Absolutely wonderful experience at this stay! We felt right at home from the start, and the place was so perfect for us! Our host was proactive and asked if we needed anything and was so wonderful! We highly recommend this place and hope to be able to stay here again someday!

Our stay at Vincent's place was great (great is an understatement). Vincent was so responsive and very accommodating. He even gave recos as to where we can go. The place was also well kept and had everything we needed. Our stay at Vincent's place was perfect. I cannot think of anything for his consideration. If I can give 10 stars, I would. Definitely worth every penny we paid!

This is the first homestay I stayed in after arriving in Chiang Mai. It's very easy to find the location. The room is clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable. Besides, it's extremely convenient to call a car in this neighborhood. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the experience!

We really enjoyed staying at Stone's place. So tastefully decored, we felt relaxed right away. To our surprise we even had 2 times cleaner, wow!! Stone was very responsive every time we contacted him. In the ground floor there is washing machines with dryer, also small shop. So everything you need is in the condominium. The apartment is close to Nimman (about 15 min) and nice University park. If you are staying here, I recommend nearby restaurant "Boat", lovely environment with great music and coffee.

우선 호스트가 너무 친절하고, 체크인 전에 요청한 부분도 들어주셔서 감사했습니다. 거기다 빠른 응답을 해주셔서 더욱 편하게 지냈습니다. 체크인, 체크아웃도 간편하고 엘리베이터가 2대나 있어서 불편한 게 전혀 없었습니다. 숙소 위치가도 정말 좋습니다. 원님만, 마야몰과 가깝고 바로 앞에 도로가 있어서 택시 타고 다니기도 좋습니다. 도로가 옆에 있지만 방음이 잘 돼서 주변 소음이 들리지 않습니다. 번화가쪽에 있는 곳 보다 이 숙소가 더 좋다고 생각학니다. 숙소는 사진 보다도 더 좋습니다. 정말 쾌적하고, 깨끗하고, 인테리어도 너무 예쁩니다.😍 인테리어에 신경 많이 쓴 게 눈에 보입니다. 요리를 하진 않았지만 조리 도구도 다 있습니다. 에어컨도 2대나 있어서 더 시원하게 잘 지냈습니다. 수건도 뽀송뽀송 하고, 식탁&TV도 있습니다. 옷 행거도 2개 있고, 옷걸이도 충분하게 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 책상 겸 화장대도 2개 있습니다. 침대도 2개라서 2~4인까지 지내기에도 부족할 게 없습니다 창문도 크고, 건물을 가리는 게 없어서 테라스에서 밖을 보기에도 좋습니다. 화장실도 깨끗하고, 호텔인가 싶을 정도로 예쁩니다. 안에 세탁기도 있어서 정말 편하게 사용했습니다. 따로 샤워기를 챙겨 갔는데 수질이 좋은지 샤워기 필터가 깨끗해서 감탄했습니다👍 바로 근처에 편의점은 없으니 숙소 들어가기 전에 미리 필요한 것은 사서 가는 게 좋습니다 (참고로 숙소에 생수는 있습니다) 정말 문 열고 처음 들어갔을 때의 감탄을 잊지 못 합니다. 너무 좋은 숙소였고, 덕분에 동생이랑 좋은 추억 가질 수 있었습니다. 다음에 또 치앙마이에 방문한다면 이 숙소에 묵을 것입니다.

Beautiful home on the edge of the city near a forest. There are mature trees everywhere and a lovely garden. You can hear the songs of birds in the mornings and afternoons. This is a grounding space, and the home is well-cared-for. Our host, Sean, is very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. I'm glad we stayed here, and strongly recommend this wonderful home to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in a vibrant city. A rare gem.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour avec nos 4 enfants chez Am. La maison est très agréable et très bien placée. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de nos deux jours, de la ville et du saturday night market. Je recommande vivement.

5 stars all around. The house is even more beautiful than in the pictures. It's very spacious and well designed. Kengkad is extremely accommodating and responsive and helped us sort out everything we needed for a great vacation. Another huge plus is the housekeeper who went above and beyond with cleaning, dishes, and laundry.

El departamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. El amanecer se ve increíble y la vista es super linda. Está muy bien ubicado y me sentí segura al caminar de noche por la zona. Solo el internet estuvo fallando algunos días y Echo respondió muy rápido a mis mensajes para solucionar el tema.

Comfortable apartment as described in quiet area. Very peaceful in the evenings. There were a couple of issues. However, the host was very quick to respond to get them resolved. Communication was excellent.

Our family loved Meena’s place! The location was within walking distance of One Nimman and many other fantastic cafes and restaurants along the way. Meena’s communication was fantastic and always prompt. We really appreciated her allowing us an early check-in. The condo itself was great and we were always greeted with a smile from the security officer downstairs who seemed to be on call 24 hours/day which we appreciated. The pool was cool which was nice to dip in after a long, hot day. Highly recommend :)

Great stay with the lovely Arunee! The apt is in a great condo with a cute pool. Arunee was very helpful and communicative! It's right next to Maya mall and Nimman but without the noise from the street. Great WiFi for digital nomads.

Ich habe 4 Wochen hier verbracht und muss sagen, ich habe mich sofort zuhause gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und mit allem, was wichtig ist ausgestattet. Vom Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt, die ich jeden Abend genossen habe. Korvith ist ein toller Gastgeber, immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit und gibt auch gerne gute Tipps für Ausflüge. Ich war rundherum zufrieden!

Paul's place is nothing short of amazing. I had a peaceful and wonderful stay. It's conveniently located near local shops while being away from the hustle and bustle of touristy areas, making it the perfect retreat. I would definitely recommend booking and am looking forward to coming back!

Of all our airbnb’s we stayed at in Thailand, this was the best! Great space, very nice place. The unit had both a washer and separate dryer which was great. Nice view of the mountains from the bedroom. Nice bathroom (fancy electric toilet, my husband now wants one lol) Close to the mall which had great selection of food etc. The security guy downstairs is so chill and nice, super cool guy.

Hemos estado de maravilla en este alojamiento, Lek cuida cada detalle para que todo se haga más agradable. Nada más entrar al apartamento olía a limpio, todo estaba muy limpio, tienes un gran bote tanto de gel como de champú y debajo del fregadero de la cocina, tienes productos de limpieza y para rellenar tanto el gel como el champú. Tiene mosquitera por lo que no hemos tenido ni 1 mosquito en la casa. En la planta G tienes para lavar tu ropa y muy cerca hay un supermercado mini BigC. Esta muy bien ubicado. Por decir algo “malo” es que el aire acondicionado está enfrente de la cama y para mi no es algo positivo ya que me levantaba con dolor de garganta a pesar de ponerlo a una temperatura no muy fría.
