Excellent quite Lakeview home in beautiful Bean Station near Gilmore dock. House sits up high so the views are great fire pit carport table and ring game were all great.

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

Kurt's place is a perfect place to stay if you're looking for a place wiyh amazing views and peaceful times. it's close enough to JC, but far enough outside of town to enjoy the best qualities of the lake and mountain view. I will try to stay here every time I visit my daughter at ETSU.

The place was gorgeous, I love cows so I was delighted to see them welcoming us on the drive up. Whoever was at the cabin cleaning up so we could be there was such a polite boy! Very welcoming and cozy. Thank u!

We had an amazing stay and it felt like home away from home. The house was clean and exactly as described. The host was responsive and very helpful. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed for out stay. We were able to enjoy the beautiful back deck and couch on the back porch. A comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable stay. We will hopefully be back to enjoy again in the near future.

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

We enjoyed our stay. It was exactly how it was described. The bed was super comfortable. They supplied coffee and an assortment of pastries. Their place was convenient for us as it was close by to family. Very nice and quiet neighborhood.

Micah is the true definition of family away from family, home away from home. she make the visit worth every minute with welcoming greeting,comfort and a gift of peace when you really need it. no matter if it's the keys that you locked in your car or where can I pick up my groceries she is definitely the person to try and book your stay with

We wanted to explore Johnson City and neighboring areas, and this was the perfect anchor. Loved leaving the car and walking into town for bars and restaurants. Very comfy bed, and love how the home is designed. We really enjoyed our stay. It’s a nice quiet neighborhood and very walkable.

Listing was as described. Enjoyed that it was peaceful and tucked away, but close to everything!

Kenneth and Runae's attention to detail is second to none. The space was perfect for our needs! Beautiful space and peaceful surroundings. Friendly attentive hosts! My daughter wanted to move in :) Would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Very quick stay but wish I could’ve stayed

we enjoyed our stay at Blue Haven immensely. It was in the perfect spot for a relaxing stay for us and our fur baby, with a short sprint to Bristol Motor Speedway for the races. Hope to come back soon!

I loved everything about my stay here! It was super private and not too far from restaurants/attractions. Andrea and Aaron were fabulous hosts and I would definitely rebook with them again!

This was one of the best cabins we have ever stayed in! It was stylish, comfortable, and clean! We appreciated the thoughtful touches such as the basket of snacks. The surroundings were peaceful and lovely!

I loved this little cabin, and Linda was the sweetest host. I was in an accident a week prior and dealing with rental car issues and she offered to let me reschedule (I didn't have to). The cabin is in a beautiful spot and very cozy. Being able to bring my dogs made life a lot easier, and I greatly appreciate Linda's hospitality and kindness after checkout.

Always a treat staying at the cabin

My family and I had a wonderful stay 🤗 The cabin is beautiful and cozy and the view was stunning! We spent a lot of our time out on the balcony enjoying the view, walking our dogs around the area and in the living room watching movies 🎥 Only complaint is that when we arrived after driving 15hrs to get there, the cabin was unfortunately dirty. Very dusty, dirty bathrooms, bedsheets were stained and did not look or smell washed at all, trash and clothes left over from previous guests were littered on closet floors. It looked like the cleaning crew was not in the mood to do their jobs 😅 We arrived around 6pm, very tired from our trip and had to put all our bed sheets to wash and clean all the mess left behind :( Our host was kind enough to refund the cleaning fee. (Also the WiFi was VERY slow) But we did not let any of that ruin our trip so overall we had a great time! 🌟

Great place for a relaxing getaway. Cozy cabin is correct! If this place was closer to my home, I’d book a week every year to unwind! This is a place to go for secluded sanctuary with 2-3 friends or your significant other.
