Great higher floor unit with nice Mountain Views. Comfortable space and easy access with very nice guard staff. Was nice to do laundry with ease. Great location close to Nimman area and easy access for motorbike parking.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön - sie entspricht den Bildern. Die Küche ist mit allem nötigen ausgestattet und sauber. Der tv konnte zum eigenen Account Netflix gucken genutzt werden. Die Bettwäsche war super klasse..lange nicht so gut geschlafen😊 Auf dem Balkon war es ziemlich laut vom Verkehr her - aber in der Wohnung war nichts zu hören. Durch Grab hat man einen ruhigen Standort gehabt und ist nicht zu weit weg vom Geschehen. Würde hier wieder übernachten.

호스트가 응답이 매우 신속해서 좋았음. 모기랑 먼지가 많은게 조금 힘들었음. 그래도 가성비 위치도 좋고 만족스러움

Great place to stay. Perfect location next to Maya, One Nimman and many wonder places to eat and shop. Having a bath was a great luxury.

치앙마이 한달살기의 다섯번째 숙소로 가장 좋았습니다. 여행자를 위해 필요한 것들이 모두 갖춰진 숙소였으며 깔끔하고 정리가 잘 되어 있습니다. 다음번에 치앙마이에 온다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶어요.

Hemos estado de maravilla en este alojamiento, Lek cuida cada detalle para que todo se haga más agradable. Nada más entrar al apartamento olía a limpio, todo estaba muy limpio, tienes un gran bote tanto de gel como de champú y debajo del fregadero de la cocina, tienes productos de limpieza y para rellenar tanto el gel como el champú. Tiene mosquitera por lo que no hemos tenido ni 1 mosquito en la casa. En la planta G tienes para lavar tu ropa y muy cerca hay un supermercado mini BigC. Esta muy bien ubicado. Por decir algo “malo” es que el aire acondicionado está enfrente de la cama y para mi no es algo positivo ya que me levantaba con dolor de garganta a pesar de ponerlo a una temperatura no muy fría.

Ottimo alloggio e ottima posizione! Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato per tre notti e siamo stati molto bene. Ottima posizione per visitare il quartiere e la old city. L’host è attivo e disponibile, ci ha permesso di anticipare il check in e di lasciare i bagagli al sicuro! 5 stelle per tutto Grazie ^^

Using Grab is very easy to find a location you just need to type in Trams Square. And this hotel is absolutely comfortable, clean, and looks very special. The host is very helpful and kind. Very close to university, suggest you stay here! And of course we sleep well. Thx!

We had a great stay at Neil's. Everything was easy from check in to check out. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed is super comfortable and the amenities such as the pool were excellent. The apartment, even though, was close to everything, is extremely quiet. We loved that it was just a few steps away from the famous markets, grocery store, bank and redtaurants. You absolutely need to book spa treatments, next door, at the Peak Spa, for an amazing experience. I have already recommanded Neil's apartment to our friends who are looking to go visit Chiang Mai. Thanks Neil for everything!

We had a great 14 day stay. Good location and great facilities. Apartment is in a quiet area but close to restaurants and Maya/One Nimman. Grounds are well maintained and equipped. Apartment, itself, is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The AC works very well and shower has good hot water flow. Another bonus is the Friday night market a few doors away from the building. We will definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable apartment for the four of us. Nice kitchen. Great location on a quiet street within walking distance of the University and transportation around the city.

Jo's place was absolutely bang for the bucket. her place feels home straight away, everything tidy and well structured which combines the comfort and functionality of the place.. she is a highly responsive host and a thoughtful one.. i definitely wont have second thoughts staying back here whenever ill visit Chiang Mai.. highly recommended place and host..

Eine Super Wohnung in toller Lage. Habe mich 2 Wochen lang wie zuhause gefühlt. Schön ruhig, ich habe kaum etwas von den Nachbarn bemerkt. Wenn ich mal wieder nach Chiang Mai komme, werde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Phenomenal apartment in Chiang Mai. Everything was perfect, and the flat was so comfortable. Nice bed, big bathroom, nice couch and a table for working or having meals. WiFi was very quick, washing machine was perfect. The host Joanna is so kind. It is so quiet at night and even during the day, I got amazing sleep. Highly recommend!!

Very nice place indeed if you are looking for a place in Nimman area, walking distance to MAYA and One Nimman. The room is very clean and comfortable, it surprises me that the room has filter shower head. The owner is very responsive and helpful, will definitely recommend to my friend when they visit

님만에 위치한 너무나도 예쁜 숙소 입니다! 저는 새벽에 도착하였기 때문에 늦은 체크인을 이용하였는데요. 청소하시는 분께서 열쇠를 직접 전달해 주셨어요. 체크아웃은 비대면으로 진행 됩니다. 1) 안전 로비에는 항상 경비원분이 계시고, 열쇠가 있어야 공동 현관문을 열고 엘레베이터에 탈 수 있어 안전한 숙소라 느껴집니다. 사실 치앙마이 치안이 매우 좋아서 걱정이 크지 않지만요. 2) 청결도 전반적으로 깨끗합니다. 특시 욕실이 깔끔해서 만족스러웠어요. (욕실에 한국 필터기가 있습니다! 센스가 아주 좋다고 생각했어요) 저는 장기간 이용하여 셀프로 청소를 해야했지만 체크인을 하였을 땐 딱히 불편한 점 없이 깨끗했어요. 주방의 경우 발코니와 연결되어있어서 어쩔 수 없이 작은 벌레와 먼지들이 있긴 하지만 아름다운 발코니 풍경에 양보할 수 있었어요. 3) 위치 님만해민에 위치하지만 올드타운까지도 충분히 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다. 님만 5-10분, 올드타운 10-20분, 싼티탐 10분 정도 걸리는 아주 좋은 위치입니다. 이 숙소의 최대 장점인 것 같아요. 4) 편의시설 및 숙소 용품들 5층에 위치한 공용 수영장은 아주 깨끗하고 한적합니다! 아주 자주 이용하였어요. 숙소에는 청소용품(대걸레, 청소기, 빗자루 등)이 있어 청소가 가능하고 우산, 샴푸, 바디워시, 드라이기, 수건 및 행주(체크인 시 발코니에 있는 빨래 건조대에 있습니다. 저는 이것을 알지 못해서 구매했어요😢) 쓰레기 봉투와 휴지의 여분까지 넉넉합니다. 주방에는 식기류 후라이팬, 냄비가 있지만 요리를 할 수 있는 오일이나 조미료는 없으니 챙겨가셔야 해요. 5) 소통 호스트는 아주 친절합니다. 제가 이것저것 질문을 많이 했지만 빠르게 모두 답해줬어요. (쵸쿰 키촪흔 냬섁을 허킨 해찌만눀) 웰컴 푸드와 물도 제공해주었답니다! 6) 단점 방음이 좋은 편이 아니라서 소음에 예민하시거나 벌레를 싫어하시는 분들(오픈된 주방으로 날벌레가 조금 있긴 합니다. 많진 않음)은 불편할 수 있어요.

Great comfortable apartment. Loved the convenience of having a washing machine. Across the street is a food court and the maya shopping mall. There is 2 coffee shops downstairs. Host was kind. 2 weeks flew by. Wi-Fi was also reliable and fast because I work online.
