Check in/out is smooth. Everything is as described on the listing. Gym and community area is nice. 24/7 guard outside the building. Cons: some furniture such as mattress and sofa needed to be replaced. They are really uncomfortable. It sinks in when you sit on it… It will be nice to add some light on the Rooftop patio. It’s a shame that the space is not utilized. Will definitely consider to stay in here again if they replace the mattress and sofa

The apartment was exactly as pictured. Clean, spacious, and well-stocked with items to make our stay comfortable and convenient. Do not take this for granted - we have stayed in other places using the Airbnb platform in Chiang Mai, and some charge the same fee, but did very little to keep their place clean and livable. Ratagit takes really great care of the apartment. The location is right smack in the middle of the tourist area, right next to the MAYA shopping center and One Nimman, and a quick Grab or tuktuk ride to the old city inside the moat (only a 20-min walk if you’re up for it). Amazingly, the apartment is very quiet. There is also good security. The hosts were always quick to answer any questions and accommodated our request for two keycards. Check-in and check-out was super easy. Highly recommend a stay at Ratagit’s apartment in Chiang Mai. Well worth the price. Probably one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at in Chiang Mai.

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

This place is perfect, if you want to be in a walkable area to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Our group of seven (7) had plenty of space to spread out. FYI, there are 4 floors which equals lots of stairs. The on-site greeter, Lucy, was VERY helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. If ever in the area again, I’ll book this property!

It was so nice to truly feel at home in an airbnb. This was the sweetest house and we were sad to leave. We were in Chiang Mai for my husband to get wisdom teeth surgery, and this sweet home was the perfect, relaxing place for him to recover. Nice comfortable beds, a great big bath tub, a kitchen with appliances that let me cook safe foods at home for him, a lovely yard to relax in. I highly recommend this house!

Wir waren für 1 Monat in dieser Unterkunft. Im Großen und Ganzen hat uns alles gefallen. Rapee ist ein sehr sympatischer und netter Gastgeber. Die Dinge (Bügeleisen, Staubsauger etc), die uns gefehlt haben, hat Rapee uns sofort besorgt. Er war auch in anderen Sachen uns behilflich (medizinische Beratung). Das Einzige, was wir sehr vermisst haben waren die Moskito-Netze an den Fenster. Danke und alles Gute!

两家人共4大2小一起入住，房子位于老城区外一处僻静道路尽头，打车到契迪龙寺大约10分钟，挨着高尔夫球场，偶尔会看到飞机起飞，不过噪音影响不大。房间很宽敞，装饰的古色古香，门前的锦鲤池让两个孩子喜欢的不得了，客厅的圆形摇摇椅也成了孩子们的大玩具。房间很干净，偶尔有蚊子，也有小蚂蚁在厨房出没，不过只要不敞着口放甜食就无大碍。床很舒服，厨房餐具厨具一应俱全。房东人很好，虽然很忙但会及时回复微信消息以及派下属过来处理。我们一次门锁坏了一次忘带钥匙，都多亏了他们赶来救急。总之，我们家很满意这次的民宿体验。

Great secluded spot just outside old town so very walkable. Lucy was fantastic- property manager that met our every needs. Nice for families all in one spot with private pool!

Нам очень понравился Кири гестхаус, он сочетает в себе близость к городским удобствам и близость к природе. Дом с большим количеством дерева в тайском стиле очень уютный, ужинать в дворике на воздухе тоже очень приятно. Хозяин был супер заботлив и гостеприимен. На территории есть отличный массаж. Спасибо)

Really big space with plenty of places to sleep for a big family. You definitely need a car if you're staying here, but for families who have access to a car, this place is great.

Daow (bob's ex wife) who was taking care of the Airbnb at the time I stayed with a friend of mine was the best host ever!!! I highly recommend to stay at this place, if you're after an authentic and quiet area where it's not too crowded with tourists. I stayed at the main big house whilst there were other little houses surrounding it with other tourists. They have a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, own bathroom. I had already planned my activities prior to coming and advised Daow of this - who was very helpful getting into contact with her friends who offer this. She had connections with the Elephant sanctuary and ATV quad bikes. The rest of the other days we figured it ourselves, the area we stayed in also has a 7 eleven, massage place, cafe (heads up they only sell drinks there), Pizza restaurant and many banks surrounding it (convenient for cash withdrawals) nearby which made it more convenient for us. It's also safe to walk around :) Easy 11/10 for me : )

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

Great place , nice home. The pool, gym and sauna was a bonus.. close to a lot of shops, food, cafe and co-working spots.. in a quite area

Had a great stay at the condo! Our family with younger children was a bit loud and some neighbors complained, but other than that had a wonderful stay! Felt right at home the entire time, Jin was a wonderful host and very reaponsive!

This was the first time I have used Airbnb and it was a great introduction. Kate was a very friendly and responsive host. The apartment was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Kate's place is ideally situated halfway between Maya mall and my favourite restaurant (Food 4 thought). The only disadvantage about the apartmen's location is the aircraft noise which goes on until 1am and resumes again at 6am. However, this is common to all apartments in that area of Chiang Mai. I would gladly stay at Kate's place again.

fantastische week gehad met 6 personen(3 koppels). ieder een eigen slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Een paar minuten lopen van een grote op buitenlanders gerichte supermarkt met oa goed brood. Restaurants zijn ook in de directe omgeving. Het zwembad is groter dan van sommige hotels. In de wintermaanden is het water fris, maar voor Noord Europeanen goed te doen. Alle Grab chauffeurs en pickup services kunnen het makkelijk vinden. De North Gate is op loop afstand.

Прекрасное жилье в районе Нимман. Мы остановились здесь на пару ночей, но хотелось задержаться здесь надолго: квартира очень уютная, тихая и удобная. В ней вкусно пахло и было все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Очень удобная кровать, быстрый интернет. Также доступны были бассейн и тренажерный зал, но мы не успели их опробовать. Спасибо хозяину, что все так подготовил. Мы бы сюда вернулись!
