I’ve stayed at Karen’s Airbnb multiple times while traveling for work, and it’s always been a fantastic experience. Karen is a great host—she’s quick to respond to messages and makes sure everything is just right. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, making it perfect for both work trips and relaxing stays. I always look forward to returning and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Harvey’s place was great! Everything was very clean and neat. Clear instructions on how to use lighting, appliances, and other equipment. My wife especially loved the pressure and the hand held shower head in the bathroom for washing her long hair. Everything was great, place was as described and pictured. Great place to stay.

This home is amazing! It was perfect for our group of ten family members that were in the area to celebrate a wedding for the weekend. Our hosts could not have been more accommodating and we were so impressed with their hospitality!! So many nice touches and such a spacious, comfortable home - no detail overlooked. Enjoyed our stay immensely and would definitely return.

We had a lovely weekend at Debbie's home! It was immaculate and very welcoming. The place is located right off the main road but is secluded. The weather wasn't great so we didn't get to enjoy the grill or outdoor setup but it looked very nice. The kitchen was amazing! All the equipment was in great condition and as a cook, was everything I wanted. Close to everything York has to offer! Great for families or a couple with a dog like us. Highly recommend!

Ashlee s cottage is truly adorable! She has everything you need and more. The yard was perfect for us traveling with dogs, they seemed right at home immediately. She was very responsive to our text messages immediately and extremely helpful. The pellet stove was a wonderful source of heat and made for a nice ambiance. We bought wood for the fireplace but since it's not a working fireplace, Ashlee left a note so we were able to get a permit to have a fire in the little firepit outside. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The kitchen was well stocked and she even left us a little note with a sweet treat 🍷. We would definitely return!

Our party had a great stay at Julie's home! The house is so well stocked and so many logical choices were made by Julie to make the stay as convenient and effortless as possible. The hot tub was awesome, the lower floor was cozy and fun with plenty of games, and the layout was great for the two kids and two adults. The entire house was very clean and comfortable. Julie was very communicative and responsive throughout our stay. She also had a basket of goodies waiting for us on arrival. I would love to come back in the summer months to kayak on the lake. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful girl's trip staying in Diana's house! We walked to the beach and to Scratch bakery (twice). The house was perfect for the five of us with a great sitting area to hang out and chat. The house was clean and the instructions for cleaning up were easy to follow.

This is my second time staying and it was just as good as the first time two years ago. Place is clean, neat and bed and couch were comfortable. Being pet friendly is a big plus. Hayley instructions are clear and she’s responsive to questions. Will definitely stay again.

The house was perfect for my family and I- plenty of open space for the kids to play and a great yard- even in December with cold weather the kids loved the play gym outside!! The location was amazing with lots of things to do within a few minutes and the food scene was great. Thanks to Ned for a spotless home and great amenities!! We can’t wait to come back in the summer to use the pool!!

LOVED LOVED! My friends and I all agreed that this house looks just like the pictures for once! Very nice unexpected touches/surprises. House had everything you could really need! I believe the host could get away with charging more in my opinion! I hope to come back in the future.

We had a great stay in Marblehead. We love the area and the cute shops and restaurants. Amy was an amazing host. Always responsive, very friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The property was very clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend booking a stay with Amy as your host. I can’t say enough good things about her attentiveness and help. Her communication with us was very helpful and made the whole experience effortless.

Host was friendly and helpful. House is located in an area close to a great grocery store and lots of shopping. It,s also not far from the mountains for those who want to leaf peep in the fall. The house is cozy and has everything you could want, just have to bring yourselves.

The place was fantastic! Looked just as pictured/described. We were a group of 8 adults and 4 kids and were very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great, clean, and heated as promised. It felt private even though there were other units on site. The space is large and winding - a kids hide and seek dream :) lots of gathering spaces to hang out. John was super responsive and helpful. spectacular location which can't be understated. Host very responsive. Home was clean. Had all the basics ++ for superior kitchen and bedrooms. We celebrated a milestone birthday ages from 2-65. Six families flying in from both coasts. Both Portland and Boston airports very close and convenient. Was large enough to give families own personal space as well as the common area was large enough for everyone to be together. Stunning views from several bedrooms with crashing waves as background noise. Additionally, very convenient grocery & supply delivery to the front door from Hannaford and Walmart, as well as Amazon. (we never left the house). Clearly, the luxury and glory gave our family a foundation for a legendary vacation. small things: two bags of ice in the freezer was a perfect touch. Upon arrival the fireplace was not working but the host made it right. We want to rent again!

This house is a true gem. The home is cozy and welcoming with lots of puzzles and family games to play. The pool is pristine and was so much fun to use. The beautiful trees and flowers provide nice shade and privacy around the pool while also feeling like you’re inside a pollinator garden. The home is an easy walk to front beach and bearskin neck where we enjoyed good restaurants and shops. Trenton and Cassie are great hosts- very responsive and friendly. We hope to stay here again!

There a re couple of things, like that need some TLC which I am sure they will get once their spring cleanup and fixup happens. Great location and noce place. Upstairs suite is terrific

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

We were in the area for a wedding and wanted a dog-friendly place to stay! The property looks like the photos, was clean, and was a great spot for us to stay with our dog, Penny. Hoang was very responsive and gave great information to make sure we didn't have any issues once we got to the property. We definitely enjoyed our stay :)

Actually rented both units A & B of this property for my wife's birthday to have some room for additional family (surprise). Unit A was awesome! 2 beds and a bath, BIG kitchen that had everything you would need, dog friendly with a fenced in yard which is always a plus, super comfortable living room/dining room combo that had plenty of room for everyone to gather, private courtyard (shared with unit B) with room for outdoor dining and a grill PLUS hot tub! I could go on but to summarize, it was perfect for our plans. The addition of unit B gave us the whole place and I couldn't be more pleased! Centrally located. Anywhere we wanted to explore, from Kennebunkport to Ogunquit and beyond, was never more than 20 - 30 minutes away. Even the neighbors were amazing (friendly)! 100% I would (and plan to) stay here again!

This is the second time I’ve stayed at this house. Spacious and a lot of light. You can see the marsh from the windows, which is lovely. Near the beach. Recommend!

George’s place was very clean and comfortable- just what we needed. The house and yard were beautiful. George had wonderful recommendations for local places to go. We woke up to no hot water and he had it fixed within hours. Super responsive. We will definitely be coming back if we’re ever back in the area!

Stayed at Matt's place over Christmas. It is a beautiful and spotless place that fit our needs perfectly. The fireplace and cozy living room made it easy to feel like home and celebrate the holiday! Matt was responsive to our questions and was quick to reply. Would certainly stay here again!
