Wonderful!!! We have such a relaxing weekend at Peter’s place. From the moment waking in we felt relaxed and at home. Peter had jazz music playing and the fireplace ready to go for us. There was plenty of wood available and Peter even provided fire starters for us to use. Peter’s place was spotless, the bath towels were soft and smelled so good. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, we slept so well. We loved the attention to all of the decor. We appreciated the plentiful seating in the living room. The couches were so comfortable and made relaxing so easy to do in front on the fire. The attention to detail and little touches that went into making this place amazing were appreciated. There were plenty of games, books, comfy blankets and pillows. The kitchen is well stocked with a wide variety of pots, pans, baking sheets, cups, plates, bowls, glasses and cutlery. We especially loved the views from all the windows. We can’t wait to return for another visit.

I loved staying here! Private location, safe neighborhood, cute apartment over the (large) garage. Very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Lower ceiling over the bed/bath area, but in the main living/dining/kitchen area - which was quite large, very clean, and comfortable - the ceilings were over 9'. Would definitely stay again & recommend!

Everything was exactly as advertised and then some. This place was perfect for me and my two littles. Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed, and check in was incredibly flexible. My only complaint is that I wish I found this place earlier in the ski season. 10 out of 10 hands down.

The unit was very cozy and clean. The pillows were super comfortable. The bathroom and shower were a bit smaller than we expected, but overall it was a nice visit for a weekend away, close to Bryce Resort.

Jamie and Justin were great hosts. Very responsive to messages. We had an issue with the power going out to to a storm, and they sent updates as they received them as to when the power would be restored. Very easy to work with. The guys we had staying there enjoyed the house. Said it felt like home to them. Greatly appreciate the opportunity to stay with Jamie and Justin and would highly recommend to anyone in the are staying with them. If we are every in the are working again we would book another stay if available.

The October House was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is very comfortable with ample room. We had a fantastic weekend in Basye. Would absolutely return.

Great home base for our family trip w 2 children. Very clean space, good size for everyone- even had ground coffee which was a really nice touch. A little less private than I expected from pictures, but in the off-season it was peaceful and easy to navigate on the mountain. Thank you for a lovely stay!

This is a lovely house, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub! The outdoor pics are a little misleading; we thought it was surrounded by greenery when it’s actually just backed up to a hill with trees, but it was still a lovely space.

I stayed here on my own for a little over a week and I absolutely loved the place. The tub with the big windows is great, the indoor fireplace was extremely relaxing, and the size of the space was perfect to not feel cooped up. The huge windows made it easy to see the stars at night and the forest during the day. Highly recommend.

William was extremely accommodating with our last minute booking. The place was comfortable, inviting, and exactly what we expected. We appreciated not being hit with suprise fees on top of our booking fee. The price was actually the price! Thank you for a memorable last minute getaway.

Cozy, clean , comfortable home. Hot tub, corn hole boards and fire pit are great bonuses! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our meals. The backyard was perfect for a game of kickball between my kids. Lots of area to walk our dog.

The perfect location for my husband and I to attend the college ski & snowboard races going on at Bryce Resort. Charmingly remodeled, Molly’s place was spotlessly clean and uncluttered, leaving plenty of space for all our winter gear! The beds and linens were very comfortable which made for quite a few cozy mornings sleeping in. The unit is directly beside the slopes and golf course, so you can’t beat the convenience no matter what time of year you come.

My two elementary age daughters and I just spent three nights at "Osprey's Nest" and had a great time. The condo was clean and looks just like the pictures. My daughters loved sleeping in the open loft, and I had a quiet bedroom to myself. Bryce is only a 5 min drive away, and there are 3 restaurants and a general store within walking distance (or a 1-2 min drive). We had Detroit style pizza with a movie at the condo one night, and went out for dinner the other two nights. We also used the pool/hot tub at the resort, which only charged $5 per person for the day, and it was a great way to wind down after a day of skiing. Highly recommended!

Despite the unfortunate circumstances we went through, Doug was always available and responsive. The place was a wonderful stay, especially if you are someone who enjoys a private and peaceful area. Getting there early during the day before it gets dark might be helpful as there are no streetlights and the roads are very meandering. The sights were beautiful. Overall, very great thank you!

Wonderful weekend getaway for our family! Jennifer was very responsive and the staff and facilities on site were excellent!
