עוד בטרם ביצעתי הזמנה שלחתי שאלה ליווי ומיד זכיתי מענה. ביצענו הזמנה ומיד קיבלתי הודעה ממריו (מנהל האירוח מטעם יוסי) עם כל הוראות ההגעה, חניונים קרובים. מריו אפילו שאל אותי אם אנו מעדיפים יין אדום או שמפניה. ביום ההגעה קיבלתי הודעה ממריו שהוא מבקש להבין מתי אנו צפויים להגיע על מנת להדליק את המזגן שיהיה לנו נעים. הגענו ביום רביעי בחודש אוגוסט בעומס חום. התקבלנו ע"י מריו בסבר פנים יפות. הציע לכבד אותנו בקפה/ מים קרים היה מאוד סובלן הציג בפנינו את הדירות והסבר על השימוש בהן. חדר אחד היה מיועד עבורנו (זוג הורים) + 2 ילדים. החדר היה מרווח וחדר רחצה מרווח. מים חמים כל הזמן. על המיטה המתינו לנו כוסות ובקבוק שמפניה. מגבות נקיות. בחדר הנוסף עבור הוריי הפנסיונרים המזגן היה דלוק והיה נעים מאוד. 2 הסוויטות ממוקמות במיקום מנצח. קרוב לתחנת רכבת קלה, קניון ממילא, כותל מערבי, מסעדות ובתי קפה מצויינים. קיבלנו גם מיוסי וגם ממריו המלצות למסעדות, בתי קפה וכו... יש לציין לשבח את מריו שכל שאלה או בקשה, היטיב לענות תוך זמן קצר והכל בנחמדות ובאדיבות ואף אפשר לנו בצ'ק אאוט להותיר את הכבודה אצלו במשרד

Die Wohnung ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Sie ist eine von fünf in einem Altbau aus ottomanischer Zeit, der vor Kurzem grundlegend saniert und umgebaut wurde. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine von allen Parteien zu nutzende Küche, die alles bietet, was man braucht. Das Appartement besteht aus einem etwa 15 qm großen Wohnraum, eingerichtet mit einem Doppelbett, einem Schreibtisch samt Stuhl, Einbauschränken, Fernseher und einem Sessel. Dazu Heizung/Aircondition. An den Raum schließt sich durch eine mattierte Glaswand getrennt ein Badezimmer mit den einzigen Fenstern an. Waschtisch, Dusche, Toilette. Alles in einem tadellosen Zustand. Der Vermieter ist ausgesprochen freundlich, geradezu fürsorglich, dabei sehr respektvoll und enorm hilfsbereit. Fehlt etwas, bringt er es innerhalb weniger Stunden. Ich habe gleich für den nächsten Jerusalemaufenthalt gebucht.

Economical yet attractive.

I arranged the booking for my brother, and he had a delightful experience staying one night at Haneen's place. The family was incredibly friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The accommodations were modest, but my brother was thrilled to have a room with a huge balcony offering awesome views. I would highly recommend this place to anyone traveling on a budget. Additionally, my brother accidentally left his charger in the room, and the family was incredibly helpful in resolving the situation. They promptly communicated with him and offered assistance to ensure he could retrieve his charger. Their responsiveness and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

Thank you so much for accommodating my son and his friends, they really enjoyed and told me that the location was perfect and near everything. The communication and service were excellent!
