Exactly as described in the listing. Three families stayed here comfortably, and Xiang was an excellent host! The kids (14, 14, 11, 7, & 5) had plenty of space to play, and the grow ups had plenty of space to relax. A great place to come back to after a day of sightseeing!

We had a great stay. We had our kids and grandchildren and this home provided all that we needed. I made dinner every night. The kitchen was well stocked and the grill was wonderful. The kids loved playing with the toys and mom and dad were thrilled they didn’t have to worry about a highchair and pack and play. We didn’t have beach weather but the home had all we could have wanted. Very comfortable home, loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Karla’s because it was just what we needed. It was clean comfortable ,had a great TV and was very close to our son and daughter-in-law who are were having our grandbaby. While we were there, it snowed over 10 inches in a day, which is unheard of in Chesapeake. The very next morning the walk at driveway and around our car had been shoveled. It was so sweet because they knew we were trying to get to the hospital for the birth. I can’t say enough nice things about our hosts and the place. We will definitely be staying again.

There’s something about the waterfront…this house was well designed for maximum enjoyment of the water views. Home was well stocked with kitchen equipment, linens, W/D, activities. We enjoyed being there and caring for it as if it was our home. Access to ferry to Jamestown/Williamsburg is a definite plus. Appropriately priced for it’s value.

The place had plenty of sleeping spaces which is what we needed it was a great stay. Communication went well and there was plenty to entertain everyone

Very well setup home with a great location for all of the historic triangle activities. Walkable for a few restaurants (<1mi) and very easy to get in an out of. Only item to be aware of is the morning traffic if you are sensitive to road noise but it doesn't pickup until closer to 7AM. The home has everything you need and enough space to relax after a full day walking the historic sites. Spence is a fantastic host and extremely quick to respond to any questions. He even provided some recommended activities and family friendly options for the kids. We will be looking to return once the kids are a bit older for our Busch Gardens trip.

I recently had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The space was spotless and thoughtfully maintained, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere right from the start. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring that every detail was taken care of, which made the entire experience seamless and comfortable. I truly felt at home, and every aspect of the stay exceeded my expectations. Without hesitation, I’ll be booking again for my next visit!
