My stay at Gwen's was a wonderful experience. She let me know the place was available for an earlier check-in and quickly responded to all of my questions.Her place was very cozy and I felt right at home! The location was walkable to downtown St Petersburg wirh a couple of quaint coffee shops and restaurants nearby.

My family and I enjoyed our Christmas vacation very much Because of Maria .

Marilyn’s place was great! We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! She was very nice and extremely helpful. The check-in was super easy and very well detailed. Everything looked exactly as pictured and it was super clean. She is very considerate of her guests and even had beach supplies for us to use if we wished along with a kitchen full of cookware and utensils.

Great place. Walkable to many different things. Great neighborhood.

We really enjoyed staying at Nathan's place! Nathan was very responsive to any questions we had and provided some local restaurant recommendations for us. The bed was very comfortable, the house was clean, and we had everything we needed in a neat little package. We were only there a couple nights but the house was the crash pad we needed. Exceeded expectations!

Felt safe, despite initial concerns over the neighborhood. The furnishings are not ideal for someone with mobility issues, as everything is either very low or very high.

I really enjoy this And I’m definitely going to plan something in Tampa again so I can stay here again

Beautiful place to stay. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2 full bathrooms. This location was very nice and the home was very clean.

What a wonderful stay! Jose was a perfect host and this home was welcoming (smelled great), bright, beautifully decorated, well stocked and ready to provide us the perfect sanctuary while visiting family in Lakeland! March Madness had begun so the multiple large screen TVs were appreciated! The furniture and the master bed were cozy! It was just my husband and I so plenty of space, but also room for more family to come next time. Master bathroom is outfitted with tub, shower and plenty of space to spread out. We loved using the pool/spa during the day and enjoyed a game of pool at night. The pond view while using the pool was an added bonus. The area is very peaceful! Felt right at home and hope it is available for our next trip south! Thanks for sharing your lovely home!

A really great place to stay I enjoyed the privacy and the host was great with communicating with me. I needed to stay longer and they help me secure the house longer.

Nice, clean, comfortable stay! Stayed for one night with my family and we felt quite at home! Location was close to many activities and restaurants, instructions for self check-in easy! Minor detail: when the main road is busy, you hear the cars passing quite easily, but given its corner lot, it’s a very minor detail - would most definitely recommend this place to friends and family and would happily stay again! Thanks for having us!

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

The condo was nice and very well stocked. easy to find. Easy to get to all the beaches, everything is a very short drive 5-10 minutes to most beaches, restaurants, pier etc. we saw dolphins while sitting on the patio Everyone there ( locals) were very friendly. The only downfall was the bridge road noise certain times a day but it certainly did not effect our trip. Highly recommend host was very responsive and sweet. We will be back

We have done hotels when staying in St. Pete and this trip decided to try and Airbnb this time. We definitely enjoyed the condo and all the amenities allot better than a hotel. The condo was wonderful. Had everything we could have needed for a beach day. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Pool was nice, patio in pictures I thought seemed bigger but it was nice. Definitely would stay again and recommend to anyone.

when we were impacted from Hurricane Helene we needed a place to stay since our home was not accessible. Valarie and her husband Stu went over and above to accommodate us. I can't say enough about them and their hospitality, compassion, and amazing support. There are good people out there and we had the pleasure at such a difficult time meeting them. We would highly recommend their beautiful waterfront condo.

Great location. You can walk to several restaurants (Sweet Life Bistro & Middle Ground Grill were favorites) and Publix. Unit was close to bar/pool, but we didn’t have any noise issues. Fabulous sunset views from the balcony with accompanying sound of the ocean waves. This was our second stay at Island Inn.

Very good location and beautiful views of the bay. The accomodations were perfect for two people. Gorgeous pool right off the bay. Friendly condo guests as well whenever we ventured out. Overall it was as advertised. The noise from the road outside was tolerable since you could close the slider to mitigate it.
