We had a fantastic stay! Luke and his dad are exceptional hosts - friendly, responsive, and welcoming. The property is exactly as advertised and exceeded our expectations. Some standout features for us were the excellent heating (the house is very well insulated), the unbeatable location (everything is within walking distance), and the super comfortable beds. That said, the entire property is thoughtfully set up and a great place to stay. Highly recommended, and we will definitely book again. Thank you for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

This place was just what we needed for 5 girls going to an event at the NEC - the beds were comfortable, the linens cleans and we each had clean towels laid out for us. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook an easy meal and make packed lunches. The heating was easy to use. The shower was good. We didn't spend much time in the day but in the evening and overnight it was quiet about the area. I would recommend for anyone who needs somewhere close to the NEC to be their base and for the price is was great value and exactly what we needed.

Had a great time at Church street flats. We had one minor issue on arrival which was rectified within an hour. Perfect location as we could walk everywhere. Thank you once again Rebecca for a lovely stay.

Incredible value for money - under £200 to host 8 people is unbelievable. The location is great, close to anything you could ever need, right next door to a Tesco. The beds were comfortable, and there was a lot of space. Only marks dropped are due to the cutlery in the drawers being dirty (some spoons and spatulas with gunk on) and the wooden chairs being very fragile, but otherwise a flawless stay and I'd suggest it to anyone without hesitation.

Lovely quite and peaceful stay. Modern and very clean, had everything you would want and little nice added extra's. Lisa was lovely and very helpful when we were there. We could not have faulted a thing and we will definitely be looking at returning. The bed was so cosy it was hard to want to leave. Lisa's location has everything you couod eant nearby from shops, takesways and a huge variety of resturants, you dont need to travel far. The place is immaculate. Thank-you!!

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights whilst visiting his family, the house was very clean and we felt right at home, jeanette thank you again for your hospitality we'll definitely book again next time we're up here.

Me and my friends enjoyed our stay , City centre was very close by and a delicious breakfast Café just right next door. Connie was very helpful and I would absolutely recommend! 10/10 from me.

Dylan was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The place was nice with most of the things you might need. Parking was fine and location is good, very close to a train line which was no problem for us but might be for others. We would stay again if in the area.

Amazing apartment- the jacuzzi was comfy with great view- champagne and lots of treats. Definitely recommended

Really great apartment just down the road from the train station for very easy access to Resorts world for a concert we were attending ! The space is just as described and was very easy to get into and communication was great!

Ryan's apartment was perfect for my 10 weeks stay in Birmingham. The flat had everything I needed and even had a very well equipped kitchen! It was clean, nicely decorated, and very bright with natural light. The location is great too, being very close to central Birmingham and lots of great restaurants! Ryan was a great host, providing me with a list of local recommendations and responded quickly if I ever needed anything. Overall a great stay, would definitely stay again!
