We had a lovely stay and would certainly stay again if we were back in the area. Everything was spot on, the icing on the cake was a lovely 30 minute walk along the sea front to a wonderful Indian restaurant called Great Spice.

Fantastic accommodation and hosts. The house is lovely and well equipped. The back deck and pool area is amazing. Very secluded. The hosts were also very helpful at returning a couple of items left behind. Top accommodation.

Place was beautiful, we spent time round the pool and in the spa. Felt like a home away from home! Thanks so much for having us, look forward to staying again ☺️

Gorgeous place in a handy location. A short to the beach for an April swim and surf club coffee is how you should start every day. Super hosts!

Lovely well maintained home, close to amenities, nice quiet street and lovely private backyard with a pool. Comfortable furnishings and well appointed kitchen.

Tara was easy to deal with and place was clean and tidy. House had plenty of room and an excellent outdoor area including a pool to relax and refresh. Would definitely stay again.

Pleasantly surprised by this house it was very cozy and warm. It was in walking distance to groceries butchers and liquor store. As we’ve been on the road for about 2 1/2 weeks we had a wonderful rest here and it was really well appointed it had everything we needed from Salt-N-Pepa and olive oil to towels to soap and body wash and extra blankets and fans. The hot tub was awesome but we only got to use it once before the weather turned really bad. Definitely recommend

I met Aimee and she was lovely and so gracious! She gave us great recommendations on what to do in town for the short duration we had. The place was a truly beautiful and peaceful oasis on the lake. Stunning views and gorgeous sunset. The place is gorgeous and the bed is so comfortable. This was one of the best places we stayed at. Thank you so much for hosting us. Five stars all around! :)

Me and my family had a wonderful stay! Located in a very peaceful area in Papamoa and very close to the beach. The place was spacious and tidy. What a weekend!

A wonderful place to stay - the house was lovely and very tastefully styled. We felt right at home and it was so nice to pop out to the beach. The outside hot shower was a really great addition! Kristie was an amazing host, great communication and offered restaurant recommendations which we used and they were excellent. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and recommend to others.

Awesome house, comfortable and big enough for the 10 of us and was in a perfect location for our group. Would love to stay again! Highly recommend.

The house was beautiful and incredibly well finished. It had everything you needed, the coffee machine was a bonus and we really appreciated the swimming towels provided. It was super comfortable, with lovely outdoor areas which was amazing for the summer days. We were a group of couples and the only comment is that bedroom 4 is two single beds (not a double as in the photos), however it wasn’t an issue at all. Check-in and out was super easy, highly recommend staying there!

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

Right from the start Jenny was very friendly and accommodating. She ensured our check in would be smooth and we had all we needed. The accomodation was beautiful, new appliances and exceptionally clean. There was ample space for our travelling team, and it was very peaceful. Very close to town & amenities, yet far enough to enjoy the quiet.

Lovely home and very comfortable stay with our 2 families. Kitchen was very well equipped and the children loved the hot tub! Great location, not too far from anything. Thank you very much, we would definitely recommend.

We had the coziest stay here! The area was quiet and private, but close to everything we needed. The spa and backyard area was really nice to have, too :) we highly recommend El Mexicano Zapata, a mexican restaurant near the downtown area!!! Fe was very responsive and helpful, we would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

There were 8 of us - 3 couples and 2 singles and the accommodation was ideal for our group. lots of outside seating for the warmer days/evenings. Great communication from Bev and/or Ezra. Thanks so much - we'd love to come again.

Great place if you’re a skier/ wakeboarder to do a full immersion!

We booked last minute because we decided we should get somewhere with a proper kitchen . We had been staying in Airbnb’s with just a microwave and a toaster and a kettle, there were only two of us so we were spoiled in this large, fantastically well equipped house. I would highly recommend it for visiting Rotorua only a few minutes drive from the town.
