Allison was a great host and has excellent communication with clear directions and instructions. The location is beautiful and close to great cafe’s and shops. I was worried about parking, but there were always spots available at all times of the day. Would definitely recommend staying here but just a heads up - we could hear the upstairs guests walking around quite a bit and when they used the laundry machine (just outside the front door) in the middle of the night, but Allison was great to provide earplugs in advance!

Robert’s place was very comfortable in a quiet complex, fully equipped for our 11 night stay. Very large space, good WiFi, easy parking, nicely furnished, separate bedroom and not far from shopping and beaches. Ground floor, nice lanai and just a few steps from the pool. A very good value for the area.

Jon’s condo was exactly as described, 5 star all the way. Of course we booked for the ocean front views and gorgeous landscaping of the condo complex. But the amenities of the condo were also fabulous. We fell in love with the new induction stove! The beds were very comfortable, we even slept on the couch pull out one night so we could sleep to the sounds of the ocean. We had a blast tide pooling steps away from the condo as well as snorkeling. We saw many fish, eel, and even a monk seal came up to rest on the beach. We love Wailua Bay as it’s protected when the wind kicks up. The location is perfect, an easy drive to either the south or the north (30-40 min). We will be booking again without hesitation!

The AirBnB is beautifully decorated and very spacious. Very close to the main beaches from the North side and with beautiful views all around. The neighborhood pool is also great

Beautiful condo just steps from the hideaway beach and lookout and 10-15 minute drive to Hanalei. The condo was as described and had all amenities, bed was very comfy, full kitchen was great for preparing meals, and the washer / dryer machines were great for mid week laundry needs. The back deck looking out to the mountains was the perfect peaceful place to drink our coffee in the morning. Incredibly convenient, thoughtful layout and would absolutely stay here again. Communication from Lani and team is 10/10, this is an absolute gem of a condo in Princeville and was a great home base for us during our week in Kauai.

This house worked perfectly for our multigenerational family trip. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed. We enjoyed having the covered outdoor space for eating breakfast before heading to nearby beaches. Close proximity to grocery store and restaurants in Princeville made it very convenient. Would love to stay here again!!!

We've stayed at many AirBnBs over the years, and this one was the best stocked of all of them! The kitchen had everything that anyone would need, and there was plenty of beach gear in the garage. There is a grocery store and a small strip mall (with a tiki bar!) within walking distance. It was a nice place for our family of five to hang out while we visited the north shore beaches.

Absolutely great place to stay. Had everything you need, in the heart of Hanalei! One comment would be to make sure you are okay with no AC as the place can get hot at times. Overall amazing place! Can’t wait to go back.

We absolutely loved staying at Naomi's place!!! The location is just perfect! It is walking distance to a little market/town square. The square had great restaurants, shopping, ice cream, free music/hula show! Also walking distance to a local beach. While we didn't swim at that beach it was great to walk down with the kids. We traveled with 4 adults and 3 kids (6, 4, 2) and an infant. The house was perfect for them! Backyard was great to run around. Perfect spot!!

Loved how this sweet little cottage was snuggled into a neighborhood away from the busy touristy areas. Close drive to anywhere on the island. Loved it!

We have had the most amazing stay in Hanalei - Rainbow House is everything we were hoping for and more. Surfing with Micco was the icing on the cake. We will be back to Hanalei soon and we plan on booking here again. From the quiet location to the convenience of being able to walk everywhere, we have been happy as clams on our family vacation! 8 thumbs up from a family of four.

"As Described" sounds like faint praise, but with rentals it's super important. this place delivered on everything advertised. Very spacious. The primary bedroom was set apart from the other two and had its own bathroom. We didn't use the exterior but it looked super cute with two sitting areas, front and back. AC was great. Kitchen was spacious too, which helped a lot. the nearby Coconut Market has really developed into something worth spending time in. Two close beaches, one small and private and one large with gentle shallows. The primary bed was super cushy. Tropical bugs can be an issue anywhere in Hawaii but they were well under control here, which was nice. We've been to the islands six times and likes this place a lot. Absolutely, definitely would stay again... and probably will.

Location was great. Walking distance to a grocery store and easy access to Hanalei Bay; our favorite beach. Views were spectacular and morning walks along the golf course were nice. The condo is stocked with beach chairs, towels, snorkel gear and boogie boards. Kitchen is well stocked and the unit is close to the pool/bbq. Would definitely stay here again.

Incredible spot for a family location. We were able to watch our kids swimming in the pool from our own lanai, and saw a whale breaching one night while sitting out eating dinner. I truly think there is no better location in Kapa'a - right on the beach but quiet and secluded. We loved being close to the Kauai Shared-Use Path (Ke Ala Hele Makalae) which we ran on every morning at sunrise. Having the Safeway/ABC Store/Wailua Shave Ice only a 5 minute walk away was fantastic! The condo and surrounding building is clean and well-maintained. The pool is cleaned every morning. The kids enjoyed playing ping-pong in the common area while we used the Barbecues. We would definitely stay here again! The only downside was that the beach is not swimmable due to the reef - but it was just a 6-minute drive to Lydgate beach for swimming and snorkeling.

Wonderful place for my family and I! We decided to spend a few days on the Princeville side of the island and I could not be more pleased that we were able to. Hanalei Bay was just a short drive away and in the summer, the bay is very calm. My baby was able to play in the water and soft sand, and my big kids were able to jump off the pier at Black Rock beach and snorkel in the water. The condo itself was roomy and the kitchen was nice, the lanai was perfect for drying off and spending time chatting with the family. Even though we chose not to use the AC we were very cool with the ceiling fans going (but we are acclimated to warm temperatures as well) and were very comfortable. While there isn’t a beach nearby, the pool and amenities at the resort were nice enough we were still feeling spoiled in Hawaii even without the water nearby.

A balcony overlooking the beach, only 50 feet away, and a nice sea breeze flowing through the apartment, combined with comfy beds made for a very wonderful stay.

We loved our stay! The place is absolutely adorable, easy access to everything. Loved all the beach items provided. Definitely will want to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Solomon’s place. It was a great location and he communicated very well with us. We will definitely book this again when we come back to Kauai. The beach chairs and umbrella was a very nice added touch.

Our stay at Tom’s home was incredible! The condo has everything you could need to prepare meals! And the location - wow. The view is stunning. We will absolutely be coming back! Thank you very much for everything.

Our family stayed a week and loved it! Joel was so great to work with and responded quickly anytime we had any questions or needed help with anything. The house was gorgeous and we absolutely loved the location! It fit our family of 5 perfect. My favorite thing about the house was probably the master bedroom and bathroom. The bed was so comfortable and I loved how big the bathroom was and loved the bathtub! We would definitely stay here again!!!

Gather, and our personal contact, Sophia, were incredibly attentive, communicative, helpful, responsive, and accommodating. I cannot say enough good things about them. They took very good care of us and solved all our problems.
