We stayed for a week and loved it. The house is so peaceful and perfect for chilling out. Avoca Beach and Copacabana Beach are close by and have everything you need. The house was spotless and Henk gave thorough instructions and hints when checking in. I loved that there weren’t signs and instructions all through the house like some other airbnbs we have stayed at - it made it feel more like home.

Super clean and comfortable. Everything was exactly as described and Paul was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

Kristina's place was charming and the listing was accurate. My favorite part is the outdoors space, where I listened to the birds and breathed fresh air. Kristina was very responsive throughout the booking process, and their check-in instructions was really clear. I had requested an early check-in due to my flight arrival time, and they communicated the details with me and let me know if it was possible. Luckily, it was, and it made the world of difference for my trip! For anyone that cares about this, the water pressure is amazing. Thank you Kristina!

Absolutely exceeded our hopes! We came for the location (1 minute to the beach) but Peter and Kerry's home was the icing on the cake. Lovingly kept and even more spacious and warm than the photos show. A beautiful blend of timber antiquities and modern touches: luxe pillows, gorgeous master beds with beautifully reno'd bathrooms. The outdoor space/deck is ideal for relaxing. Every room is decked out with modern cons like smart TVs to keep yourself occupied while resting after a beach visit. This place has character, style, warmth and is such a vibe. Kerry and Peter couldn't be more welcoming too, they were so lovely! This was the best value of any home we've stayed and our toddler adored the whole experience. Thank you so much!!!

Easy, quiet and clean. Really close to the beach and added bonus of the pool. Macmasters also has a great ocean pool and park which we loved for our young family. House has modern appliances and has everything you need for your get away. Hosts are very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Sailors Cove is such a beautiful and cosy place. It is clean, organised and have everything we need. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, within walking distance to Gosford Waterfront (Sailing Club, Swimming Pool). It is a bonus too that the house can cater bigger families. Elena is such a wonderful host. She is very responsive and helpful. Communication and instruction is easy and clear. Our family had such a lovely time staying in her place.

Well presented holiday home, with everything you need. Outdoor area was exceptional, perfect for relaxing. Quiet surroundings. Walking distance to shops & beach. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at Lisa’s 😁

Georgie’s pool house is a great find! Secret paradise close to everything you would want to do in the beautiful Caves Beach area. Very comfortable and well-equipped accommodations Georgie adds those little touches that make a difference … supplies in the fridge, stylish decor. Highly recommended !

Epic family house. Lots to do and plenty of space. Great having all the bathrooms and the outdoor space is so cool. Shops close by made it easy to really never get in the car. Beach walking distance too!! We had sing alongs around the fire pit and fun in the pool. Great space everywhere. Super private too! Loved it so much.

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

We booked for a group for my 50th birthday. The house and garden were perfect for us. So much space, different areas to gather and chill out and hang out together. Easy access to the lake for those who wanted to take a stroll. The house is well laid out with everything you need to cater to a larger group. We had a fantastic weekend. My only other feedback is the photos do not do the house justice!!! The living spaces are expansive!! We had the most fantastic time and highly recommend this house.

The perfect place if you are looking to unwind and have the most relaxing time. Very modern and beautiful. It comes with everything you need if planning your work remotely for a couple of days. If Chey’s spot is available, JUMP ON IT! It’s a relaxing & serene private space for a great price. Her home is easy, and a private to get in & out of easily. I also loved her dogs, and even got to meet Chey. She & her dogs are LOVELY! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great family time in Kirsten's and Paul's little house! The place is really clean and has everything one may need. There are many nice beaches and a national park nearby. My daughters loved feeding and playing with the animals and were sad when we had to leave. It's such a relaxing place! Thank you, Kirsten and Paul, for all the treats and for your hospitality. We felt at home and wouldn't mind going back one day...

We loved our stay. Amanda was very communicative, responsive and helpful. The place was clean and easy. Great location, walking distance to the beach. A bit uphill on the way back but easily walkable in just a few minutes. We would definitely stay here again.
