This will become our go to place when we visit our son in Richmond. It was quiet, peaceful and well kept beautiful home in the historic district. I couldn’t find a bad thing to say about this place if I tried. Everything from acceptance to check-in to check-out was completely smooth and easy. If you show up with a change of clothes and food you’re good to go because everything you could possibly need has been provided. We even said oh shoot, we brought our favorite K-cups but don’t have any creamer only to find quality K-cups, multiple sweeteners and shelf stable coffee mates at the ready. Certainly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed at and way better than any hotel would’ve been.

This was my first ever air bnb stay, and here’s my first ever review of anything only because this place deserves it. I was very skeptical for parking, safety, cleanliness, but this exceeded my expectations especially with the previous sketchy reviews. Place was easy to find. Parking pass given. Only thing that I feel blindsided me was the $300 incidental fee in order to get check in instructions. Outside of that the place was easy to find, easy to get in, communication @5am, impressive, clean, modern, high rise building. Exceeded my expectations. I loved everything.

The location was perfect I was able to walk to Virginia Union. The amenities matched the photos exactly. The host provided great information during my stay. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Our week at this airbnb was fantastic! We were in town visiting our son who attends Virginia Commonwealth University. The living space was recently updated and very clean. We enjoyed having a kitchen and separate living area outside of the bedroom. It was so helpful to have built-in laundry and a spacious closet area. The only things missing were hand towels for the bathroom, towels to use in the kitchen area, more toilet paper and paper towels (only one roll of each for a 7 night stay), and kleenex. When we reached out about getting more of these things, we were never given a response. It also would have been helpful to have some basic cooking supplies such as salt & pepper and cooking oil. Other than that, we loved the location and had no issues with noise or getting in/out of the apartment. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to other VCU parents!

Luke always responds promptly. The house is nearly new, very nice, and comfortable for at least 4 to 5 people. It features a fantastic garden. For middle-aged or older guests, the bed is exceptionally comfortable. The house also includes an excellent espresso coffee machine. Its location is great, just a few blocks from the VCU center and close to everything. I highly recommend it!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Ujala’s property! The cleanliness was exceptional—everything was spotless and well-maintained, which made the entire experience feel welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a dream. The space was thoughtfully arranged, and it felt like a true home away from home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and comfortable stay.

Stayed here while in town for work. Everything was nice and easy and clean. Would stay again if we came back out here.
