Sarah’s property was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect - private and quiet! She was responsive and super helpful throughout our stay. She has a guide of local attractions/places to go which was a bonus. The hot tub was perfect for the cold winter weather and the fire pit made a great spot for s’mores! Make sure to check out their in house library as well! Can’t wait to book again.

The October House was a perfect getaway for our family. The house is very comfortable with ample room. We had a fantastic weekend in Basye. Would absolutely return.

Great place to rest your head while traveling .. the house had so many thoughtful extras that put it above the average air b&b or hotel stay. The sunroom is awesome and the outdoor space is a plus. A very nice, clean, and cozy home that I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great place with a nice view. Host was attentive and quick to respond. The experience was cozy and quiet. Highly recommend it. It was near to all the attractions in Shenandoah.

The setting of the home was breathtaking!!! The mountain was beautiful and the open patio was perfect to see the moon and stars at night! We were thinking there was too little light on the patio when we arrived but we know now it’s intentional. The home was spacious and had everything we could have needed. Hot tub was amazing and we can’t wait to return to Lost City!!

By far the best AirBnb experience ever! Beautiful cabin, beautiful location (on the top of the hill), swings on the porch (my daughters’ favorites), hammock, no screens in the house (yes! yes! yes! - huge win) - we fell in love with this cabin from the first sight. Our 14yo and 7yo didn’t complain for even a second and they didn’t want to leave. This is the best rating anything could ever get. And if facts aren’t sufficient enough, this is review by my teenager „I rate this place 12 out of 10” (yes, this is the right order). Even our doggo didn’t want to get back in the car to return home. This unit is on the western end of a series of duplexes named Senedo Springs. The gravel roads up here are very walkable. It’s possible to trek down to Lake Laura although it’s a big vertical climb back up. The unit is airy and nice, better than the pictures. Thankfully there is not actually a murphy bed in the living room as shown in the pictures. The blankets are outdated so I recommend bringing your own. Plenty of cookware and dishes available but you’ll need to bring oil, spices, and all other food items. The amenities are great! It’s also nice they provide firewood just a short walk away. Good view of Great North Mountain in the winter. Amazing night sky from this location. This was our second time staying here and it kept its five-star rating!

Great location! Perfect for relaxing or heading out to the bike park/skiing! We enjoyed Lake Laura and all of the surrounding sights! Perfect size and wonderfully responsive host! Will definitely be back!

Linda is a great host very accommodating & good communication. Area is amazing quiet great for hikes staying there for a month was like coming home to a get away everyday after work ,

House was a cozy winter getaway for our group. Overall, a great stay. A few notes for future visitors: - House has working fire place and a wood pile out front to grab from. - House kitchen is well-equipped with all the basics for cooking (there's also a Keurig, plus French press and a regular coffee pot stored in the hall closet and kitchen cabinets if you prefer those) - Bottom floor bedrooms can get quite cold while upper levels can be warm. - Trip got off to a rocky start b/c the house lock didn't work (it malfunctions in cold temps - apparently a known issue). All was resolved within 20 minutes, but it took several calls while waiting in frigid night air. - House hot water is limited. We found that two people could have a 15-20 min shower (warm, not hot) within a roughly 2-3 hour time frame. More than that and water was tepid/cold. Plan accordingly.

This was my first vacation in a while due to being in the military and always moving around. This weekend was an absolute blast for me and my family, we got to spend time together surrounded by appalachia. I will definitely be back as soon as I can because this place was great.

Fantastic home and host! Jason’s place was as advertised- our family had a great weekend both at the house and around the local area. Jason’s suggestions for restaurants and activities were on point and the game room downstairs was a huge hit as well. The house was clean, well stocked with thoughtful amenities and had everything we needed to enjoy a peaceful weekend away from home. Would absolutely stay again and recommend to others!

Perfect place to rest your head and enjoy all that Bryce Resort and the Shenandoah Valley has to offer! Brooke was very responsive and allowed us to check-in a couple hours early, so we could get settled prior to my son’s ski lesson. Appreciated the extensive list of things to do in the area and restaurant recommendations. Also, the check-out process was extremely easy. Highly recommend and look forward to staying here again in the future!

We had a great stay at Nathan’s place. Everything was as stated, comfortable and clean. The few questions we had were answered very quickly. The house is located only a couple of minutes from Bryce resort. We come up to the area once or twice a year and will definitely keep this location on our list. Thanks Nathan!!

We stayed at Leah’s beautiful retreat for a family thanksgiving getaway and it was perfect! Both the cabin and the nest are beautifully appointed, cozy, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The property is gorgeous and peaceful—it feels completely remote, while fairly easy to get to. Our dogs and toddler loved the trails and seeing lots of deer! Leah was helpful and responsive the whole time.

We had a wonderful snowy weekend getaway with our dog in The Acorn! The views were so pretty with all the snow - we loved watching it out the big bed window. We were also pleasantly surprised they came to plow the big hill which allowed us to be able to leave with no issues. We enjoyed the sauna and games on site too. Much needed weekend away, highly recommend!

We loved our relaxing stay- we sat by the fire, watched movies, played pool, and skied and hiked during our visit. The beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The host provided extras that were unexpected- handsoap, shower toiletries and a welcome basket of chocolate. So sweet! The house was spacious for our family of 6. I loved that we could all be together and then retreat to our own spaces for sleep.

The Hideaway was perfect for our girls getaway! The house was the CLEANEST Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Literally spotless. The attention to detail was so impressive and much appreciated. We had everything we needed! We loved having a fire in the woodstove and cozying up on the couch for movies! We felt right at home. Adam and Chelsea were super responsive and great hosts! Would give it 10 stars if I could!

Peaceful and secluded stay. We enjoyed the porch, hot tub and the open floor plan. Very clean and accommodated our dogs perfectly.

Our group had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly co-operative and responsive, making communication a breeze. The property itself was very clean and well-maintained throughout. It has comfortable rooms and excellent beds. The spacious living area provided plenty of seating for our group to relax and socialize. The kitchen was nice as well, offering a modern and functional space for cooking with all the utensils. Plus, the basement with its selection of games added an extra layer of fun to our stay. To top it all off, the host was even kind enough to grant us an extra hour for checkout because of daylight saving started on our checkout, which we greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped place to stay near Bryce resort. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What a great place to unplug, made easier by the beautiful decor and well appointed rooms, spacious layout. I worry I my be overselling or a bit hyperbolic about this place but my wife and I have stayed in places like this in different parts of the US and World for that matter and this one exceeded out expectations. From Bedrooms to bathrooms, Kitchen to bedding and all things we thought we might need to many we didn't even think of needing. Well thought out, beautiful layout all throughout the entire Cabin (I use that term loosely, it's a home away from home). So nice to find a place that exceeds expectations for once instead of the usual trick photography and over promise and underdeliver pitch we are used to getting. We would love to return if they will have us. Kudos
