final de semana para descansar em sua propriedade.

What a super weekend we've had with my elderly Dad at Richard's lovely house. The house was beautifully clean, warm, welcoming, comfortable and really easy for my Dad to get about. The location is ideal, and very quiet. Richard was such a kind and thoughtful host which was much appreciated. A very well laid out and private garden which matches the care and attention paid to the house. Thank you so much. We really hope to return before too long.

We had a fabulous stay at Jonathan's apartment. Met up with our son and partner for a few days break, and the apartment suited us perfectly. It's cool and stylish interior was also very comfortable. Its well-equipped and for us, it was the perfect location.

Location was great for visiting the Cathedral and Christmas markets. many stores and eateries nearby. Amenities were as stated. Liked the M&S products. It was only one set of stairs to the flat.

Iveta could not have been more welcoming. All sorts of goodies were left for us and the flat was clean and extremely homely. My daughter and I stayed for two weeks following surgery at the hospital and we could not have been more comfortable. I would highly recommend Iveta’s flat and would definitely return in the future .

Each summer a U.K. FAMILY holiday is planned for three generations ..ages 5 up to well quite a lot! The choice this year was to go to Simons place.and what a find for everyone. A characterful house. Inside spacious spotless , kitchen brilliant ,, bedrooms roomy , bathroom ( particularly first floor) fabulous, living room so homely with Simons personal collection of books, his piano, homeliness beyond, and with cable Tv Incorporating Sports channels , and Netflix and Prime Video . Outside the decking in the rear garden a wonderful morning sun trap , the front garden full of charm with BBQ facilities and two squirrels nicknamed Bill and Bob..there every morning … The location very peaceful , parking at front and rear of property . Local shops , and the beach within easy 5-10 minutes walk and buses same time away into Bournemouth Poole and Christchurch . A wonderful seven days

Tim was a fantastic host, very quick to respond to any queries we had. The house itself was beautiful and just what was needed after a long day, the private parking was a big bonus for us. All together we had a brilliant stay here and we will definitely be back again. Thank you for hosting us Tim.

Kevin has been a five star host!. His gorgeous place is in the most perfect of coastal locations, in which to spend quality time with my dear family. The house is stunning, equipped with all the quality essentials necessary and additional small touches, to ensure our stay was so comfortable. Everyone commented on how good the beds were ! The numerous people we met on our coastal walk were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you for an amazing time, memories and prosecco! Thank you, we had a blast !!! x

We had a great stay, even in January, and the house was perfect for us (6 adults, a 4-year old, 2 dogs) The house was warm and spacious with lots of kids toys and extremely well equipped. The hot tub in the garden is a lovely addition, despite high winds meaning we couldn’t always use it! It’s well located near Cowes and its amenities, amidst other houses but on a quiet road, with great views because it’s on a hill and very near the sea, though not a beach as such. We would certainly return if we can.

We stayed for three nights over half term. The photos don’t quite do this place justice - I’m not exactly an architectural connoisseur but the place is stunningly designed with bifold doors straight onto the beach and a fire with ‘floating chimney’ visible from 360 degrees in the living area. Jo was an amazing host and showed us around personally, as well as supplying a very nice welcome pack and ample firewood! Whilst being right on the beach, this always felt like a very peaceful location. We enjoyed being able to do a bit of beach combing from the door as well as walk to the nearby nature reserve. Also had a very nice day out at West Wittering which is a relatively short drive. The weather was mixed during our stay (it was February!), but this the place is equally well equipped for a bracing walk followed by time by the log fire and more sunny days. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a short break by the sea.

The folly is a beautiful and magical place with great character. We spent a couple nights there over New Year’s Eve and it was perfect. Check in was flexible and very easy. The location is very peaceful and the garden and surroundings beautiful. Great pub with excellent food a few minutes drive down the road. We hope to be back in the summer.

Had a lovely stay with family. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed the property and surrounds. The living area was inviting and convivial with a cosy log fire. The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive, going out of her way to accommodate and make our stay memorable. Definitely recommend.

Lovely family home in the heart of the new forest. Was perfect for a pre Christmas getaway with lovely fireplace and warm Arga in the kitchen. Ian and team were very accommodating and it was lovely to have our two cocker spaniels with us to enjoy long daily walks in the forest. Will definitely be back again
