This house worked perfectly for our multigenerational family trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the covered outdoor space for eating breakfast before heading to nearby beaches. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants in Princeville made it very convenient. Would love to stay here again!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Princeville. The space was perfect for our group of eight — spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The kitchen was wonderful and made it easy to cook meals together, and the location was ideal for quick trips to Hanalei Bay and other nearby spots. Everything was comfortable and thoughtfully arranged for a relaxing stay. Laura was a great host — responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from start to finish. The standout feature was definitely the lanai. We started each morning with coffee out there, enjoying the breeze, the sound of birds, and the ever-changing weather — from gentle rain to sudden downpours. It was the perfect place to unwind and soak in the lush surroundings. The ping pong table was a fun bonus and got plenty of use. This home was the perfect base for our trip and we’d absolutely stay again!

The house is absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures and the description. It was incredibly spacious for our multi-generational group of 6. The house was spotless and really well-appointed, including all their beach gear. It’s in a great location in Princeville, really close to Hideaway beach and a quick easy drive to Hanalei. The hosts are lovely and very responsive. Our family had a fabulous stay and we would definitely stay at the house again!

Enjoyed the most mellow and relaxing vacation with my adult children. We walked daily on the great pathway and took in the blue ocean and the peaceful setting. The neighborhood was quiet and what I expected. We enjoyed eating at all the wonderful local places within a casual 20 minute walk. It was rainy this time of the year so sometime we just stayed and chilled in the awesome living room. The house is old so it has its charms but it felt like going to a beach house. There are plenty of windows and we slept with them open and it was very windy at night so we didn’t miss the a/c at all. We are from the Pacific Northwest, my son said he was surprised that 72 degrees could feel so cold and it was funny to see him wear his puffy jacket at times. Anyone staying here in the spring should probably bring a jacket because the wind and moisture can make it feel a lot colder than it should be due to being right next to the ocean. This is an excellent location overall.

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and this one was the best stocked of all of them! The kitchen had everything that anyone would need, and there was plenty of beach gear in the garage. There is a grocery store and a small strip mall (with a tiki bar!) within walking distance. It was a nice place for our family of five to hang out while we visited the north shore beaches.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

We loved our stay at this beautiful place. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking, blending, etc. Bathrooms were sparkling clean (could have used more toilet tissue) We loved the view and having the surf right across the street. Would definitely recommend this property to groups or families.

Great place. About a 15-20 minute walk to a couple beaches. You are in a neighborhood so it feels safe to walk around/not many cars. 5-7 minute drive to nearest grocery store and a few restaurants. Very close to Hanalei town - about 30 min to Haena State Park. You definitely need a car while sight seeing around Kauai. The home is large (big enough for 9-10 people) and the kitchen/living area is great for family mornings and evenings. You can see the mountains and waterfalls on a clear day. The lanai on the first and second floor are great in the mornings. All the rooms are spacious and very clean. 3 of the rooms are on the bottom floor (including the 4th room/bunk bed that is in common area). The only room on the first floor is the master. Only issue was that the fridge ice maker did not work and had a little difficulty contacting the 24/7 property manager. Brad was a great communicator and really helps you know the lay of the land. Would definitely stay again.

The area was absolutely gorgeous. You can watch the sunrise from the lanai which we did every morning. Even in February the house was warm, but we slept with all the windows open and our bedroom door to help with air circulation. The nearby hideaways beach is at the bottom of a steep paved path, but it was an easy walk we did a couple of times. The BBQ is at the bottom of the path so it's not really convenient for grilling and bringing food up to the house but you can eat at the picnictable there. The space felt mostly clean. The beach gear located in the guest closet was not organized and was pretty much thrown in there making it difficult to hang clothes. Also, no hand soaps in the house except one little bar in each bathroom and no supplies in the shower. I always prepare for that so bring your own toiletries and you'll be good to go. Overall it was a great place to stay!

Fabulous stay. This is the place of you want to spend majority of your time on East and North side of island. Host is extremely responsive. It is noted on listing but there is no central AC. Open windows & fans kept the place comfortable.

Allison was a great host and has excellent communication with clear directions and instructions. The location is beautiful and close to great cafe’s and shops. I was worried about parking, but there were always spots available at all times of the day. Would definitely recommend staying here but just a heads up - we could hear the upstairs guests walking around quite a bit and when they used the laundry machine (just outside the front door) in the middle of the night, but Allison was great to provide earplugs in advance!

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

This was a beautiful place! We had amazing views of the ocean and a large space to enjoy. The windows were left open for a nice ocean breeze! There is no air conditioning but that is clearly posted in the listing and honestly we felt comfortable without it. The fans and breeze make it so nice! Eric was amazing with local recommendations. We would certainly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great place with plenty of space and a gorgeous big yard with covered and uncovered seating areas. Well-stocked kitchenette with plenty of basic cooking equipment, some oils vinegars, spices, sugar etc likely left by previous guests, and a propane grill that was in good shape. Very comfortable bed, and I'm fussy about beds. Everything you could possibly need for the beach except surfboards. Absolutely loved the 7pm check-out time! Super nice owner (I met Adam, but not Beata). They live upstairs, but were very quiet. Speaking of quiet, this property seemed to have a lot less roosters than most places I've stayed on Kauai--I didn't need to use my ear plugs. I would absolutely love to come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it!

We loved our time at Lae Nani! The beach and pool are wonderful and the condo was fantastic. Highly recommend.

We loved Josie's place. exactly what the Doctor ordered. Peaceful, clean, beautiful view of the ocean and the beach just feet away! It was perfect for us. The extra bar was very helpful making food. We had breakfast with mimosas on the lanai as well dinners. We would definitely stay again!

We really loved our stay at Melissa and Ian's Airbnb! It's a cute place with an amazing view! Especially the sunsets are amazing here! Pool and jacuzzi are also part of the association there which has been really nice. Their place also comes equipped with snorkeling gear. Princeville is a cute area but you need to drive a few minutes to nearby areas for restaurants (except a pizza place right on site). Overall highly recommend this place!

Incredible spot for a family location. We were able to watch our kids swimming in the pool from our own lanai, and saw a whale breaching one night while sitting out eating dinner. I truly think there is no better location in Kapa'a - right on the beach but quiet and secluded. We loved being close to the Kauai Shared-Use Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae) which we ran on every morning at sunrise. Having the Safeway/ABC Store/Wailua Shave Ice only a 5 minute walk away was fantastic! The condo and surrounding building is clean and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong in the common area while we used the Barbecues. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that the beach is not swimmable due to the reef - but it was just a 6-minute drive to Lydgate beach for swimming and snorkeling.

A balcony overlooking the beach, only 50 feet away, and a nice sea breeze flowing through the apartment, combined with comfy beds made for a very wonderful stay.

We loved our stay! The place is absolutely adorable, easy access to everything. Loved all the beach items provided. Definitely will want to stay again.

Beautiful spot in princeville. community was quiet and could go swimming in the pool. easy to get to hanalei by car or walk around princeville's beautiful path from the frontdoor. place was clean, quiet, and beautiful decorated. kitchen had everything you need. towels for beach, snorkeling gear, boogie boards, and beach chairs were a great bonus! keith and kourtney also had a great booklet with lots of recs for local food spots, trails, etc. Would definitely stay here again. a few thing to note, the upstairs loft may be tricky for some to climb with a suitcase depending on age, so something to know if you are traveling with older or super young children. other things is that there was a washer and dryer in the unit, but did have some difficulty using it as it would turn off mid cycle on its own. otherwise, no complaints about this location at all, and provided everything we could have asked for and more!

Katie's place was in the perfect location. Between Coconut Marketplace and Sleeping Giant Grill, we never had to go far for good food. The room was homey and we loved the view from the balcony. Mahalo for the great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The balcony view is so beautiful & listening to the birds made it even better! The space is exactly as described. Everything was clean & neat! Parking was easy. The surrounding area is wonderful! Having a washer/dryer was so nice! Would definitely stay again!

Our host went above and beyond with lots of recommendations, facilitating early check in, and some treats to make our honeymoon trip feel special The location was phenomenal - really nice exterior close to restaurants and a great view. One of the best stays on Airbnb so far.
