Denis was the best host we’ve had at any Airbnb. He picked us up at the airport, provided some wine & fruit, and was extremely helpful and responsive. When our coffee maker stopped working he brought a replacement immediately. We were very impressed with Denis!!!

Honestly, the pictures don’t do this villa justice! It’s so beautiful and in a gated neighborhood. Emma was absolutely amazing, she helped me coordinate with others on the island for private transportation and a masseuse. We had an incredible time and would 100% return. We had a group of 7 ladies celebrating our 40th Birthdays. It’s a great villa for a larger group. Thanks again Emma. ❤️

Esheen and her husband David were fantastic hosts that went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and had. Great stay. Their place “Sea Haven” was everything we hoped - great private pool area, incredible views, very well equipped kitchen, even beach chairs / and all the accessories you could possibly need. Highly recommend!

The house was great! Very clean, beautiful kitchen, amazing outdoor living space, great views and loved the access to the water! We came with two couples and two toddlers and the place had everything we needed! Perfect location right on the water, close to Orient Beach area and very easy to get to Pinel Island either by kayak or by the ferry boat. We will definitely stay again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at Laura’s place! What an amazing setting with a view that you could look at all day and night long! We spent most of our time next to the infinity pool and couldn’t get enough of it. A quick trip down the hill to the local beach and restaurant provided a nice change of scenery (not that it was needed). The house is perfectly appointed with everything you need. We were met upon arrival by their friendly staff. Communication was perfect and we had a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend Laura’s place!

Sarah's place is lovely! We had the main part of the house, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, powder room, kitchen and large living area; plus we had an additional separate bedroom with bathroom and kitchenette - so we had lots of space & privacy. The house is decorated very nicely with beautiful wood and wicker furniture, artwork and wall murals - it has a real caribbean feel. We loved the open transition from indoor to outdoor space. The private pool is huge and has lots of seating around it. While you can't see the ocean, it's only steps away and you can hear the waves. There are lots of shops and wonderful restaurants within walking distance both on the beach in just behind it, in the "village". Property Manager, Fred, was just a call away and was always super helpful.

Wow…I truly don’t know how else to describe my stay. I booked this last minute, and it was an amazing decision. The space itself is incredible, photos do not do it justice. Every moment spent there was heavenly. What made the experience stand out more are the fabulous hosts. Friendly, communicative, welcoming and generous. Eric even made sure I got a taxi to the airport when I was having a hard time finding a driver. I cannot say enough flowing things about my overall experience. I will absolutely be back, and you will not be disappointed in your stay.

Location, location, location!! You won’t want to leave the villa as it is perfection…and the layout was perfect for our family of 6. Every design detail was exceptional and the view was unbeatable. Bruno and Isabelle were truly the most amazing hosts and we can’t wait to visit them again soon!!

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans la villa de Cécile, Laurène et Carole Anne à Saint-Martin. Leur accueil chaleureux et leur disponibilité ont rendu notre expérience inoubliable. La villa était impeccable, spacieuse et parfaitement conforme à la description. Leur attention aux détails et leurs délicates attentions nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous. Nous recommandons vivement leur hébergement et espérons y revenir lors de notre prochain passage à Saint-Martin!

A wonderful place to stay! The house is private, peaceful and the rooms on separate levels was great for us and our friends. The photos don’t do it enough justice, the view overlooking the water and landscape is perfect!

This villa was absolutely stunning and had everything we needed for our stay, as two families with young children. It was minutes from the airport and close to many beautiful beaches and dining options. A car is necessary to get around. We spent lots of time in the pool, enjoying views of the ocean and the sunset in the evening. The villa was also immaculately clean and well maintained. Each room had its own bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower or bath option which we really enjoyed. The only thing to note is the entrance to the third bedroom is from the patio and not the villa itself. It wasn't a big issue for us however, as it was only a few short steps to the villa and we brought cameras to monitor our children in their room at night. All in all, we highly recommend this villa and would come back!

We had a wonderful stay at sandy ground beach house. The house is beautiful. The location about 30 steps from the beach. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is huge. There were 6 of us. Two families. We loved how we each had our own space. One family upstairs and one family downstairs. Nadia was great!! The house was sparkling clean every day. We had wished there was brighter light in the kitchen as we cooked dinner in a few nights. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay again when we come back to Anguilla.

Great location, just a 10 minute walk to the beach and top local restaurants. A short drive to Grand Case. House had a great view, heated pool, very comfortable, everyone had their own space, private, clean, and Dan was very responsive. We look forward to coming back next year

Christine’s place is beautiful. The location is fantastic, as it feels both quiet and peaceful and private, and yet close to anything and everything you might need/desire. It is a great space for a family (we traveled with two small children). Christine’s place is well-stocked with anything you might need, from spices in the kitchen to pool toys, a first aid kit, and other amenities. Highly recommend!

Extremely beautiful home just like the pictures. The hosts were nice and attentive. The house is well equipped with things you need daily for cooking etc. so that was a huge plus. It’s close to the local restaurants and beach clubs as well. 10/10 highly recommend. We had a great time!

Séjour mémorable pour notre famille de 5 (2 adultes, 3 enfants). Villa parfaitement équipée, grand confort et vue époustouflante. La petite piscine « infinité » et la petite plage tout prêt permettent de terminer les journées lorsque les enfants sont épuisés. Petit déjeuner à tous les matins sur la terrasse en regardant les grands bateaux passer! Les deux pôles de l’île sont accessibles. Rien n’est loin mais il y a toujours un peu d’embouteillage ce qui doit être le cas peu importe la villa! Nous recommandons!

The Villa is private and quiet. The pool and deck area are lovely. Great place to have a few cocktails after the beach and relax. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. The bedrooms are spacious. The walk to the beach is close and easy. Tons of great restaurants in orient village which was about 8-10 minute walk from the Villa. The walk is easy, no hills. I will recommend Estelle’s Villa to anyone looking for a great stay in Orient Beach. We throughly enjoyed our stay and sad we had to leave. Thanks Estelle for sharing your beautiful Villa.

We are delighted with our stay at MagnoliaForever villa. Modern villa of very high standard, very well equipped with pool and 180 degree sea views. The terrace is full of charm with spectacular unobstructed views of the ocean below. Wonderful! I recomend the villa. A small negative, the surprise of a construction sites on the neighboring lots with the construction of new villas. If you are sensitive to noise, this may affect the quality of your stay in this beautiful villa.

Very comfortable home and the pool area was fabulous!

Our stay was just what we were hoping for. A lovely villa, well equipped, with a beautiful pool area where we spent most of our time taking in the stunning view. It is in a great location - close to lots of amenities including a lovely bakery that we would walk to for our morning croissants. It is also perfectly situated if you want to enjoy the island - including a day at Pinel Island and dinners in Grand Case. We were travelling with my parents and our 7 month old baby - the villa served our needs perfectly. Definitely recommend renting a car to get the most from your time here. Overall, the stay was wonderful and we hope to return soon!

The house was perfect size for our party 5 adults 1 child. Getting into the house was a little confusing as there are 2 entry points and one you don’t need a key to open main gate to neighborhood which we didn’t know and the other which you do need a key to open the gate which we didn’t know. But after waiting a bit we just followed a car in. The drive way is steep and is tight so smaller the car the better. Lots of 6 point turns. Nice large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is large with lots of plates and cups but knives are dull as butter knives. There is not storage containers or cooking materials like tin foil or parchment paper. We went during off season so not a lot of restaurants open, if you come during busy season prob not a big deal as you can easily go out. Wi-Fi was not good at all which was hard with also bad international phone service. Judith was nice and easy to communicate with and perfect location on French side with many beaches within 15 min drive or less.

Belle villa avec vue imprenable sur l’océan, Situé sur une colline surplombant la baie de Cul-de-sac, l'île Pinel et Tintamarre sont toutes deux visibles depuis la terrasse de la piscine . La pièce de vie est très confortable pour un grand séjour et avec 2 grands canapés parfait pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis. Il y a les meilleurs restaurants de l’ile et de très belles plages à proximité de la villa. Le quartier et très calme et reposant. Camille est une excellente hôte, elle s'est assurée que nous avions tout le nécessaire pour passer un excellent séjour ce qui a été le cas!! La vue est vraiment magnifique!

Belle maison à 200m de la plage d’orient bay. Très facile à accéder. Belle espace intérieure et Piscine et espace extérieur come sur les photos. Merci Alexandra pour les réponses rapides et l’assistance pendant tout le séjour.

This was my first time staying at an Airbnb and I’m converted! Crystal was an amazing host and so responsive and helpful. I felt as though I’ve known her for years! Her place was amazing and the views are breathtaking. Waking up to seeing blue water and three different islands from multiple rooms was just unreal. The private pool was A+ and my entire family loved every second of privacy and exclusivity. The neighborhood is quiet and the surrounding newly built homes at night was just a beautiful sight. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was super spacious and had every single thing we needed on a daily basis. Crystal was flexible with my concerns and always responded super fast on messenger. I felt like I was at my own home! She was a blessing and I will definitely return to her place again! 10/10!!!! Thanks again, Crystal <3
