The wyndham resort was nice and clean. Didn't stay on the property much as we went out on daily adventures. It was nice having a stocked kitchen and didn't need to buy anything in order to cook meals. Very close to Foodland, Hanalei Bay and not far from Kapaa. Would stay again.

The unit being on the first floor was great because no hiking up and down stairs with luggage or groceries. Location can't be beat, close to everything!! And finally, customer service in this day and age is practically nonexistent. That's why dealing with Jen was so refreshing! So efficient, personal and kind! The fact that the unit is beautiful means nothing without good customer service. In our opinion, this rental's success is due largely to Jen's excellent customer service!

Really really loved our stay here! Comfortable room, with a balcony overlooking the pool/bar, you can also see the ocean in the background. The grounds of the hotel are insanely beautiful! Bed was comfy, room was perfectly clean. Make sure you hit the hot tub at night! Easy to get to/park, a perfect distance between the north & south. A market and restaurants right across the parking made eating pretty easy if we were staying close that night. Lots of fun birds and of course roosters running around! Nice walking path along the coast. Easy lockbox check-in. Having extras like beach towels, was great! Highly recommend!

Very nice place, and near Hideaway beach, so you can arrive early and get a parking spot. Also there is a Foodland market nearby.

Excellent home base for exploring Kauai. Very close to Hanalei, which has tons of restaurants and shops) and several lovely beaches, and it's easy to drive anywhere on the island within 2 hours. Shelby was a great communicator and the condo was super comfortable, especially the bed! Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a really good stay at ka eo kai. princeville is about 40min from the airport (depends on the traffic...). it is a bit far from the south of the island (you have to drive at least an hour to reach poipu beach) but on the other hand you have hanalei, the haena state park and the kilauea lighthouse (we def. can recommend a visit to the lighthouse) right "round the corner" (30min by car). The room was as described and the facilities which you can use are worth the money! There is also a fitnesscenter nearby (by car 4min). All in all we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it! Everyone was very nice and the atmosphere was calm and friendly.

My husband and I had a wonderful time exploring Kauai for the first time. We had no problems with traffic during our stay exploring south and north shores throughout our trip. The place was perfect for home base and we enjoyed running and biking on the path lining the beach next to the condo. Coconut marketplace is also walkable and super convenient for grocery needs and restaurant options. The shower is a slow drain, but nothing major - just turns into a bath for your ankles quickly. Everything was clean and decorated adorable. We would definitely stay again. Lovely place!

Lauren was the ultimate host for this perfect, peaceful getaway. Her condo offered us everything we wanted: view, walkability, access to beach/snorkeling by foot, central location on north side. It was thoughtfully appointed with everything from bright white bath towels, to a full kitchen, to boogie boards for the beach! We loved the simplicity and cleanliness of this lovely home, the layout, the view...especially the view! We will absolutely book again and couldn't recommend more highly. And aside from all this, Lauren was helpful, proactive, responsive and generally couldn't have been better. Thank you Lauren!!!!

This was a great location in the Princeville area. The house and landscaping were beautiful. It worked out great for our party of eight. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together and great private areas. It helped make great memories for our family trip! Mahalo, The Loftis family.

Sean and Tracy were great hosts! The unit worked well for my husband and my parents. My mom has mobility issues so having a room and bathroom on the main floor was perfect. The unit itself gets a bit humid in the common areas but with the doors and windows open the cool breeze easily blows through. Would recommend and book again.

The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. The view is even better in person. If you are a plant person you are in for a special treat with the garden. There was more beach gear than we realized so talk to the host and prevent over packing! There is not really AC anywhere but the master (which works great), but there are many fans throughout and part of the upstairs can open to be “open air” space. The downstairs rooms can stay pretty cool if you set it all up right. We felt very safe and even with 6 people there was enough room for us all to spread out and have privacy and space. Great for a family.

Beautiful home with nice relaxing back yard and screened in porch. House was nice and clean and had everything we needed to make our 8 days fun. Close to beautiful scenery and just about a mile from stores and restaurants.

Absolutely perfect place to stay in the most beautiful place we’ve ever been! The house was so well appointed (beach towels and chairs, a cooler, surfboards, a blow dryer with a diffuser, two fridges, etc.). The surroundings were stunning, and the location was just right (in a quiet cul-de-sac but right near shops too). The beds were super comfy, and there was plenty of room for eight of us. We loved everything about this place and can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying here! It was perfect! The hosts were amazing!! The place was absolutely beautiful and so close to the beach and the coconut market ! We definitely would stay here again:)

My friends and I really like this place. The accommodation is beautiful, clean, and the view from the room is the ocean But I just forgot to check that this room does not have air conditioning. When I went, it was rainy and hot and humid, but if you open the window, the wind will come into this room, but I closed the window because it might be from the rain, but overall it is good and near Safeway, restaurants, just across the street.

This place was amazing! Joel was an awesome host. So helpful. So accommodating and just willing to help in anyways possible. We loved the location, the recommendations and the ease of checking in and out. Joel’s place is very clean and the beds are super comfy. I’m saving this one for our next visit.

Great place at the great location, right price for what you are getting. Lot of beach/cooking things. Has grill and pool nearby in the center of Princeville.

So quiet and relaxing and refreshing. Allison is very pro active to your needs and gets back to you very quickly. She reached out to us numerous times to make sure we were doing good and if we needed anything. Will definitely go back or at the very least go through her again.

Cameron and local host Tanya were exceptionally responsive upon booking as well as during my stay. The studio was thoughtfully furnished, with decor to my liking, and included amenities not always provided, such as cooking oil and condiments. Proximity to shopping was great. Due to louvered windows and many roosters right outside, expect to wake at 5 am. Walk to Anini beach is about 30 minutes. A smaller beach, less safe for swimming, is about 10-15 minutes, partly on a steep, muddy path. I'd come again in summer when relatively less rainy.
