Harborne : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

My friends and I stayed for a wedding and this was a perfect location to stay. Thank you to Gurm, who warmly greeted us when we arrived and showed us around the house. Everything we needed was provided and Gurm kindly recommended some local restaurants. Sadly we didn't have time to use the pool table in the games room, but it was a great set up with a tv there too (perfect for a premier league match and beers with some pals).

Sam was a wonderful host, friendly proactive and quick to respond and answer any questions. Would strongly recommend both Sam as a host and the property.

Great stay in a nice part of Birmingham, close to the train station and local shops and pubs, parking for 2 cars is a bonus

Honestly can not fault this place. We stayed here for a month with my family and we felt right at home. Mo is a great host and the house genuinely felt like home and had everything we could ask for (i kid you not, he had the house stocked up with everything you’d ever want and think of using from pots/pans/kitchen spices to hair shampoo and conditioner!) Because we stayed for a month we had alot of laundry and unfortunately the dryer at the house wasnt drying well. When this was mentioned to Mo, he went and bought a portable one and had it delivered right away for us. If you’re considering staying here and reading this review please do not hesitate and book right away!

What a fantastic find lovely and clean ,very comfortable beds

We enjoyed our stay at Mike’s house. Mike communicated well with us as we placed a short notice booking due to our house having building work done. We know the area well and it suited our needs very well. Having a secure private garden and gate directly onto the golf course for our dog was perfect. The large well-equipped kitchen and excellent bathroom were great.

Stayed for a weekend. Apartment is in a great location, less than a 10 minute walk to New Street Station, Bullring, Mailbox with a 24hr garage just down the road. Easy self-check in instructions from a responsive host. The property was lovely as pictured, we had no issues with noise and had comfy beds so we slept well. Heaps of storage so I’m sure would be ideal for a longer stay.

Thank you Nicholas for having me at Granny Flat. It was the perfect place for me to visit Birmingham and its surroundings. It was very quiet, clean and I felt comfortable. Every thing you need is conveniently within reach (shops, transports..). I also enjoyed the Canal walk from there to get to the city center. I'll definitely book again if I need to be back in Birmingham.

We had a fabulous stay at Lisa’s place. The bedroom is decorated so nicely and it’s so warm and cosy! Lisa was very friendly and amazingly helpful. We would 100% recommend staying here, ps. Amazing fish and chips just a short walk down the road too !

We only spent a night here, but it was perfect for what we needed and close to where we needed to be - the apartment is warm and comfy, and we felt very much at home. The area is lovely - really quiet and so many beautiful big trees, and great places to eat within walking distance.

Great little place with good links to the Midlands

Me and my husband stayed at Stuart and Bethan’s place for a month, I was working at Queen Elizabeth Hospital which is a 10 mins walk from the flat. The check-in was easy and Stuart was very friendly and provided all the information before we arrived. The flat was the highlight of our trip, the place was exactly as described,clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the beautiful surroundings, and the walkable distance from shops and the hospital. Stuart and Bethan were extremely responsive and you would feel at home due to their attention for the small details. The bed was very comfy, the sofa bed was a plus and not having stairs made everything easy because we had large bags. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Birmingham, and I would definitely stay again! 🤩

Lovely private apartment in walking distance to trains/buses, supermarket, restaurants and shops. Great back yard, right on the canal. Very peaceful despite having a train line opposite the canal. Apartment has everything you need and Aubrey is always helpful and responsive. Our second stay here and we would definitely stay again.

We loved our 11 day stay at The Summerhouse (during extended house move). We couldn’t have wished a more thoughtfully equipped and restful haven. We were made welcome on site by John and the sun even smiled on us the whole time!

We have had a great stay.We were having building work done on our house and found this property perfect for our work and leisure needs. Well placed for a range of local amenities shops,restaurants and great pubs. Property was warm and comfortable and well equipped.

Alex was a great responsive host. Always replied instantly and helped with any queries. The area is lovely and quiet and the grain house was a lovely stay. Really cosy and comfy. Will definitely be booking here again.

A perfect weekend stay - the apartment had everything we needed in good walking distance to the city centre. Clean with comfy beds and a great shower. Barely any traffic noise at all - I'll take a few pigeons calling from the roof over that any day!

Myself and a colleague had a brilliant stay at Mo’s whilst working in Birmingham for the week. The apartment was exactly as described and like the photos. Extremely comfy bed and pillows, great kitchen amenities and of course loved the darts, Pac-Man machine and added bonus of the balcony! We had one query which Mo was very responsive to and extremely helpful. Would 100% stay here again!
