Modern 2BHK Getaway in Kottayam

This is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. It is new, and the interior design is modern. The air conditioner in the living room was quite comforting, providing relief from the outside heat. Mr. Jagan and Kennedy were very quick to respond to any queries I had. This is a well-maintained apartment building, located very close to Baker Junction and conveniently near supermarkets, the railway station, bus stand, hospital, and more. We stayed here for the past 12 days and loved every day of our stay. I won’t look for anything further, this is my go-to place in Kottayam.

I stayed for one night for an important call during my time here and for me it was a very worthwhile stay. Overall it was comfortable and clean and a good experience. The room is well insulated from street noises compared to many other places I’ve stayed. The bed linens and towels smelled and looked freshly washed. The AC unit was amazing and necessary, also was nice to have a ceiling fan as well. The host was responsive and able to immediately help when called upon. Most importantly, the wifi was good and stable throughout the course of a long call.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless, had great air conditioning, and felt very secure. The Host was very helpful with clear instruction in short time, and there was parking available. Plus, it's conveniently located closer to restaurants. Definitely worth it—highly recommend!

The stay is wonderful and located in a peaceful apartment building. Anna was proactive and made sure we had everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in Kottayam.

A great accomodation for me and my family who visited Kottayam for a day. Place was very clean and located in a very peaceful location. The house was huge and accomodated all five of us very easily. Host was responsive and catered to all our needs. The price was spot on - it was a great deal compared to a hotel. Thanks for hosting us 🙏🙂

The place has all the luxuries you’ll need in an apartment. Was a little surprised to be using a common bathroom at this price range. But it was very clean so no real complaints there.

It was a great stay. The place seems very new, is sleek & spacious, has a very large private outdoor balcony, building has elevator, everything worked well such as the air conditioning and hot water. It's within reasonable walking distance to the beach, access to backwater tours, and shopping & restaurants. I'd stay again if I return to Alleppey.

Excellent service provided by the host. The rooms were neat, clean & hygienic. All our requirements were well taken care by the host. We had a comfortable stay. The host accompanied us from city, helping us to reach the location easily. A car on rent was arranged by the host on our request. Check in and check out were extremely comfortable and hassle free. Highly recommended for short as well as long stays. We prefer to stay there again. Can book this with full confidence. We express our sincere thanks to the host for a very comfortable stay.

Brookdale Vennikulum was an excellent, secure, and safe place to stay . The host is very friendly and accommodating. Probably one of the nicest furnished flats available in the area.
