Tara was more than accommodating regarding the request for an early check in and responded to questions quickly and clearly. The house was clean and check in was very smooth with no issues.

Excellent quite Lakeview home in beautiful Bean Station near Gilmore dock. House sits up high so the views are great fire pit carport table and ring game were all great.

Beautiful! Even though you could hear the train in the distance, it wasn’t loud enough to disturb your sleep. Beds were comfortable, location was great. Would definitely recommend!

Gregg’s place is a home away from home—very clean and well-stocked with everything you might need, from cooking essentials and coffee to toothbrush kits, shampoo, and laundry supplies. The area is peaceful and feels safe. The backyard is fenced, making it perfect for your fur baby. I didn’t bring mine this time, but I noted that the place is pet-friendly. The host is very responsive. Even though pets are allowed, there are no signs of them—no smells or pet hair. Thank you! We will be back.

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

We were traveling thru and this was a halfway point for us. The house is less than a mile from I-81. Gas, groceries and restaurants are close by and convenient. The neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciated the motion lights making it easy to find our way in and out. We have family in the area and will keep this place in mind the next we come thru. Thanks for the hospitality and accommodating our last minute booking.

Our stay was wonderful…quiet, convenient & very comfortable. They had everything we needed and much more! Such a nice touch with welcome snacks! We traveled with our dog and the fenced yard was great and close to an awesome park! Squeaky clean and very nicely decorated. Loved the comfy couch to relax on!

If you keep a meticulous home and expect the same when you AirBNB this is the place for you. Every last detail was thought about, place is decorated extremely well. Easy instructions and excellent communication from the hosts. If every AirBNB were like this one hotels would be put out of business. Eddie and Karen, thank you for making our stay in Kingsport feel like home.

Great place to stay for one or two individuals. The host is very responsive. The place is very clean and comfortable and you can't beat the price. I would stay here again and I do recommend it.

The location is convenient to the historic downtown and the apartment itself was cute and comfortable. The only difference from the listing was that the Murphy bed was replaced by a futon. The futon was comfortable. It was easy to find street parking. Due to the age of the building, know that you will be hauling your bags up a narrow stairwell and hallway, so if you have mobility issues, this is not the place for you. The water was unexpectedly cut off in the early morning as we were preparing for the day. After discussing the issue with Linzi, she made it right by providing a refund. I would definitely recommend a stay at her place!

Great apartment! Once you walk up a flight of stairs, you follow the hallway to an open kitchen/living space. It was beautiful!!! There are two separate bedrooms. Comfortable!! The bathroom was clean. The location is great-close enough to activities and far enough away to enjoy the peacefulness.

This was a fantastic place to stay while visiting my mother and sister. Clean, comfortable, and the location was great for us. The beds were so very comfortable! We will definitely be back :-)

The loft was exactly as described. It’s a great location in Jonesborough and central to all activities. The high ceilings and tall windows are beautiful. It has a lot of natural light which makes for a great ambiance. It was the perfect space for our family.

This is a good place if you want a quiet stay off the beaten path. Easy access to Johnson City and a safe neighborhood. The host was very responsive and quick to accommodate us when we got cold at night. Coffee and snack bar was very cool. There is a smell of cigarette smoke that lingers so if that bothers you it may not be for you. Overall had a good stay!
