Beautiful location, Oleander Gardens is so peaceful. The neighbors are very welcoming.

Enjoyed The Flats! House was spacious and very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and the AC worked well. Lots of chickens and roosters around the property and it is located behind a little grocery store to get supplies. Loved having housekeeping every two days! Only suggestion to those staying is to bring your own shampoo/body wash as there wasn't any in the bathrooms. Only bars of soap are provided. Lemmie and her sons fixed anything we had an issue with quickly. Would highly recommend The Flats as a great place to stay! Hope to return someday!

I really enjoyed my stay at Cloudbreak. The space had everything I needed and more. Tom and Maureen were attentive and responsive. I felt well informed about the space and surrounding areas. It was so peaceful and comfortable that I was able to get some writing done while I was there. My favorite thing was walking to the beach every day. I would absolutely return to stay here again one day!

We loved our stay and Christina was very helpful with answering questions and reserving golf carts for us. The condo is in walking distance from the Gov’t dock as well as some of the best restaurants on the island. It was clean and as described.

The place was very comfortable, clean, and pleasant to stay in. Host was very friendly and was helpful. I strongly recommend it!

Maureen and Thomas are very friendly and helpful hosts. Communication was very good. Questions will be answered promptly. They give many informations about the island, beaches, shopping and restaurants. The Cloudbreak house is great. We rented the upper floor. All was clean and prepared for our stay. The 360 degree view from it is fantastic. The rooms are comfortable. The kitchen has all what you need and more. In the bedroom is a queen-size-bed with seaview. We loved it to wake up with this view. Free WiFi works well. To Surfer's Beach it's a 20 minues walk through the green surroundings. The neighborhood is friendly, we felt safe. You need a car to explore the beautiful island.

Location: My family and I had a good experience. For a non -beachfront property, the location is great. Arguably the best beach location we experienced on the island. The home also has plenty of items you would need for the beach. Facilities: May not be what you’re looking for if you’re expecting Ritz-Carltonesque facilities, but if you’re open-minded and understand how island life can be, you will you enjoy it just as much as we did. Read the home’s description and all reviews before booking to manage your expectations as they are all ‘somewhat’ relevant. Contacts: Tim provides contacts to communicate with in case something is needed (we didn’t). Housekeeper came by to check on us a few times. Tim also reached out to us a few times before and during the stay. Very communicative.

I had a fantastic time staying at William's house and look forward to visiting again. William is exceptionally responsive, flexible, and helpful beyond what would ever be expected from a host. I was visiting the island for work and William was so great with recommendations and helping to connect me with people on the island who could assist. Margerite, the house manager, is warm and friendly, and keeps the house spotless. She was available and responsive during my stay. The house itself is gorgeous, and sits atop a hill overlooking the bay. The sunsets from the deck are incredible. The kitchen is well-appointed and has everything needed to cook for and host a large group. I rented a single room for my visit this time, but I can't wait to visit with a group of friends and would absolutely love to stay at Seadream again whether alone or with friends.

What a great stay we had. The proximity to surfers beach was wonderful. House was new, spacious and clean. Beds were best of our trip! We loved everything and would definitely stay again!

Lovely house, great hosts. It is pretty far removed, but we loved that. Hosts and property manager were all great. The island is amazing. Important to understand that the coast on the Atlantic side (where the house is) is not swimable and the shore is almost entirely sharp volcanic rock. But the actual beaches on the island are truly stunning.

Beautiful location! Peaceful spot with a beautiful view to the east and west. Checking in and out was very casual, but worked great. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Fluffy towels. Appreciated having a jug of drinking water waiting for us. The listing said there was shampoo provided, but we didn’t see any. We also didn’t look super hard. Same with the hairdryer. There were coffee filters in the kitchen, but bring your own coffee. Also, there was bug spray available, which we appreciated.

We absolutely loved our stay at On The Rocks for our family vacation with a 1 year old. The house is decorated beautifully and was super clean with fresh bedding. If you're looking for a place to truly unplug, this is the place. The view is stunning and the local beach is a short walk away. We couldn't believe we got an entire beach to ourselves! The house was well stocked and had everything we needed, which made it easy to pack light. It is definitely remote – which is a amazing if you're looking for peace and quiet, but might not be for you if you're looking for something close to hustle and bustle of a town. The road in from the highway took about 10 minutes to get to the house. There are a handful of restaurants under a 20 minute drive and we enjoyed meals at El Karaka, Big Daddy's, and The Cove. We also did day trips to Harbour Island and French Leave beach (would recommend Tippy's as a place to spend an afternoon). We'd highly recommend On the Rocks or Due South!
