Thank you for a wonderful stay in Vikedal. This was, without doubt, one of the most pleasant vacations we ever spent. Not only because of the location and surroundings, but also because of your friendly and warm welcome.

We really enjoyed our stay at Torill’s place. The place was so cute, clean and had a warm and authentic feel as soon as we walked into the apartment. We truly felt as though we nestled in a chateu surrounded by the most beautiful nature we have ever seen! There was so much to do for kids.. the Hike was spectacular and both kids loved it ) Voss centre is also easy to get to by car, so we had the best of both worlds… Torill was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and responded very quickly. We can’t wait to come back again!

The house is warm and offers breathtaking views. It is well-equipped with everything we needed, and the location is just a 10-minute drive from Trolltunga and close to Odda. Our host, Airin, provided us with a warm welcome and was very responsive to our needs throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the four days we spent here and hope to visit again in the future.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here. We hiked, explored and cycled our surrounding area. The use of bikes was fantastic and the views from the windows were great. The space was always warm. We had an issue with a lot of flies because they had bred in a window frame (which we had opened) but we understand it’s not the owners fault and apart of rural living. If you’re in Vik it’s a great place to stay to be apart of a beautiful location.

Helt fantastisk ophold med den sødeste og hjælpsomme vært. Ryddede for sne og hjalp os hele vejen igennem. Super gæstfri og bare enormt venligt par. Lejligheden var hyggelig og vi fik super anbefalinger.

Really authentic and cosy cabin with a beautiful view over the fiord. The hosts were super friendly and made us feel like home. We even got invited over to their house to have some apple cake and coffee 🍰☕️ would definitely recommend!

This is a good vibe place that we thoroughly enjoyed staying at. It’s close to good hiking opportunities. We had a lovely vacation here and would gladly return.

Solveig & Dag sitt hus er en perle! Det ligger med fantastisk utsikt over nydelig natur med fjord og fjell. Det er turstier som starter fra døren og andre som ligger i fjellområdene eller langs fjorden i nærheten. Huset er godt utstyrt og Solveig og Dag stiller med det som eventuelt måtte mangle. De har også gode råd og tips om turer og aktiviteter i området. Huset er endel av gården og det er sauer i lia nedenfor huset. Eksotisk for oss fra byen og morsomt for de med barn. Det kan være praktisk med bil for handling og utflukter. Vi anbefaler absolutt dette stedet og kommer gjerne igjen!

Absolutely amazing accommodation, in the middle of the mountains, by the lake, on a farm among animals. The house was big, beautifully renovated and everything was perfectly prepared, comfortable and clean. Zofia is very nice and communicative. It was a pity that we were only passing through and could only stay one night, maybe we will come back sometime.🙏 Thanx a lot, maybe nextime. 🥰

Dit is het mooiste verblijf waar je in tijden zult zijn. Het uitzicht is geweldig en alles in het huis is daarnaast perfect. Hier wil je blijven, zo ontzettend mooi en fijn verblijf.

Dette er andre gang vi er her. Vi er like fornøyd denne gangen! Leiligheten er helt super, og omgivelsene er barnevennlige. Stas å få hilse på dyrene på gården! Et nydelig og fredelig sted- vertene er vennlige og imøtekommende. Vi kommer svært gjerne tilbake! Alvar, Britt-Marit, Peter (6 år) og Axel (3 år)

Vi har hatt en herlig mini- vinterferie i denne trivelige tømmerhytten! Der hadde vi alt vi behøvde. Velutstyrt, ryddig og rent. Med vakker natur på alle kanter, fjell skog, elver og innsjø. Høner som tusler rundt på tunet, kuer, koselig lekeområde utenfor. Vi har hatt et behagelig og rolig opphold her, og kommer gjerne igjen! Anbefales på det varmeste. Kristin er en hjelpsom og imøtekommende vert.☺️

This place was our favorite Airbnb we stayed at in Norway because we felt like we were getting a genuine experience on a farm. It is so charming and you are able to see goats and sheep. We stayed here for 2 nights- arrived here after a day hike at Trolltunga and then did Flåm the following day. We wish we could have stayed another day just to enjoy being at the farm. Hege and Trygve are so friendly and accommodating! Definitely recommend staying here.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold! Koselig Kjellerleiligheten var ren og hadde alt vi trengte for et komfortabelt opphold. Beliggenheten var perfekt for oss. Vertene var veldig vennlige og hjelpsomme, og innsjekkingen gikk problemfritt. Vi vil absolutt anbefale dette stedet til andre og kommer gjerne tilbake! Tusen takk for gjestfriheten!

lovely farmhouse very close to the Ullensvamg Hotel and the centre of Lofthus. We had a lovely stay and happily come again!

Vi var en kollegagjeng som hadde vårt andre besøk på dette nydelige stedet til Maria. Vi koste oss i den nydelig hagen og badet i sjøen rett utenfor hagen. En perle. Anbefales absolutt

Our stay at this cabin in Flåm was absolutely unforgettable. The ultra-stunning views of the fjords and surrounding mountains are even more breathtaking than the photos suggest. The cabin is perfectly located, with easy access to the Flåm Railway, fjord saunas, and endless opportunities to explore the great outdoors. The highlight of our trip was witnessing the northern lights from the cabin—hands down the best display we’ve ever seen. The cabin itself was cozy, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the incredible scenery. If you’re looking for a place that offers both adventure and tranquility in one of Norway’s most beautiful regions, this is it. We will definitely be back!

We spent our winterbreak holiday at her place for the second time around. It felt like a home away from home. It has newly renovated bathroom. Almost everything we needed was readily available. Berit was very welcoming. The kids had fun and we would denitely come back. Highly recommended

Alltid kjekt å bo her. Rent og ordentlig og ingen ting å klage på. Vennlig og hyggelig vertinne, som alltid følger opp.

We spent fantastic days at Kjetils house, it was just like we hoped it to be according to the pictures, very cozy house (even bigger living/kitchen area than we expected) in a stunning landscape. Of course spending the long dark nights in the outdoor pool was not only for our children an absolut highlight! (And eben seeing the northern lights one day!) Kjetil always answered immediately any question, just had some minor issues when we arrived in the dark. We would definitely like to come back one day!

Vi besøkte dette vakre stedet med vår 2 år gamle datter. Helt supert for oss! Huset har nydelig utsikt og ligger godt skjermet. Bra fasiliteter og et godt utgangspunkt for fjellturer og andre aktiviteter for store og små. Skinnende rent og ryddig. Gro og Øystein er supre verter som gir det lille ekstra for en god opplevelse. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt: geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet, tolle Lage und super freundliche Hosts. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Hege und ihr Mann waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nur zu empfehlen!
