Hands down my favorite AirBNB experience to date. I was SO happy to find the home was very clean and didn't have any chemical plug-in type smells when we walked in; just fresh. Loved all of the windows and gorgeous sunshine! Our family felt at home and cozy right away! Couches were comfortable for snuggling and watching tv/movies during down time (which I find is very rare in AirBNB homes). Pillows and beds were comfortable too! Kitchenware and dishes were in great condition and had everything I needed when cooking (which we did everyday except one night out for dinner). We had the luxury of walking to the beach -and back- anytime; so close! Was especially nice for the kids when they wanted a snack or bathroom break. Host was incredibly responsive to me even before I fully booked our reservation. We've been coming to Clearwater for 15 years and always stay with family, I am so happy we decided to book our own space this trip, it was AMAZING! Would come back again & again! Thank you!

This was truly a luxury rental with an amazing location and views off of all three large decks. The rooms and kitchen were large, luxurious, and had all the amenities we needed. Great unit to relax, spread out, play or just watch boats go by. We even saw a dolphin.

Had the best time here with all my girlfriends! The location was incredible and the views were spectacular! Struggled with the front lock a little bit, but overall a fantastic trip! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Jades beautiful townhouse. We loved the rooftop area with all of its amenities. There is great and comfortable furniture, bed linens, extra blankets and sheets and the pretty beach towels were so much appreciated. We had everything we needed for our vacation. The decor is so tasteful and her instructions and communication were perfect!!! We cannot wait to return to Clearwater and Jades home away from home.

Beautiful deck and views. Up to date and clean. We will be back next year. 5 star host and home.

Would recommend to anyone with a large group. We had 10 and a baby. George is a great host. The place was awesome for being together or lots of room for alone time. We saw a bunch of dolphins catching fish and jumping right next to the back yard sea wall. Views were very nice and peaceful. It was so amazing. Felt like we had a private pool at times and it was very well maintained. Hot tub was clean and large. Grills were brand new. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of items for beach. Had plenty of towels, umbrellas, toys and two wagons. Beds were comfortable and plenty of linens. Everything in great condition or new. Security guards were friendly and helpful. Nice to have them there. We had our 7 month old granddaughter with us and they had everything we needed for her. George has really thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Best host I have had. If we needed something they got it . Airbed was not holding air. They delivered a new one within hours. Thanks George.

We stayed a month and it felt like being at a real home; the house was very well equipped and full of character. On a daily basis, we had everything we needed, and the very few times we needed assistance/solving, Edie was very diligent to make sure we were happy. Extra points to the shaded parking space and the firmness of the mattress. We truly enjoyed our stay, as well as the location, the private fenced patio for our kitty, and our little casual encounters with Matt in the shared backyard/laundry area :)

We enjoyed our stay at Beth’s place. The house was squeaky clean and we felt at home. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We had our dog with us and she was welcomed in Beth’s home and we really appreciated that option. It is the perfect location for a visit to Tarpon Springs. It was an easy walk to town which has a couple local coffee shops, restaurants and even a book store; And an even shorter walk to the Sponge docks.

Great place for what we needed. It was just 3 of us. Simple place. Extra pillows and linens provided. Laundry soap provided-nice touch! A quick 7-8 minute drive to the Northshore Aquatic Complex. Great sunrises and sunsets there! Easy check in with a four digit code. Quiet neighborhood and easy access to everywhere! This place could’ve accommodated 5! Comfy couch-watched a movie to relax. Simple, but had everything we needed.

Aaron and Sophie were great hosts! We had a few things occur during our visit but Aaron was always quick to respond with a solution. The home was very clean and spacious for us. We loved the huge pool and wonderful hot tub. Plus we could bring our pup! It was fun time in Tampa and this is a great place to stay!

I cannot emphasize enough how perfect the facility itself is and how incredibly responsive, kind and helpful Liz is. You will not ever meet a better host.

I can’t say enough about this property and the hosts. It was so convenient, and super close to the beach! I was traveling alone, and felt 100% safe even when out after dark. I had the pleasure of meeting Dino, and I honestly felt like I was meeting a friend. The property exceeded my expectations. It had everything I needed, and was super cute & functional! The beach was beautiful and there were tons of shells! I even got to see dolphins! I will absolutely visit this location again.

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

We hated to leave! It was perfect for our stay. Very clean and steps away from the beach, close to everything store wise/ restaurants.

I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience with an Airbnb! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described. It had all the comforts of home and made our holiday easy and worry free. The outdoor patio with the fabulous pool was definitely a highlight! I would recommend this place to family and friends, and even hope to return myself someday.

We would go back in a heartbeat! The house and location was perfect! Our kids loved the pool and being able to kayak and paddle board right from the dock was amazing! We saw dolphins multiple times a day and had fun fishing. The golf cart was perfect for getting to the beach and plenty of restaurants, including an ice cream shop! I would totally recommend this place!

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

It met all expectations. Represented well by host. Near beaches, shopping restaurants . Great private backyard and tastefully decorated. Beach umbrella, chairs and towels provided. Host very responsive. Great heated pool.

House was set-up well for multi-family stay with kiddos aged teenager to toddler. Lots of thoughtful amenities throughout the home to make your stay comfy and cozy! Appreciated items for the beach and for kid play! Lots of space and options for sleeping and areas to hang out indoor and outdoor! Everyone one slept well and complimented that it was a great space! No issues and host was responsive for any questions👍 Our family enjoyed our first trip to Tampa and we would stay here again!!
