Thanwalai is very hospitable. Her house is exquisite, luxurious and clean. Like a five-star hotel, she also prepares a lot of fruits and food. I believe anyone can spend a pleasant holiday in her house. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet life，There are many big trees in the center of the community. The air is very good. The guards ensure your safety. Food and daily necessities can be bought outside the community gate。 For some reason, I cancelled the order and forgive each other with Thanwalai, She is a good landlord and the house is excellence. Recommended choice.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for family size accommodation with great facilities (they have a superb gym). We also really liked the location on a safe and secure complex with an excellent little family run coffee shop/restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

非常推荐在清迈旅游期间租这套房。整栋房子非常大，室内空间很大。每个卧室都配有洗手间。房东还准备了很多零食，饮料和做饭要用到的东西。小区周边有好几所国际学校，幼儿园，当地不错的餐厅！夫妇两人非常热情好客，会给很多建议。特别适合一大家子出游居住以及想就近了解国际学校的家庭。虽然离古城有些距离，但是用Grab还是很方便的，交通费用也不高。总之，特别推荐！

We had an absolutely AMAZING stay at the Nimman Villa 17… our host Nina was the most friendly, helpful and kind woman. She made our stay extra special. We had delicious different pastries and bites delivered every morning and even after we left, she let us know we left some things behind and we were able to go back and retrieve them. The hospitality here was above + beyond and even though the price was a little steep for our liking, the service and location made it worthwhile! We would most definitely stay at the villa again if we were to come back to Chiang Mai. Thank you Nina for a wonderful stay!

This house is very spacious and has everything you need as a big family. We could make our own breakfast every morning because of the fully equipped kitchen. Host is also super helpful and fast in responding. Everything was great and all of us really enjoyed the stay!

Really enjoyed this Airbnb! I’d definitely stay again! There’s high speed WiFi everywhere and very peaceful mountains + nature around. The restaurant nearby called Big Tree is also sensational- order their stir fried soy noodles. In terms of the Airbnb, it had some nice domes to exercise in— a little bare bones but enough to move around. It is quite far from the city of Chiang Mai so be prepared to schedule Grabs if you need to travel. But all in all, an awesome stay! Would highly recommend, great value too!

lovely place in a good spot - far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to walk everywhere. hosts were super responsive and made my stay very comfortable.

This property is located in the Old City of Chiang Mai, providing easy access to the main streets and central areas. The room is well-equipped with excellent support, and I could feel that the hosts truly understand and prepare for the guests' needs. I had a wonderful stay—thank you very much!

Helpful and welcoming vibe since arrived . Anya and her staffs made us felt at home. My 3-year old enjoys spacious balcony and compound. Quiet neighbourhood and easy walk to Saturday night market and old town. Airport transfer can be arranged through them and I think it is cheaper. Every morning breakfast is freshly cooked and satisfying. Fried rice, sticky rice, stir fried, eggs , pancakes and fruit. Coffee is also nicely brewed. I brought some food from home to cook a bit and they helped us prepared. I didnt have to do anything. Thank you.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

The host family is so nice and friendly. They cook breakfast for me everyday, and sometimes even invite me to eat dinner together. And the host prepares a bike for me to discover around, and call me cars to pick me up and drop me off both at check in time and check out time. Meanwhile they speak fluent English, which easy to communicate.

This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

If you are looking to spend some nights in an authentic local wood house …it’s a nice place to choose. It’s located in nice neighborhoods. And you get to see the touch of time in the house. The sunlight through the window in the morning is gorgeous. Also Prawade’s breakfast beats some of the restaurants I had. I enjoyed my stay. It’s a decent price however it’s an old house, the sound from the surrounding can be heard. So if you are sensitive to noise at night, you might want to reconsider.

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.

Amazing !! The house is a true work of art the amount of thought and planning into this estate is amazing ! Patty and the entire staff was equally as awesome ! They helped us plan our days as well as arranged car services . Breakfast was also more than we expected adjusting the time in which we were going to be leaving in the morning . I can not say more positive things about our time spent. We all enjoyed it very much . It is like a fairy tale home and property it is a true work of art .

The place is still great to stay. Bazar market is 10min walk away Sunday market is 10min walk to the square. The staff are friendly in the building. Breakfast is great. Clean place. Nick is always reachable great host. I have stayed here 4 times and I recommend this place to stay.

We loved our stay at Kat’s place. We felt at home. We have everything we needed. We were a big group and Kat was able to accommodate us. The pool was a plus. Close to good restaurants and very nice coffee shops. Kat was very helpful and always responsive to all our requests. The house was impeccable and Mr. Pan was amazing. Him and his team prepared a delightful Thai dinner that was delicious. I will definitely recommend Kats place
