Beautiful cottage in the heart of Aberdyfi, perfect for our family of 4. Lots of lovely decorative touches and a really well equipped property. Great location in town.

Lynne’s place was absolutely beautiful, we felt very much at home and well rested by the end of our trip. The cottage was comfortable and cozy, exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful cottage.

We have loved our stay again after returning a second time. House is great and view is amazing. Had a really chilled time with the family, lovely views and walks nearby.

We had a fantastic stay, great house, everything we needed and in an excellent, peaceful location. We are looking forward to returning soon!

A lovely 3 storey house overlooking the sea. Beautiful views & a perfect location for the beach, shops & pubs. The house was lovely & clean, a beautiful property with the added bonus of 2 private parking spaces. The property is exactly as the photos show & was a great size for us 6 adults who stayed there. I would highly recommend this property & we’ll definitely be back!!

This is such an incredible place. The views from the conservatory are amazing and the location is perfect for exploring the Rhosneigr area. Fiona was very friendly and helpful and although the accommodation had absolutely everything we needed we definately knew we would only have to ask and she would be happy to help. The welcome hamper was also a really nice touch. We will definately be coming back.

A fabulous location. Across the road from the bay and we literally walked over in our swimming costumes it was so close! The photos really don’t give you a sense of how spacious the cottage is. It’s a very private space at the back of the building, away from the road. Stunning big lawn so perfect for a family trip. EV charge point was really speedy. Kerry was really attentive to our needs - thank you!

Great place to stay, lovely cosy cottage surrounded by great walking routes. Host was super responsive, friendly and helpful.

We loved our stay, it was so peaceful and private. Just a 5min walk to the beach which was fab for the dogs. Shops, take aways and pubs etc short walk into town. Sam was very responsive to messages, didn't make me feel like I was bothering her if we needed to ask anything. Our first visit to Barmouth, and we loved it. We'd definitely book this property again as it really is a home from home.

Had a great weekend away. Very good service everything was as described in the listing and the cabin was in a beautiful spot next to the lake. Would visit again 💯

Had a great time with my family. it was just for one night but we really enjoyed our stay in the caravan. It is well maintained and would like to visit again the future. Good beach access and activities to do in the park.

I highly recommend this caravan holiday home, It came with lots of extras that we didn’t expect like Wi-Fi and coffee making machine, Beds were extremely comfortable and the caravan was very spacious, it came a large Tv with access to the local mast so not full freeview coverage, There was a dvd player and a selection of dvds and there appeared to be an Amazon firestick giving extra choice if you wanted, overall and excellent caravan with lots of extras and a friendly and helpful owner for which I give a 10 out of 10 Rating.

We had such a lovely stay, couldn’t recommend this caravan enough. It had everything we needed, we went on some amazing walks with the pooch and the whole caravan site was amazing. Would definitely come back again.

Mark and Stephanie were very friendly and welcoming on our arrival, phoned when we got to reception and they arrived within minutes to show us to our accommodation. Showed us how everything worked and the accommodation was very clean and cosy! The hot tub was a lovely addition to a very chilled and relaxing night away! Thank you ☺️

We stayed here over February half term as a family get away of 12 people. The house was warm, cozy and inviting. It was like being at home. The upstairs lounge with views over the sea was a real show stopper! 10-15 minute walk to the beach and stunning views all around. Hosts were great with sorting a heating issue before we even arrived, great communication. Would highly recommend, and will be revisiting in warmer months to enjoy the pool.

A super cute static caravan (stayed 30.8 to 2.9 24. 3 adults and a big Labrador! We took our elderly mum. The sunsets are as described - stunning. The sea view (we stayed in A17) was just beautiful. The living room area is cute and cosy. The kitchen had all the utensils and cutlery you would need. Lynn has opted to have outdoor furniture rather than a parking space which makes for a lovely area to sit out out in . There is a car park on the site. The incline is steep when you need to access your vehicle. (You need to be fit and have good mobility). The site is amazing. The sea view from the restaurant is a massive bonus ! (Minor points - take toilet roll as there was none provided. Bedrooms are tiny and can feel cramped. The twin bedroom would suit 2 child sharing. Cramped for adults. Instructions for the heating were not obvious. To put the heating on - the switch is ON the boiler,not the wall. Bedroom ceiling bulbs did not work nor did the lamp in the living room).

Thank you to Dee and Peter for such a magical, memorable stay that will remain one of our most treasured travel experiences for many years to come. Everything about Jessica Hut is perfect for a true, unadulterated dose of nature and relaxation. The hut is super cosy with a comfy bed, and the out-building with toilet and kitchen has all you need. The privacy and peace that comes with this destination is second to none. If it's a down to earth, friendly, private, comfortable, rural escape you are after, look no further. Thanks Dee and Peter for your warmth, discretion and perfect Welsh hospitality. We wish only the best for both of you beautiful, hard-working souls.

Had an amazing stay at Sharon and Daves log cabin, a lovely quiet break away. The hot tub is amazing and spent few hours in it watching the stars. The scones are fantastic. the bed was so comfy think I had best sleep I've had for ages. can't wait to book again with a bit of planning for the best time to catch the moom.

What a fantastic place, I'm so pleased I booked Beudy Bach Cottage for my last minute break! It was so peaceful and tranquil and just what I needed. It is in such a beautiful location. The bed is so comfortable, I slept so well. The cottage has everything you need and an added bonus of your own hot tub, and a gym. Lliwen and Paul were fantastic hosts! Lliwen searched for some vegan recommendations for me, which I was grateful for. Paul was helpful with local knowledge regarding the walks I wanted to go on. Overall, this break was perfect and I cannot wait to come back again to Beudy Bach for a bit of rest and relaxation. Thank you Lliwen and Paul!

Gorgeous place, lovely big orchard and garden area. Our XL bullies were more than welcomed in. Pictures dont do the place justice. Gorgeous hot tub to watch the stars in, oystercatcher and y moris down the road in rhosneiger were happy to have our two Xl bullies in for food and drinks too! Cant compliment our stay enough. Paul was lovely and responsive had the gates open, hot tub ready, and heating on ready for us. Lovely stay and a lovely cottage!!

1st time stay and would recommend to anyone.. cosy, lovely comfortable bed, shower nice..I would say you had every utensil going in the kitchen and more.. lovely eggs milk and cookies was left for us 😊 added bouns not to have to recycle.. found lovely pub great food called the 'Ring" and a lovely pub with fantastic views and sunset. called the The Church Bay Inn. only drinks. Thank you Emma for a lovely stay..

Stayed for 2 nights in March. Gavin messaged to give clear instructions prior to checking in and also what to do on check out day. The cottage was lovely and clean with a games room and animals on site which was a nice touch! It was also a 13minute drive from Rhyl beach, Unfortunately a lot of the shops on the front were closed and they seem to be doing some building work along the beach, however, it was still a really lovely to walk and the weather was good too! There’s also a waterfall and town a few minutes drive away where we stopped to get some food and take in the views. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a lovely stay at Matt and Vicky’s place! Very cozy for a cold February weekend, and Matt even lit the fire for us before we got there so we were arriving to a warm room! They truly couldn’t do enough for us and were really wonderful hosts. All the amenities and photos are accurate - with the very comfy bed and log fire being the absolute stars of the show! We hope to be back.
