Prefect retreat for us. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Easy travel to get to the NEC. Village a few minute drive that had shop take aways and pubs.Esther was very helpful .couldnt ask for more...highly recommend

Hayley & Family were lovely hosts. Very kind and welcoming. Great communication throughout, flexible with check in, and a really nice clean, relaxing space. The annex had everything you needed and more. A great pub in walking distance, along with a brilliant Indian restaurant. There is also a tea room and shop at the end of the road. We had a great stay, and will be booking again in the future when back in the area. A highly recommended Air bnb option.

Had a really lovely & peaceful couple of days here. The cabin is wonderful and you have your own fenced off garden area which is nice. The views and horses are beautiful. We were left alone during our stay which was great and the host was really responsive when we needed something. On the first night we couldn’t find any washing up liquid so messaged the host and within minutes, a bottle of fairy liquid was whizzed up to us! Definitely recommend staying here, would definitely stay again - the only slight niggle I had was the lockbox button was quite hard to slide down but I do have long nails so it could have just been my fault!

Our stay in Birmingham was made truly wonderful by Samantha's exceptional hospitality. She was incredibly communicative and responsive, readily available despite the four-hour time difference, which we greatly appreciated. We were initially a little concerned about potential street noise after reading a previous review, but our group of three found the house to be perfectly peaceful and quiet, allowing for restful nights. The backyard was an absolute delight, offering a serene and beautiful space to relax in the mornings and evenings. We are so grateful for Samantha's attentiveness and for the lovely experience. If we return to Birmingham, we would be absolutely thrilled to stay here again. Thank you, Samantha!

Fantastic little hideaway tucked behind the main row of houses. Warm, comfy, clean, great TV and bathroom. Will be back!

Faultless. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed and more. The host was friendly and responsive when we had an enquiry. Close to the city, Cannon Hill Park with all its attractions and the Balti Triangle. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or visit again.

We loved our stay at the squirrels nest. It was lovely and tranquil, just what we wanted after getting married a few days before. The hot tub, egg chairs and garden games were great and the inside of the lodge was so cosy. There was also lots to do around the area with a great train station only a short walk away. Thank you for making out minimoon cosy and perfect.

Will always use Stephen for stays. I’ve stayed in multiple of his properties now and this one was breathtaking. Will be staying here anytime I visit Birmingham
