It's my first time using Airbnb, and because of this Luxury accommodation I will use it everytime I traveled, the place is great the flat is so clean I liked it so much if I came to Birmingham again I will stay at this accommodation for sure.

We were visiting relatives in the area by car and looking for a central base and this location was ideal as there was plenty of on street parking near by. The venue was clean, well appointed and as described. We only really made breakfast and the toaster and kettle were very welcome. The kitchen area has everything you needed to self cater. Check in and check out was easy and Martin the host contacted us to make sure we knew how to get in touch if we had an issue.

Had a fantastic stay in central Birmingham. The host's communication was excellent, providing all the necessary info and check-in details well before my arrival. The free parking was a major perk, saving me both time and money. The space was clean, the beds were comfy and the impressive skyline view was an added bonus. Beautiful house and apartment with gorgeous view over the garden. Quiet and perfect for a romantic weekend away. Clare was very nice and responsive and we'd stay there again in a heartbeat. Our toddler loved it too and we can recommend the place for families.

This place was just what we needed for 5 girls going to an event at the NEC - the beds were comfortable, the linens cleans and we each had clean towels laid out for us. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an easy meal and make packed lunches. The heating was easy to use. The shower was good. We didn't spend much time in the day but in the evening and overnight it was quiet about the area. I would recommend for anyone who needs somewhere close to the NEC to be their base and for the price is was great value and exactly what we needed.

Felt right at home! Beautiful and clean. Walkable distance to shops such as Lidl and Droitwich spa train station. On-street parking. Quiet area. Have absolutely everything you need! Fay is a great host who's so friendly and super responsive!

The property felt secluded and peaceful, with good access to public transport. Sunny welcomed me personally after arriving late at night and the room matched its description. Sunny is easy to get ahold of as he lives next door. Great place to stay for a weekend getaway in Birmingham.

Sadly we where only staying for one evening as would have like to have stayed longer, lovely apartment and secure electric gated parking for car. Would def stay again. Thanks again

Me and a friend and baby, it was a lovely clean and spacious apartment and was safe for my friends baby to crawl around, Pridak was very quick to respond and very helpful and polite.

We loved this apartment. Although small it’s very functional and comfortable for 3 or 4 people and was beautifully clean. We were self catering so were pleased to find a really well equipped kitchen. Despite the cold weather whilst we were staying we felt very cosy inside. There is some traffic noise audible in the apartment but we didn’t find it overly intrusive and Jemma thoughtfully provides ear plugs for light sleepers. The apartment is in a great location for exploring central Birmingham on foot, but it was also great to have somewhere secure to park our car. We would definitely recommend this apartment for a short break.

I had a great stay at Ana's place! The home was exactly as described, clean, comfortable and in a great location as the center of Birmingham! Ana was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place!

Really lovely location, staff were friendly and helpful and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The mattresses felt pretty worn in the middle and in need of changing. Otherwise everything was perfect! Gym, spa and pool are amazing and accessible for most of the day and evening.

Lovely weekend stay on one of the coldest weekends of the year. Place was lovely and warm, and well set up. Free of clutter. Fit the description to a T. Walkable distance to eateries. And easy to find via Satnav. Lovely host, responsive, and helpful. Exactly what we needed for our weekend stay.

This place completely exceeded our expectations. We had an amazing time, we basically lived in that hot tub 🤣 The host was so responsive and friendly, we will 100% be back, definitely for our anniversary but hopefully before that too. We would highly recommend.
