This Airbnb was a great space for 4 people. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. About 20 minutes from so many shops and restaurants in Portland. Host sent very detailed instructions the day before the trip that were very accurate and helpful. Neighborhood felt safe and the unit was very clean.

We loved our stay! CONVENIENT!! Perfect for a small family or couple. Right across the street from the beach. Two lovely restaurants right next door, the general store for quick snacks. Walk to the town, park, arcade. The beach was lovely and the tide never came in too close! The rental was very clean, had everything you would need. View and sunrise were amazing. Allee was very responsive! Would definitely come back with my family!

This is a great location - right across from the beach. We walked on the beach every day. The drive up 1A along the coast to Portsmouth is beautiful. We went off season so most of Hampton Beach closed down, but drive a couple miles inland to the town of Hampton and you'll find a grocery store and more restaurants. The condo is very comfortable. It's a studio so not big, but the host has done a nice job with lost of amenities and consumables. It's on the south side of the building so plenty of sun. It has a deck with a partial view of the beach. The only thing to note depending on your mobility is it's on the third floor so two flights of stairs - no elevator.

After staying at the Hamptons for a week with my significant other we can’t help but say how much fun our stay here was! Our condo was in the most perfect location. Literally you walk right up the street and the beach and the strip is right there! It’s about a 3 minute walk to any near by restaurant, coffee shop, scooter shops, souvenir shop, etc. From the condo the view itself is gorgeous overlooking the Atlantic and seeing people at the beach, parasailing, it was truly a gorgeous spot! The condo was well maintained, our hosts were very nice and didn’t hesitate letting us know what needed to get done before we left! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area for a few days, or even a week like us!

Of all of the other locations where I’ve stayed, this was the most well stocked. Host even provided emergency toothbrushes and toothpaste!!

Jessica's listing was quaint and peaceful. It is not too far away from all the great spots for when you are in NH for fall colours. Jessica is also responsive and very flexible with all our requests. 😃

Our 2nd time staying and just as happy as we were w the first time. Love the beach when it’s not crowded…and the condo is perfect for a couple’s getaway. Close to lots of good options, casino (the Brook) and nice and peaceful. Came for the sunrise eclipse, but too overcast w clouds, but didn’t dampen our enjoyment. We had a great stay here! Location is perfect! Extremely dog friendly area, lots to see and do and very walkable. We’d love to return when it’s warmer! Gary’s place is beautiful and even nicer in person.

We loved our stay at Darryl's place in Gloucester. The apartment was bigger than we expected, spotless, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location was awesome-- right at one end of Main Street, which had lots of great shops and restaurants to explore, and walkable to the beach (even for my young children, as long as we stopped for snacks and browsing along the way). Highly recommend!

David was great at communicating with us, quick to respond and flexible with checking in a little early as we arrived in town earlier than expected. Off street parking, greeted us in person (they live in the back of the house) showed us around and made us feel like VIP guests. David and his family have lived in Salem quite a while and gave us lots of good advice on where to eat, etc. They found out that we were going to be in town for my wife’s birthday and brought her a little birthday cake on her birthday… that’s going the extra mile for your guests! Thanks for making our time in Salem special and lots of fun!!

My family and I stayed for Prelude 2024 - perfect location!! Was easily walkable to everywhere in town. The unit was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

Great spot, close to everything. Nice fenced in backyard area for pets. Property was clean and well-appointed for a longer term stay. Hosts communicated well and responded quickly. Would definitely recommend and return !

It's a nice flat to stay in for a few days while visiting Salem. We stayed with our 2 children - worth remembering it's on the 3rd floor when you have little ones, especially if they want to be climbing the stairs themselves! The main things - comfy beds and lovely and warm.

Great property, well cared for, and really enjoyed double bedrooms and double bathrooms. Not only are they dog friendly, but they are proactive about providing recommendations about having dogs on the beach. We didn't realize it would be possible to take him onto the beach (after or before 9-5), which blew our little dog's mind running around in the sand. And they provided sheets with a note in a cute little bag that asked us to cover either chair our dog might be lying around on, so the sheets could contain pet hair. Most other hosts wouldn't think of that, wouldn't word it as friendly/casually, and it would've been a REALLY SERIOUS warning. All around - professional, pleasant, customer-focused, with a sense of humor. Winning all around!

Amy was very helpful and communicative and generous with an end of season late checkout. We were in town to celebrate my Dad’s 85th and she even offered to help with balloons! The place was perfect for us with my young nephews. The unit was well stocked with plenty of kitchen tools and cookware and dishes. There were plenty of linens and towels available to us. Very convenient to pine point beach. We would love to visit here again if it worked with our schedule.

Don't go to a beach town and not stay on the beach! Incredibly beautiful location! The apt was absolutely perfect, and the decor was the ideal New England beach setting! Big, roomy and with two baths- we never felt crowed. The kitchen was well stocked, so we felt right at home. The beach chairs and beach towels made getting to the beach easy. A question or two popped up and they got back with us immediately!

Had such a great stay. We didn’t want to leave! We felt right at home. We were 4 adults and two kids- three generations. We enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen with all the tools we needed, the lovely balcony, and the puzzles and games in the cabinet. Not to mention the AC, which kept us all comfortable. We were also thrilled with how walkable the location was- so many restaurants and shops right there!

Great spot for a getaway weekend with the ladies! The beds and bedding were super cozy and made for great sleep. While the space isn’t huge, they utilized it really well, and the skylights made it feel more open. And the view of the water was beautiful! The location was great for our needs. I’m someone who doesn’t mind walking when on vacation, but I didn’t feel it was too long of a walk to get to the downtown area. We also didn’t have any issues finding a parking spot (though it was off season). The place was the most well stocked Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in (bath supplies, baking supplies, games, umbrellas, etc). The icing on the cake was a drawer full of coffee creamer in the fridge to go with the Keurig. I appreciated Charley’s quick responses to any questions leading up to the trip. You can tell a lot of love goes into this property. I know it is in the description, but it was up a few flights of stairs, so definitely wouldn’t be a good fit if you have mobility issues.

An incredible stay and such a great location. I recommend this to anyone looking for a nice weekend stay.

Took the whole family here for a winter weekend to celebrate my wife's 65th birthday. The waterfront views were great. The 2 floors allowed us to separate our 1 year old grand daughter from the rest of us (so we could sleep all night!). It was clean, easily large enough for 6 1/2 of us. Only 5-10 min from downtown Newburyport with all its shops and restaurants. Nice kitchen, place was spotless. Frankie stopped by for a few minutes to make sure we were settled in. Took one walk on the beach (it was 20F with wind!). This would be outstanding in better weather. Walked to the "whale skeleton", a wood sculpture that looks like a whale at a distance. We would gladly come again! Thanks for sharing it with us.
