Great hosts. Awesome property conveniently close to the hot pools, restaurants, pubs and shops.

Little Rose cottage is such a beautiful period home. Tracey has obviously taken every effort to renovate this wonderful cottage. Located in a peaceful surrounded by magnificent mountains. Take the time to walk up the hill opposite to take in the wonderful views.

After getting stuck in the area following a crash 15mins up the road, Jane was kind enough to let us book her Airbnb the same day. Jane is so responsive and the Airbnb was beautiful. It was so comfortable and clean, the road was quiet with plenty of space to park, there are some lovely restaurants 5mins down the road and it’s definitely one we will be saving to stay at again. Thank you Jane!

Andrew was a fantastic host and was very responsive to all questions and queries. He was proactive in reaching out to us when there was an unexpected power outage. The house and the kitchen were very well appointed. Plenty of room for us all. I recommend his property to others.

Lovely place to stay, very suitable for families and young children. In superb location for walking to dinner and hot pools. Beds were super comfy!

With Will's place being one block off main street and the same walking distance to both the Springs and the beginning of the shopping district it's the perfect walkable location for your Hanmer Springs getaway. The Conical walk/hike is a real treat just out the front door.

Any confusion re: location was all mine. Once I understood I needed to check in with the Top 10 Park office, it all became too easy. My wife & I had 4 family friends from overseas staying with us, & they were VERY impressed. Kitchen Appliances, Linen etc, & then the beds themselves -firm, but we all slept really well. The bathroom was rated highly by all, & a separate "powder room" off the lounge area was a bonus. The lounge area easily accomodated us all. Outside on the deck was a Weber Gas BBQ for our use, but sadly not for us this time. A very well thought out design given the constraints of the building external dimensions. Inside, it feels very generous in it's proportions. We highly recommend this as an excellent place to stay. Try to book it for more than just a single night, which was our only regret. Our compliments to our hosts, who btw were very easily contacted. Thanks again.

Lynnie and Andy are friendly, warm and welcoming, and very responsive. They greeted us on our arrival and gave us great recommendation for Hanmer Springs. Lynnie let us know about special discounts at the hot springs and local restaurant while we were there. They also provided towels for the hot springs. Their home is beautiful, and the Airbnb is private, spotless, and so homey. The bed is incredibly comfortable. It is the perfect place to stay while visiting Hanmer Springs, walkable to restaurants and the hot springs. We highly recommend Lynnie & Andy’s Airbnb! You won’t be disappointed if you’re fortunate enough to stay here. Thank you Lynnie & Andy for a memorable stay!

Very nice place, clean and modern. The host was helpful and gave us clean towels every day. The kitchen is a little small for a longer stay but still functional.

Absolutely amazing! The accommodation exceeded expectations and was very spacious and clean and new! We were over the moon! Loved it!
