Stayed here for two and a half months while our house is being built. Well furnished and worked out great for us.

This home was exactly as pictured. I think this was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. This is a small rental but very roomy and has all the amenities you need. Tab responded quickly to my messages. Would definitely recommend this home.

Tara was more than accommodating regarding the request for an early check in and responded to questions quickly and clearly. The house was clean and check in was very smooth with no issues.

The home was excellent for my family of 4 and walkable distance to almost everything in Kingsport. Max was very helpful and responsive with any questions we had. The space was very clean, and the backyard is a serene space for a group get-together or daytime lounging. I’d absolutely stay again.

Carolyn was quick and responsive with my questions from when I first started looking to book to check out. The house is large, plenty of room. It is on a busy street but was still able to walk the neighborhood and felt safe sitting outside on the porch. The house had all the amenities needed and didn't need to bring much from home or purchase. We really had a nice time with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Only things I would change are to add a few mirrors in the bedrooms to help with getting ready and out on time.

We stayed for a week in this pearl of a house in Harrogate. It is comfortably furnished and has everything one needs to feel at home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the LMU, which made it easy for us to visit our son on campus. We highly recommend it!

This is a very pleasant and cozy place. The beds were comfortable with nice linens and each bedroom had good closet space. The bathrooms were very clean with decent towels. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood for a peaceful night’s rest. The home is easy to find and close to many nice stores and restaurants with quick access to downtown.

Great place to be able to visit with family, home was more spacious than I expected. We will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay at Johana and Hank’s cabin! The view was amazing and the dock access was a big plus. The listing contains all it says it does. Would book again for the next time we are in the area!

Renee's place was a gorgeous haven in Johnson City during our time at the National Storytelling Festival--the home away from home, with a stunning lake, exactly what we needed. Everything was exactly as advertised, only a 20 minute winding drive from Jonesborough, but you never wanted to leave when you saw the sun meet the horizon and reflect across that glassy water. Thanks so much, Renee, we had such a wonderful time revisiting Appalachia.

We very much enjoyed our stay!

My cousin (from Long Island NY) and I (from Indiana) came down and stayed to renovate our 93 y/o uncle's home which was just a few blocks away. Our uncle is the older brother of my cousin's father, and also of my father, both of whom are deceased. It was important for us to be close and to have a place to stay as we had two truckloads of tools and materials to work on our uncle's house. It really could not have been better. The hosts got us all the information we needed prior to checking in. We did not have much contact with them, as we were really only there to sleep. But the property was nice, clean, and convenient. Its location allowed us to be close to where we needed to be without overwhelming our uncle. Our uncle, like both our dads, was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. Our uncle came to Kingsport to teach math at East TN State in the late 1960's until he retired. It was nice to be close and to help him out. We are thankful to the hosts for their hospitality.

Terry was a great host. This place was the best place to stay. Will try and stay again.

Stayed here for a weekend softball tournament in Johnson City. Location was fantastic and the neighborhood was calm and peaceful. The unit was clean and tidy and there were tons of amenities available for us. The beds were comfy and the house felt like home. Would stay again!!

We appreciated them allowing our bluegrass band to practice for few hours on Sunday, and allowing us to play with our only grandchild in the front yard. He really loved the chickens and wanted to play with them though! Lol Thsnk you so much for your hospitality! The fresh flowers were gorgeous in the vase in the kitchen table!

This condo was a very nice place, with all of the comforts of home, and located in a convenient andsafe location.. The kitchen was well outfitted, the living room cozy, the beds comfortable and the bathrooms clean and modern. Robbie was very cordial and responsive to our messages.
