Great place to stay for a quick weekend visit to see our son at Uni. It's not massive but for two people it's got everything you need. It's well cared for, and was cosy and warm.

Lovely penthouse apartment with great views of Snowdonia - Rebecca was very helpful and responsive even over the holidays . George and Dragon and Liverpool Arms are great pubs for food .

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is perfectly located and within minutes of the nearest beach in Criccieth. The high street and promenade are also extremely close and made all of the lovely parts of the town very accessible. Ann was very friendly and happy to help. The place was well looked after and cared for.

What a beautiful gem of a place! A perfect home away from home. The apartment was easy to find with the clear instructions from Sue. It had everything we needed and more for a lovely one nights stay. We really appreciated the little touches, the gesture of milk was most welcome to make a lovely cup of tea after a long day. My son especially enjoyed the biscuits and treats. It was super cosy and not intrusive at all. Thank you Sue, we had a wonderful time in your apartment and we would love to come again should we visit the area in the future.

We stayed at the Crow's Nest for a few days in March, as soon as you walk through the door apartment is just perfect. Loved the picture window, stunning views. It was clean, so well appointed and beautifully decorated. Plenty of storage and everything you need to cater for yourselves and storage/facilities for beach lovers. We felt very relaxed and were lucky with the sunshine, the heating was very welcome though. Rhosneigr is a lovely magical place, the sunsets are some of the best we've seen. Perfect base as well to visit other places in Anglesey. Don't hesitate to book with Antony and Becky, they are excellent hosts. Communication was very timely and friendly We'd love to visit again.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The place itself was so cozy, peaceful, and beautifully maintained - exactly what we were looking for. Home decor was great, modern, but at the same time looked timeless. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Pebbles Bistro was a fantastic spot to eat, and we highly recommend it! Richard and Alice were incredible hosts - friendly, communicative, and always helpful. We had zero issues throughout our stay, which made everything even more enjoyable. Honestly, if you're considering booking, don't hesitate - this place is a gem! We loved every moment and can't recommend it enough! x

This was a fantastic property. Stunning views of the sea. Great for walks along the beach and the amenities in the little town. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as clean the place was spotless. We all loved our stay with something for everyone.

We stayed at the lovely house for my 40th birthday weekend and had a brilliant time. The house is amazing and caters for absolutely everybody. Would highly recommend for a family break!! Helen was a fantastic host would go back without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay in the House on the Beach. It is fabulous - tastefully designed, furnished and decorated and with large windows giving views over the beautiful seascape and landscape. It is right on the beach and it even has its own jetty! It is in a very private and peaceful location, yet close by car to nearby villages, shops, restaurants and cafes. There are also walks along the coastline and into the countryside right from the house. It is very spacious for families, even extended families, or groups of friends. We went in November, when it was cold, but the heating warmed up the house very quickly. I imagine it is great in summer too. We would go back to the House on the Beach in a heartbeat!

Great stay at Claires place, the house is homely and has lots of useful facilities. Claire sent brilliant instructions and lots of useful suggestions for local sights etc.. The house is comfortable and clean and seconds from the beach! Perfect.

From start to finish a lovely short weekend break in a beautiful and well equipped house. We loved the cleanliness, facilities, attention to detail, decor and welcome pack. Truly a home from home. So light and airy, and a stunning large balcony which we were fortunate to be able to use in Feb(!) as the sun was out for the whole Saturday - and actually warm! Our whole family loved the location, walkable to the beach and most of the local cafes and take-always. Very peaceful and restful for the whole family in a beautifully scenic part of the country. We would certainly like to stay again, and would not hesitate staying here.

A lovely 3 storey house overlooking the sea. Beautiful views & a perfect location for the beach, shops & pubs. The house was lovely & clean, a beautiful property with the added bonus of 2 private parking spaces. The property is exactly as the photos show & was a great size for us 6 adults who stayed there. I would highly recommend this property & we’ll definitely be back!!

We loved it here. 5m walk to Abersoch beach and a few more mins into the village. Lounge and bedrooms were cosy and clean. Kitchen was tiny but well provisioned. Lovely little stay in a handy location in beautiful Abersoch.

What a lovely place in a stunning location . Pretty central for amenities and food places . The views or amazing. The house has everything you need for a relaxing break away .

We had a great stay here. The apartment was lovely. Compact and still everything you need. Good layout too. Excellent location as well, very close to shops, restaurants, the pub and close to the beach. I loved the sofa! I just had 2 very small niggles if you like. And both could be solved at the same time. The bathroom light was one switch that lit the bathroom and just outside, which was a tiny corridor back to the bedroom (one switch, two lights). The corridor light shone into the bedroom, not massively but it did wake me up when my husband got up in the night. But if there was a little separate light in the bathroom that could be left on all night, you wouldn’t need the main bathroom light during the night. The other one, was no lights near mirrors for doing make up. Again, not a huge issue but if there was one over the bathroom light, this would solve both. There is nothing negative about this apartment. I would recommend and will definitely stay here again!

Great little gem of a place, right on the seafront at Barmouth. We were grateful that Geoff gave us advance notice that we could arrive a bit earlier for checking in, which helped us make the most of our stay. It was lovely to be greeted with a bottle of Prosecco too, a very generous welcome. The place is lovely, is exactly as described, it was quick to heat up after we arrived (we visited in February), the facilities seemed great, although we didn’t do any cooking during our stay. Bed was comfy, although at 6’4”, I found it a little small for me. Bathroom is lovely, plenty big, very clean and everything works well. The location is brilliant - you can see the sea and it’s a short walk to both the beach and the town, including Barmouth’s pubs and restaurants. Barmouth is a beautiful little seaside town, with its long beaches, mountainous backdrop, great places to eat and drink - it’s massively underrated. Geoff was very friendly and responsive, I would recommend and we will stop again

Chris was a fantastic host and couldn't have been more helpful. The apartment was absolutely spotless with everything and more that you would need. The apartment is a five minute walk from a beautiful beach and the views from the apartment are stunning. Can't wait to come back. Thank you :)

Alyson’s place was just what we needed for our short stay with 3 adults. Alyson was always very responsive, gave clear instructions and was very flexible with checkin. She met us a couple of hours early so we had the afternoon to explore Llandudno. Location was very quiet, close to the prom and shops and it was great to have a parking space. The kitchen was spotlessly clean and well equipped with plenty of tea, coffee etc and milk provided.

I have to say Michele’s apartment is simply superb. My wife and I stayed on our way to Ireland but wished we could have stayed longer. Great hospitality from Michele and great attention to detail . Thanks so much to you both.

The seafront flat was the perfect spot for us during our stay for our Uni reunion. Comfortable flat and beautifully laid out. Would absolutely stay again.

Great 1 night stay for us - Perfectly comfortable with a 4yr old and an 8 yr old, Plenty of room for a family on holiday. Apartment was beautifully clean and nicely furnished. Katy was very responsive and the instructions were very clear. Local shop practically next door, lovely beach close by and our favourite find was the burial chambers up the road. Would stay here again :)
