A great place to stay for a few days and exactly as described. The private and secluded location was very much appreciated and I loved the nature sounds at night and the roosters in the morning. This is like glamping and is mostly open air, but the mosquito net around the bed keeps you free of any bugs (very few bugs were noticed during my stay). I very much appreciated feeling the breeze at night and was even able to see some shooting stars. The location is reasonably close to the Pololu trail, which is worth a visit. Also close to the towns of Hawi and Kapauu - which are also worth visiting. Highly recommend this place.

Stuart’s Airbnb was wonderful. Well stocked with everything you could need, spacious and clean. We were able to walk to several shore fronts and beaches. Extra convenient to have beach and snorkel gear that we were able to use during our stay. Thanks again!

Nico and Sarah’s place was great! You’re steps away from a small beach and the view from the balcony is amazing. Hearing the ocean views at night was really relaxing. The AC was powerful and kept it nice and cool inside. Very clean as well. The hosts were very accommodating with early check in and later check out for our 2 year old.

I loved this place. Stayed here a week with my mom. The balcony is large and the view is amazing. Despite there being a pool from the apartment next door, noise was never an issue. It was a five minute drive to the downtown. The pool area was relaxing. Jason was very responsive and kind. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The ocean views were fantastic. It was clean and tidy. I didn’t get to experience much as I was only there for about 15 hours total. Located near many restaurants and many things to see to experience the Hawaiian vibe!

The setting of this house is spectacular, right in Kealakekua Bay. You can see the Captain Cook monument in the distance (we kayaked there from the property). The host provides literally everything that you could possibly need to explore the bay: kayaks, paddle boards, snorkel equipment, etc., and you can do all of this right from their own (rocky) shoreline. The house was well appointed with everything that we needed for the stay. We were glad that we had the cottage so we were separated from the other rentals. It felt private. If you stay in the summer it does get HOT in the house during the day, even with the use of their provided fans, but it cools off enough at night to get a restful sleep. Also, there is a rooster nearby, which didn't bother us East Coast early risers. It's a long drive from the main route down to this property. We recommend stopping at the local honey farm that you pass on the drive down. You'll see their products sold all over the Island.

This condo was a perfect home away from home for our family of four! The lanai (balcony) has beautiful views of the ocean and the condo is walking distance from a phenomenal beach for snorkeling, swimming, spear fishing, and even turtle watching! Driving distance to many awesome places. The condo itself is equipped with the essentials for cooking just about anything which makes it great for anyone looking to avoid needing to eat out a lot. Will hopefully be returning some day! Thank you!

The attention to detail in this updated condo is apparent. It is appointed with guests in mind--USB charging stations, water play equipment, well stocked kitchen, cooler, containers and ice for picnics... The waterfront location was great even though this isn't an ocean-facing unit, it is in a location that other occupants aren't walking by the front door, which is nice. Although we didn't use the pool, it was a nice little feature and appeared very well-maintained. We used the AC both for cooling the bedroom and to blur the traffic noise from the busy street below. It did the trick for both!

We had the dream family trip of a lifetime. The kids loved the pool—morning, noon and evening except when we went off on adventures. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance of a rocky beach. The house was roomy and well stocked with two large, long dining tables, one indoors and the other on an enclosed porch outdoors. Perfect for family dining. Joe and Anna were lovely hosts, pleasant and informative. We’d definitely recommend this home to anyone.

Russ’s beautiful penthouse is amazing to say the least. You are literally right on the water and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The car was fantastic and very nice. It is a very clean ride and in top condition. The beds were some of the most comfortable we’ve all slept in. The AC was awesome. Honestly, everything was perfect. Russ laid out detailed and well organized instructions, we had no questions or problems accessing the unit. I’m a light sleeper and it was a very quiet stay, just the sounds of the waves. The pool and hot tub downstairs (elevator worked great and easy to access) were fun and relaxing to use. Nice tenants and guests around and easy access to many beaches and restaurants nearby. In addition, we experienced a last minute very unexpected tragedy~Russ went above and beyond and was compassionate and helpful which completely made the difference for us during this time. 🙏 We would rent this place again hands down. We had an absolutely fabulous time in Kona, and Zhe & Sijie’s place was a huge part of it. It made for an amazing home away from home for our two-week stay. The home was exactly as described and as it appeared in the photos - if anything, it was even more perfect in person. Plenty of living space, the kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch at the house each day, and the three bedrooms and bathrooms were a perfect fit for my husband and me, our son and my dad. The elevated deck was perfect for reading in the sun or watching the sunset and then watching the stars come out. The pool is small, but a nice place to relax between activities or at the end of a busy day. The house is also in a very nice neighborhood, very secure and close to a grocery store and quite a few restaurants. Zhe and Sijie were fantastic hosts, super quick to reply to any questions we had, and proactively communicating info about check in and check out. 10/10, highly recommend!!

Great location! The condo is absolutely amazing. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom and kitchen. Has everything anyone would need for a perfect Hawaii get away. Can’t wait to be back!

This our second time staying here in 2 years and we look forward to it again. It is a excellent location, away from downtown but close enough to walk. Very peaceful, close to a beach or just hang out. Dawn is an excellent, accommodating, fun host.

We've been staying here for many years & it was wonderful, as always! It's so beautiful here plus it's so comfortable & convenient. We love it - especially sitting on the lanai & watching the sunsets. We've been visiting Hawaii for 3 decades, stayed many different places, & we keep coming back to stay right here.

We had a great stay with amazing close-up views of the ocean, huge lanai, a very well stocked and spacious updated unit. We even got to view some green sea turtles from the lovely lanai during our stay that made it more special! Highly recommend!

This house was in a beautiful setting with gorgeous grounds. it was very well maintained and comfortable. The house has lots of basics in the pantry and condiments. We loved watching sunset from the lanai through the trees or walking 50 ft to the Pier for a Bayside view (with dolphins often making an appearance). Excellent snorkeling at nearby Manini Beach Park (some of us jumped in at the Pier, too) and by kayak at the Cook Monument across the Bay, or at 2-Step, a 5 minute drive down the road. The AC was good but not usually necessary with great ventilation and fans. The bugs are definitely hoping for snacks, so vigilance to keep a tidy house is crucial (but this is to be expected and wasn't a problem). Dawn was very responsive to a few small problems, and when we couldn't get the dryer to work she had a neighbor offer his so we could finish in time to check out (the dryer was a smart dryer and it out smarted us). We really appreciated how Dawn responded so quickly and helpfully!

We absolutely loved our stay at Gail’s condo. The co do matched the photos and the location was fabulous. We absolutely loved the saltwater pool and listening to people blow the conch shells. Thank you so much for sharing your condo with us. We have made memories to last a lifetime.

Derrick and Chelsey have created a magical spot, which is appropriate since it's at Magic's Beach. Their upscale decor and amenities give the feel of a high end resort. Parking and entry were easy and access to a restaurant next door made it convenient to have a meal out. With a beach next door, you can watch the body surfers and boogie boarders for entertainment while you sip on your drink. We stayed 2 nights for the end of our time on the Big Island and it was exactly what we were looking for. As a new unit, I can see that the hosts will only continue to improve the experience for their guests.

Beautiful townhouse with plenty of extras. Provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen supplies, laundry supplies, beach chairs, snorkel equipment, towels, etc. Wonderful view from the balcony.

Noelanis rental was beautiful and had things we didn’t even think about bringing like extra snorkels, beach chairs, and coolers. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. The pool is amazing for morning coffee. The gym club and access to the private beach a quick 5 min drive away were great amenities to the trip. Would recommend and would rebook!

This was perfect place for our family of 6 adults and 1 child. Nice location and everything you need. We enjoyed our stay.

I can’t say enough about this property. It is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, spotless and perfect in pretty much every way. The view is incredible. The proximity to Hapuna Beach, Mauna Kea Beach, the Ala Kahaiki Trail, and all the amenities and restaurants of the Westin and the Mauna Kea Resorts is fantastic. I can say without hesitation that this is by far one of the top 2-3 places that my family and I have ever stayed in all our travels. Our kids (ages 7 and 10) had such a great time staying here. This property, coupled with the included access to the Westin and Mauna Kea amenities, made this one of the best trips we have ever taken. We would 1000% stay in the Hapuna Residences and this specific unit again (and we hope to!!!…although next time we may need a 3 bedroom property as our kids will be older and bigger). Don’t hesitate in booking this place!
