Amazing Stay – Highly Recommend! “I had an incredible stay at Leticia place! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. POSITIVES: THIS WAS OVERALL 5 OUT OF 5 STARS. It is literally RIGHT on the water. You absolutely can fish off of the balcony. There is a lock box for check in so you don’t have to interact with anyone! There is no gate to get into the community so easy entrance. Parking is right outside. Great fast WiFi and a smart TV that already had Netflix logged in. Great shower with good water pressure, double sinks with a door between so if 1 person needs to use the bathroom, you can still use the other sink area to get ready. They provided shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar of soap. All sinks also had hand soaps available. There are also TVs in both the bedroom and living room. There (of course) were also lots of bugs outside but they stayed off the porch bc it’s treated. Really comfy king size bed.

Just a few steps away from the waterfront, but all the amenities for a family vacation!

It was beautiful, the house and location was perfect and everything we could ask for. All our needs and more were met. We highly recommend and appreciate everything about the house.

We stayed here with our family of 4. It was spacious and easy for our needs. The home is well appointed with all the necessities. It’s close to the 610 Loop North, so getting around Houston was easy by car. There is a bayou park walking distance from the house. Very convenient with kids.

As my first air bnb , the place was sick! Was kinda bummed that the pool area was closed off , because me and my friends were really looking forward on playing pool especially after being at the bars , but overall the experience was quick and great. Beds were comfy and the hot tub and pool was so nice and peaceful, they even provide a speaker for your stay , living room was very comfortable as well.

This place is in a very convenient location and the apartment was very clean. The perfect spot for a few night stay in Houston.

Where to start with this wonderful home. Unlike other Air BNB’s this location actually feels like a home and the host feels like an actual person and is quick to respond to any inquiry we had. A huge plus for us is EVERY amenity that was listed actually worked! Massage chair works, all the TVs worked, all the recliners in the theater room worked, the front door worked! For those of you that are new to Air BNB’s (or have done this before) a lot of times what is listed does not always work or is not always there. The neighborhood that we were in was nice and quiet. Food and shopping is fairly close at this location and there’s a nice park for families to go to. Yolanda and her home is beyond 5 stars!!! Mahalo nui loa❣️
