A unique but fun experience! We wish we didn't have so much to do during the day so we could spend more time there and enjoy the wonderful space. Just as we expected and Julie was a great communicator!

This place was beautiful. The pinocle of relaxation; from the hot tub to the claw foot bath, this bathroom is it. We woke up in the morning to a gorgeous view. The coffee they have on stock hit the spot. My husband will now be installing a bidet at our house! We would love to come back in warmer weather!

Beautiful home, lots of space, very responsive host. Loved being able to bring my dog. Bed was super comfy. I am temporarily handicapped following surgery so having a smaller kitchen downstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room without having to go upstairs was perfection! Love that it isn’t made to feel like a rental/hotel. It’s more homey feeling than others which made it a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay

we came in for my husbands 50th birthday and needed a place to stay with our family and friends. Was a nice house, easy to get into and had a few things stocked for just incase. clean home and near a lot of restaurants and things to do. If we come back into town would love to stay again. John was very responsive and checked in before we arrived to make sure we have everything.

Great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful backyard setting with fire pit and seating on dock by pond. Home inside was clean, comfortable and amenities were abundant. Probably our favorite place we’ve stayed thus far in Richmond. Will definitely stay again.

This was a gem of a place in such gorgeous surroundings. It was truly a special experience to have private access to the pool and huge back patio. I appreciate Lesley’s efforts with such a thoughtful and tasteful beach theme throughout this pool house. We enjoyed everything inside and out!

Reagan, thank you for hosting us. Your place was the perfect sanctuary to come home to after a full day of exploring the city of Richmond + the use of the building's gym. Walkable to almost everything we want to see...The State capital, the many parks, the different neighborhoods (so many hidden gems), museums, the city's history and its fabulous restaurants. Restaurant recommendation to other guests: ZZQ (MUST get there early to avoid the out-the-door-down-the-street line) and right next door BrickFire Wood Oven. We look forward to staying with you next time we are in town. Cheers!

Very responsive hosts from check in to check out. Meeting to help with check in was a lovely touch and was really helpful for understanding the parking garage as well as keys, gym, trash, etc. The place is perfectly located downtown and it was easy to go for a run or dinner right from the location. The Hilton lobby is an added bonus with live music on some nights and the theater nearby has great shows!

GREAT HOME - This is a lovely property in a quiet residential area within walking distance of VCU and many eating options. The back porch hot tub was a pleasant surprise. The home itself is well-decorated, and kitchen fully-equipped, and the bedrooms comfortable. Coffee beans were provided for our first morning, a nice touch. The host was very responsive and proactive. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
