We stayed here as a family of 8, for 10 days. Our group consisted of 3 kids, 2 grandparents and 3 adults. Every room is essentially on a different floor, there are a lot of stairs. If anyone has any mobility issues, this would be a problem. The house was located in the perfect location, we basically walked everywhere in Tel Aviv. It was also very close to the beach, which we loved. There are parks, cafes and restaurants all within walking distance. You don’t need a car in Tel Aviv, everything is basically walkable. Otherwise, we used the Gett app to get around Tel Aviv. For our tours we had a private guide and driver, who I highly recommend. The property was clean, and spacious. The AC worked very well. When we had a minor issue come up, they management company was very quick to respond. We would stay here again! Only positive things to say about this location.

Lia was a super host. She responded to all my questions very quickly before and during our stay. Her home is immaculate with plenty of room for our family in a perfect location- close to everything in the Old City - we were so happy. The home, especially the kitchen, is amazingly equipped, and we came in to find a hot water urn plugged in with coffee ready for us to use, and a hot plate waiting. AC in each room was especially appreciated in the heat of the summer and they worked well. Thank you for opening your home to us and enhancing our Jerusalem experience!

Great place to stay in the center. Comfortable, clean, close to the things I do, good public transportation if needed and great hosts. Tina and Dikla are very clear with instructions and extremely helpful. If available when I need to return, I'd stay there. Thanks again for your help!

This is a lovely, spacious home in a great location. There is parking nearby and it is also close to bus stops. Emek itself has plenty of shops and places to eat. The Kotel is also walkable (about 30 mins for us). As an Anglo family wanting to feel at home in Jerusalem, it was a perfect to be in an Anglo home in Jerusalem. The owners were available on Whats App for any questions.

Ike was a great host and the house matched the description, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms with good accommodations!

Diese Wohnung ist eine der schönsten und besten Ferienunterkünfte, die wir bisher nutzen durften - wir haben jeden Tag in ihr genossen, danke! Das 4-Zimmer-Apartment liegt im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses in einem ruhigen und grünen Viertel von Ramat Gan, einer Vorstadt von Tel Aviv. Das Haus ist von einem schönen, geschmackvoll angelegten Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten umgeben. Mit viel Geschmack und Stilempfinden (und erkennbarer Vorliebe für Südostasien und Ostasien) ist auch die Wohnung eingerichtet. Alles ist hell, freundlich, großzügig und funktional, in jeder Hinsicht auf hohem Niveau, eben kein "Ferienapartment", sondern eine Wohnung von Menschen für Menschen. Es gibt ein großes Bett im Schlafzimmer, ein Hochbett im Kinderzimmer und eine zusätzliche große Matratze in einem weiteren separaten Raum, so dass unsere beiden (fast) erwachsenen Kinder (16 und 18 Jahre) jeweils ihr eigenes Schlafzimmer hatten. Alle Matratzen sind hochwertige Futons, auf denen man sehr gut schläft. Das große Wohnzimmer mit Küche ist hervorragend eingerichtet und ausgestattet (Sofa, großer Esstisch, tolle Küche mit einem exzellenten Kaffeevollautomaten, gefiltertes Trinkwasser aus dem Wasserhahn, Geschirrspülmaschine etc.). Die Klimaanlagen funktionieren perfekt, das Bad ist klein, aber völlig ausreichend und hat eine sehr gute Dusche. Auf dem Grundstück ist ein Parkplatz für ein (nicht zu großes) Mietauto. Wir haben in den zwei Wochen, in denen wir zu Gast waren, nur die zweite Woche ein Auto gehabt. Am Anfang waren wir ein wenig skeptisch, ob das eine gute Idee ist, denn Ramat Gan liegt außerhalb von Tel Aviv. Unsere Skepsis war nicht berechtigt: 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt ist eine Bushaltestelle, an der etwa 10 Buslinien halten und einen schnell und günstig überall nach Tel Aviv bringen. Das ist viel besser, als sich mit einem Mietauto in die vor dem Verkehrskollaps stehende Stadt zu quälen. Die Busse fahren bis tief in die Nacht. Wir konnten auf diesem Weg eine Woche Tel Aviv erkunden - und in der zweiten Woche mit dem Mietauto von der verkehrsgünstig gut gelegenen "Homebase" in Ramat Gan aus zu Tagesausflügen in ganz Israel starten. Noch zwei Tipps: 1) Auf der Hauptstraße etwa 500 Meter Richtung Norden liegen auf der rechten Seite ein 7/24-Supermarkt und ein Bankautomat. 2) Wenn man auf der ruhigen Nebenstraße, in der das Haus liegt, etwa 250 Meter noch Norden geht, kommt man an einen kleinen Park mit Spielplatz. Dort gibt es einen netten Kiosk, der von einer Italienerin geführt wird (täglich bis 20 Uhr geöffnet, sehr guter Kaffee und Kuchen). Und zuletzt der Hinweis auf das besondere Extra: Zur Wohnung gehört ein wunderschöner Siamkater, der sehr zutraulich ist. Er sucht die Nähe der Mieter, lässt sich füttern und streicheln. Wir lieben Katzen und haben das sehr genossen, aber wer Probleme mit Katzen hat, sollte das bedenken. Alles in allem: Wir können jeden, der die Gelegenheit hat, diese Wohnung als Feriengast nutzen zu dürfen, nur beglückwünschen!

The house is spacious with a stylish living area and well-equipped kitchen. Communication with Yaniv was perfect, although he was away so we didn’t get to meet him, he sent detailed instructions and even videos of how to operate appliances which was very helpful. Noga, who checked us in was lovely and kindly walked with me to the local supermarket and showed me a couple of useful things in the immediate vicinity. The rooms were comfortable and the garden was a massive hit with our children- particularly the trampoline and treehouse. We enjoyed being close to Yarkon Park and there are some nice cafes in immediate walking distance. Easy enough to get the bus to the beach too. We would thoroughly recommend Yaniv’s place.

Excellent location. Friendly and reliable host. Clear communication. Very convenient overall. Excellent stay. Busy district with many renovation projects around and (well known) flight path to TLV airport above Neve Tzedek. Easy trade off vs location, convenience, lay out, amenities and privacy. Will book again.

Beautiful House, with tasteful interior and a dream kitchen & rooftop. Very friendly hosts. Everything was just perfect for us. Our two Kids found plenty to play with and also loved the place. Host allowed us to use their kid’s scooter&bike wich was very helpful, since we travelled pretty light.
