this is the second time staying here and it was just as good as the first time! very homey feel and everything is stocked for your stay!

The only complaint I have is that we didn’t find this place sooner! We’re seasoned Airbnb travelers, and this is hands-down the best stay we’ve ever had. The listing doesn’t do it justice—the amenities are beyond generous. Every time I thought I forgot something, this place had it. The attention to detail is unreal. It’s a peaceful, spacious, Brando-style home with plenty of room for our big family to gather or spread out. The beds, sheets, pillows—top tier. And the hiking trail? Stunning. We hiked to the peak multiple times and loved every second. It’s a true country oasis where you don’t even need to leave—everything you could want is right here. From comfort to convenience, this stay was perfection. We’re already planning our return. 1-10? This place gets a 1000!

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat. The view and surrounding property was beautiful and peaceful! The sunrises were stunning. The cabin itself was cozy and delightful with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Great getaway! We were able to just unwind by the fire both indoors and out. This is what we wanted and exactly what we got at a great rate compared to other similar places. Thanks so much!

WOW! What an amazing place to stay, quiet, peaceful retreat nestled in the fantastic idealic countryside. Home away from home and felt very welcomed! Had everything we needed and more! We hope to return one day. Thank you for your hospitality.

My family and I stayed here to find a home for ourselves in surrounding areas and it was a perfect place to make us feel like we were already at home. It was peaceful, had great views and helpful friendly neighbors! Can’t forget about Beau to make the experience feel complete! I loved waking up to see him sitting outside waiting to play with us. I would love to come back!

My friends and I stayed here for a few days, we had such a great time. Lee provided heated blankets for the nighttime as it got a bit chilly. I loved waking up to the birds singing and the sun shining through the windows. There is so much nature in this environment, with birds in the morning and howling at night it's the perfect experience for those who like camping and outdoor experiences. There is so much to explore on this property, a great place to unplug from all the screens and just be in the present moment. There are so many little things that make this place so magical! Lee is a great host, and I plan on visiting Sweets Retreat again.
