Our group stayed at this property during a multi-day weekend event in Richmond. While we knew there would be a commute each day, we knew we had a great house to return to to hang out, cook and relax all together. There was plenty of room for our combination of 14 teenagers and parents and the house had everything we needed for the long weekend. The hosts were available and helpful for any questions that came up. Thanks for a great introduction to Lake Anna!

Beautiful house and lake! It was perfect for our family get together. Kids loved the movie room and game room. We caught fish and enjoyed the screened in porch. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. We would come here again!

What a fun long-weekend. We enjoyed the kayaks and we literally spent the whole weekend in the lake. We didn’t even mind that the water was cold, being early spring. The house is really clean and beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the basic necessities and we didn’t have any problem cooking all meals there. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot for our friend group to get away for the weekend. There’s tonnes of sleeping spaces, and the common areas easily fit our group of 9 adults for meals, movies, and games.

Beautiful home, lots of space, very responsive host. Loved being able to bring my dog. Bed was super comfy. I am temporarily handicapped following surgery so having a smaller kitchen downstairs with a bedroom, bathroom, and living room without having to go upstairs was perfection! Love that it isn’t made to feel like a rental/hotel. It’s more homey feeling than others which made it a much more comfortable and enjoyable stay

This was our 4th year renting this house for a week of fishing. My friends and I enjoy the location and easy access to the water. House is always clean and our hosts, Andrew and Chad are very responsive and helpful with any questions we may have.

The property is beautiful and the cabin is ideally situated to take advantage of the pond views. The main level is open and perfect for gathering, all three bedrooms have individual HVAC control - and the kitchen is spectacular. Although it sleeps eight, only three bedrooms means its perfect for three couples which is what we had. The real highlight is the outdoor space, with new decks and a gas fire pit. Blake was a first-rate host, with very prompt responses to our few questions. Take note -- it is private and off the beaten path -- about 15 minutes by car to the nearest big road -- about 35 minutes to Richmond's beltway, 45 minutes to downtown Richmond. We had a great stay
